Extended Summary

Experiencing the loss of a parent is never something anyone should live by. For Elisabetta decker she had her mother and father taken with little time to prepare, violently shot and killed during an orchestrated set up. Which involved her aunt Chloe losing a brother.

Her grandfather, John, unfortunately never had the time to know his first born son's daughter though he had the privilege of baring witness to her birth. She was one, turning two, when his assassination occurs.

What kind of god would expose such tragedies to a girl her age.

Death is inevitable but at what cost.

CHLOE DECKER became her niece's guardian and mother after experiencing, witnessing her brother, and sister-in-law, dying. Elisabetta was in elementary school. There was nothing for her to prepare, to say, where the outcome would be a reality. She wouldn't see her Mommy and daddy again. Fate is cruel, unfair.

Chloe questioned the forces. their cruelty, of taking away her girls parents, why she is being punished. She was only eight years old.

God had a plan where it had to be done.

Involving his eldest son, Amenadiel, being her 'guardian Angel'. He is connected through a deep, and personal, allegiance to Elisabetta. Being he is the one that bless her conception to her mother and father.

It became apparent amenadiel had grown fond of her, showing sympathy of how her parents were unmercifully taken because of human violence. He made an unbreakable promise and vow she will be safe from danger.

Taking that oath serious. Even from his own brother, Lucifer. If there was a Man he could eliminate it would be god's 'brightest' Angel. Hells own king. But in the name of his father he had his own doubts, after seeing how Lucifer acted around Elisabetta.

It was something rare and not seen for thousands of years before now.

He found his soul mate in the girl built on trauma and travesty. That made amenadiel angry. how could his father find humour in the choice to basically make her a woman, a girl, with no choice. A fate sealed in time.

There was nothing else which could matter to amenadiel than her happiness.

Watching her grow in to a beautiful, kindred spirit oriented towards her family, girl is an accomplishment he could hold pride for an eternity to. Though humans remain hateful. Tearing her down, withering her soul down to nothing. Bullying is a concept he could never begin to develop an understanding for.

Spiteful heathens with tainted auras of negativity. There are too many days where he wishes god would end her suffering, extinguish the cause.

Maybe, just maybe, Lucifer could be her saving grace. Just as much she is for him. Maybe that is why God created her just to make Lucifer a better version of himself. The final clue of an everlasting puzzle, trapped inside a broken wall of a chipping heart waiting to be mended.
