I woke up late this morning, gosh.. my whole body hurts.. I was staring at the celling for a while before my sister came into my room. « Mori ! Wake up ! You're gonna be late ! » she said. I looked at her, smiling before answering « I'm up, I'm up, give me two minutes. » My little sister grinned and left my room with the door wide open. I checked my phone quickly and I saw messages from the « Third year Neko 😼🏐 ».

I couldn't believe I was friend with a dumbass like him. I stood up and walked straight to the bathroom to take a quick shower. After dressing, I went downstairs and ate something before going to school.

I was walking out of the kitchen when I saw my father in the living room. « Oh no, he's drunk again » I whispered to myself. He suddenly woke up and sat on the sofa. « Morisuke ! My boyyyyy ! » I sighed, walked towards him, and sat down next to him. I was lucky about my dad, when he was drunk, he wasn't aggressive at all, he was all clingy and nice. He was also saying dumb jokes or stupid things but, I was really glad he was sweet towards me and my sister even when he was drunk, though I hated seeing him like that. « Give daddy a kiss before going to school ! » I laughed a little « Dad, I'm almost 18, not 10 » my dad pouted « So what ? You're still my precious boy, even if you're older now » I rolled my eyes and left. I wasn't doing that at all. He didn't say anything but waved me goodbye.

Once outside, I sighed again before walking to school : I was wondering how the new teammate would look like...

Lev's P.O.V :
I slowly opened my eyes, I didn't recognize the place.. strange, where am I ? My head is resting on someone's lap, the stranger hand was lightly and calmly caressing my sliver hair. It was so relaxing.. yet pleasurable ! I rolled to the left to see the person's face but as soon as I looked at them, their face was suddenly blurred, like censored in my mind. I couldn't describe them, if it was a girl, a boy or what they could possibly look like. « Who are you cutie ? » I said while smirking at them « Up already ? You should prepare you're already late Lev » the stranger said. « Late ? » I replied confused « For school dummy, you are late for school ! »

I woke up in surprise, to see my sister standing next to my bed. I quickly looked at the time, realizing that I was already late for my first day at school.. damn it ! I rushed to my closet, totally ignoring the fact that my sister was still in my room, and started changing as fast as I can. « You're unbelievable ! Already late for your first day » teased Alisa « I knowwww » I groaned. I was always late, every important day, every time. I rushed downstairs and grab some food before running out of my house. I was running towards the school when I saw someone I already met before. « KUROO-SAN !! HELLOOOOO » The mentioned one turned his head and slightly grinned and waved me. He wasn't alone, there was a small boy next to him, he was playing video games on his switch and didn't seem to pay any attention to me. « KENMA !! STOP PLAYING AND SAY HELLO » the captain said. The pudding head slowly looked at me and quickly pay attention to his game again. « Hello » the small one finally said. « He doesn't like talking so don't worry ! He's Kenma, our setter » Kuroo explained. We started walking to the school again, I talked a bit with Kuroo, but he was mostly taking care of Kenma, cause he wasn't careful about where he'd step. They were a fun duo ! I was kinda wondering if they were dating but, I couldn't ask that. I really wanted though-

Yaku's P.O.V :
I was surprisingly just in time to practice, though I didn't see anyone in the changing room.. maybe they were alright practicing ? Wait no ! The new kid ! Fuck I'm the only one left here, I rushed to the gym right after changing and like I thought, everyone was there, with an unknown person standing next to Kuroo.. Is he the new player on our team ?
« Alright guys !! Since everyone is FINALLY here (totally not looking at Yaku), I can introduce to you your new teammate ! You can introduce yourself- » the captain finished « Hello ! I'm Haiba Lev, I'm a first year and it's a pleasure to meet everyone today ! I hope we can be close ! » Lev spoke. He looked at everyone and his stare finally paused on me. What the.. what is going on ? He only grinned at me but.. my heart was going crazy ! He had such beautiful emerald eyes, soft silver hair, thin lips and he was so energetic, it made me think of a small puppy, adorable. Wait... what am I thinking !? Was I on drugs or something ? I quickly put these thoughts away and try focusing on what the others were saying. My hands were horribly sweating, was I sick or something ? I was cut of my overthinking by Kuroo. « Yakkun !! Yakkun ? Hey are you okay ? » I nervously looked at him « I'm fine, just in the clouds but it's nothing to worry about » I replied. Kuroo sadly wasn't that dumb, he knew something was off but, he decided to stay quiet. « We need you with Kai, mind coming with us ? » the rooster head asked « Sure, let's go ». We went in front of everyone with Kai and Kuroo started talking : « So now that we introduced our new teammate, I think it would be a good idea if the senpais introduce their selfs to him ! Lev, if you need anything, questions or informations ask one of us.. NOT ONLY ME ». Kuroo did a dramatic face while saying that, such a crybaby. Kai quickly introduced himself and it was my turn, I did it pretty fast, but avoiding the sliver haired boy's look. After talking a bit, we decided to take 5 minutes before starting to train. My cheeks were burning, how strange ?

Lev's P.O.V :
The senpais were introducing their selfs !! It was so interesting ! So one was named Kai, and the second one was named Yaku ! But since the begging, Yaku-San was totally avoiding my looks, like I didn't even exist.. I found it pretty sad, cause he seemed sweet and nice towards the others, I don't wanna be the only one he hates ! I had so many questions bothering me about that... Maybe I should go talk to him ? Maybe it's all a misunderstanding ? What if he already hates me ? Goddamit Lev stop overthinking for once ! I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder, when I turned around, I was surprised to see 3 other teammates staring at me. « Huh ? » I said « Hello hello Lev ! What's up buddy ? » a brown haired boy asked. He was just a bit shorter than me, but he was maybe the tallest guy after me in the team, he wasn't alone : there was a short shy black haired boy and a grey short haired boy with him. « Well, maybe a bit stressed for my first volleyball training but nothing else to worry about ! » I quickly replied « I wanted to introduce ourselves cause we're the other first year !! My name's Inouaka and I'm a middle blocker like you, this is Shibayama, our second libero and this is Teshiro, our second setter !! » Inouaka explained. Wow, I thought I would be lost and alone for my first day... but the first year came to not leaving me alone !! How sweet !! « Wow.. thanks guys !! So Kuroo told me the first setter was Kenma so it explains why you're the second one.. but Shibayama right ? You're the second libero, so that means there's another one ? » After saying that, they all looked at each other and started laughing so bad « HUH ? WHAT DID I SAID WRONG- » I panicked « Haiba-Kun you're so funny !! Don't tell me you didn't notice !! » Shibayama laughed out loud « Notice what ? » I dumbly replied « Lev, Lev, Lev.. don't you know that mostly, the liberos are the shortest on the team ? Who's short other then Shibayama in this team ? And Kenma's a setter so it doesn't count at all. » Teshiro finally talked « ...Yaku-San ? » I mumbled « Finally you got it right dude !! » they all acclaimed. I looked down because they said his name. Does Yaku-San hate me ? « Haiba-kun ? » Shibayama called « Can Yaku-San hates someone in this team ? » I asked shyly « Yaku-San hating someone ? Nah dude ain't no way, that's not possible. He's just so sweet and caring !! I bet hating isn't a part of his vocabulary » Inouaka replied grinning
« Guys !! The training's gonna start !! Hurry up now !! » Kuroo screamed. Guess I have to put these thoughts away for some times ?

Maybe I have to go to him first, this must be a misunderstanding I'm sure of it !!
