Shirley's POV

I attacked that thing that attacked my sister not caring if my cat attributes showed.

"Shar are you alright?" I ask her. She was shaking

"That thing tried to kidnap me." She stated shaking. I gave her to Atem

"Atem. Take care of my sister, I have some business to attend to" I say cracking my knuckles walking towards my sisters attacker.

"So you tried to kidnap my sister thinking she was a neko. Well big mistake I'm the only neko in the family." I say fire in my eyes as I kill the thing and kick it to where it belonged

"Is it gone?" Shar asks as I come in the room.

"Gone and Dead those things won't come after you again." I say to her as my sister gently strokes my cat ears trying to see if they were real.

"Karibo tried to warn me, but I didn't listen and refused to do anything until it was to late." She said hugging me as she cried

"Shhh this is not your fault, and you have a rare gift not many can see a duel spirit" I say smiling as Shar smiles and nods. She talks with Karibo having fun with her duel monsters.

"Those creatures why do they want to come after you?" Atem asks

"Because all the kinds like me are enslaved by those things. It's a surprised I lived hidden for 14 years" I explain

"That's not fair! How come only the cat people get enslaved!?" Atem asks really mad

"Because almost all of us are healers, not many of us are fighters and those who are born fighters like me are put to death." I say to him looking away

"That's cold and low" he growls

"Sis I don't want you to be enslaved or killed!" Shar says tackling me to the ground.

"Don't worry I won't. And if they do my traits will be in my deck which I will give it to you if anything happens to me." I say smiling. She nods in understanding

"Good now go play with your duel monsters." I command which she follows happily

"Well let's all go down and eat I'm starving" Atem says as his stomach growls

Shar and me laugh as we go down and join my new friends for dinner.

We enjoyed ourselves all day. They went home eventually promising to come back soon. which I was really looking forward to in the near future.
