~Anna's POV~

The next day I woke up earlier than my usual two pm because of the excitement. Itachi told me that he would pick me up at seven so I had plenty of time till that. I mean how long does it take to put on a yukata anyways. Lol.

After breakfast I took a loooooong bath then decided to watch some TV while my hair dried, when Tim came and sat beside me.

"Yo, bro. Its quite rare for you to come and share some space and time with me." I greeted.

"I came for a reason. Here." He said and handed me a rectangular box and gestured to open it. He was radiating some creepy happy airs so I took caution opening the box.

"Lord... They are so pretty." It contained two wooden hair pins. They matched with the kimono which was navy blue with water lotus on them and the sash was a light blue with ripple patterns on it and scattered leaves. The best part about the yukata was that it glowed golden in the dark which scared the shit out of me when I woke up in the middle of the night and saw the golden light from it. The pins were just as unique. One had a lotus dangling from it and the other had two leaves.

"Mom picked them for you. She told me to give it to you on your first festival."

"She always had a nice choice." I spoke to myself and got up. "Thank you." Tim patted my head and I went to my room.

I placed the pins in my almost empty jewelry box and sat on the bed thinking about how today would turn out. I was actually really happy.

I didn't know how much time I spent thinking because when I looked at the clock it was already six. It was then that I started to panic.

One hour is enough right? What if it isn't?! Ok calm dowwwnnnnn!!

I laid out the yukata on the bed and examined how it was to be put on. I googled it the day before and that helped a lot. I got on with it. It was the perfect size but still the sash was something I couldn't do by myself. It kept loosening up. So I did something other girls might think shameless but oh well it didn't bother me. Haha.

"TIM!!!!!!!!" He appeared as quick as possible.

"What happened? Are you okay?" Oops. He must have thought I had an attack of something.

"Hurry up and help me put the sash, its loose! Its gonna fall!"

"Maybe Itachi will like the scene." He joked and I blushed crimson at just the thought of it.

"Just tighten it."

"Yeah yeah." Tim laughed and pulled at it.

"Too tight!!" I yelled trying to calm my sudden erratic breaths because the tightness restricted my breathing. Once Tim had done his work, I dismissed him. "Now leave, I have to do my hair."

I put my hair in a bun and put the pins in it. The front short hair went behind the ear. I wanted to look good for some reason so the remaining ten minutes I spent in applying light touches of make up which mainly constituted of a perfect eyeliner. Damn it was hard.

"Anna hurry up!" I heard Tim call. I slipped on the high sandals, stuffed my meds, phone and some tissues in my phone and descended the stairs.

"I'm coming!"

"You have your phone with you right?" I nodded to my brother.

"Sis yukata suits you." Max complemented and I smiled at him.

"And makeup too." Eric commented, snickering.

While I was showing off a bit to my brothers, the bell rang and all three of them started whistling for some reason. I just gave them a look and went outside the door to see Itachi leaning against the wall in a sexy dark blue yukata.

Did I say sexy? Well he looks sexy- bad thoughts. Bad thoughts.

"Sorry you had to ring the bell, the kimono was too loose." I apologized because it was five minutes past seven so he had to wait.

"No problem. I know it takes time to look this beautiful." Itachi complemented.

Dafuq.

~Itachi's POV~

I got dressed and went to pick up Anna. I told her to wait outside but since she wasn't there, I decided to wait a few minutes before ringing the bell.

I wasn't bothered that she was making me wait but I was quite happy because when she came she looked freshness and felicity themselves.

My God. I'm speechless for once.

"Sorry you had to ring the bell, the kimono was too loose." She apologized but it was okay with me.

"No problem. I know it takes time to look this beautiful." I spoke. Some things sound better in the head.

I could easily detect the blush on her face. I smirked to myself. Mission accomplished.

"Come on." I said and led the way after biding goodbyes to the brothers.

"I didn't know you also liked blue." Anna said starting a conversation.

"After red, blue's my favourite. I can see you're still stuck on the lotus."

"My mum picked this kimono. How did she know I loved lotus? And how did she even pick the right size? Its like she knew that you'd take me out."

That sounded wrong. Take her out?

"She was your mother. My mother knows I like dango and I didn't even tell her that."

"You like dango too? I adore them! They're so yummy!" I smiled a little. She can be so childish.

" Sasuke doesn't like sweets."

" No way! How can one live without sweets?"

"I don't know. You should ask him that." We both walked for about twenty minutes and I could already make out the lights from the festival.
