mark's P.O.V

i yawned as i sat up... ugh what happened? oh yeah yesterday i saw a merman..... i saw him again.....and then i went to the bar..... had a few drinks.... and i cant recall anything from that....

i hope i just imagined him. but he seemed so real... i was probably seeing things from being on this boat for too long. i sighed and got up.

i walked to the bathroom. really need to take a shower with the massive headache. "god how many drinks did i have?" i said to myself as i locked the bathroom door. i started to undress but as i was about to take off my pants but it felt really hot in the room.

i walked over to the window. i opened the window. but i felt like i was being watched... i leaned over the water to see nothing but the ocean. i looked left and right. nothing. i could faintly see the island.

"i'll soon be there" i said as i walked back to the middle of the bathroom. i continued to undress. after i did so i stepped into the shower...

~time skip~

"MARK?!" i could hear my mothers voice boom over any other noise.

"OVER HERE!" i yelled back as i saw mother and father push threw the crowd to get to me.

"come on mum and dad i want to go explore the island" i said as i got a hold of my mothers hand and started to pushing through the huge crowd. that rushed to get off the boat. i mean i want to get off this boat as soon as possible too!

"ok ok, fine" my mother said as she held onto dads hand to make sure we all stay together.

We soon got off the boat and onto the soft sand of the beach. "Now this is good!" I said as I let go of my mothers hand.
