Happy Ending (Or Is It?)

~Jack

I woke up to the sound of something metal falling onto the wooden floor in the hallway and a loud screech. I flew out of bed and towards the source of the sound, worried that one of the animatronics was broken. Instead I came out to find Mangle lying on the floor laughing. "What's up?" I looked at the other animatronics gathered around her in confusion. "We were playing hide and seek, but no one could find her-" Chica started. "So I jumped down and scared Foxy!" She giggled. "Wow, and I thought you were a tough pirate." I teased. "I am!" He protested meekly. "Were you hiding the entire time?" I inquired incredulously. She shook her head. "I also took care of the nightmare versions of us." I looked over by the door and noticed that they were indeed gone. "I took them back to where they came from. Fazbear's Fright." She informed me. "And I ran into some....familiar faces." She continued hesitantly. "Who?" Bonnie queried. That was when the front door broke off of its hinges with a bang that woke Mark up from where he was peacefully sleeping on the couch. "Keep the noise down." He mumbled as he rolled over to go back to sleep. Emerging from the doorway was Bonnie, Freddy, Chica, Golden Freddy, a weird short dummy with a striped shirt holding balloons and a black and white marionette. The duplicates had brighter colors, rosy cheeks and were in decent condition. "Mangle, you need to come back-" the dummy froze when he noticed me staring at him. "How many freaking duplicates can there be?!?" Mark complained as looked over at the new arrivals and rolled off of the couch to his feet to stand by me in his black t-shirt with his logo and a pair of red plaid pj pants. "Hi, I'm balloon boy." The dummy introduced himself. "And we're the Toys." Duplicate Freddy explained. "H-how did you find me?" Mangle stammered. "We saw you at Fazbear's Fright. What were you doing there?" Toy Bonnie's eyes narrowed in suspicion. "None of your buisness!" She snapped defensively. "Wait, so did Vincent kill more than just five children?" I questioned. They nodded in response. "He started at the first Fazbear's Pizzeria, owned by Scott so he could run him out of buisness. It didn't work. Scott just made another one, the 'new and improved' Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, so Vincent came. We're all eight except for Sky. We came for Halloween, but then this guy in a Golden Freddy suit came and told us if we followed him to the back, we'd get a surprise. Guess he wasn't lying." Toy Chica finished bitterly. "Sky, I thought you were at the first-" "I float around between the two. It's me." She stated, cutting me off. "Are you here to take me back?" Mangle retreated back a few steps towards the stairs. "I don't want to go back to get tore down again!" In one fluid motion, she spun around, climbed the railing of the stairs and sneaked into Emily's room, closing the door behind her. Toy Freddy sighed as Mangle slammed the door shut. "Her job was to be the more 'kid friendly' version of Foxy, but the children found more joy in tearing her apart and rebuilding her everyday." Toy Freddy sighed sadly.

"What's wrong?" I flung my arms around the sad animatronic fox as she curled up in a ball by the door. "They're here to take me back." Mangle sniffed as she put her soft white head on my shoulder as I sat down cross legged on the floor beside her. "Who?" I opened my door a crack and saw a group of duplicate animatronics look at me. I quickly closed the door again. "They're the toys and the want to take me back to the pizzeria!" She wailed in despair. "I won't let them." I promised her as I rubbed the fur behind her ears and down her thin wiry neck. "It's how come I look like this." She gestured at herself with a torn tube shaped arm. On the end of it looked like a dirty white hand. "What's this?" I gently prodded at the animatronic head that was protruding from her shoulder on a metal rod. "Oh, it used to be a little cupcake, but the technicians decided that Chica should have it instead." She smiled sadly as she patted the head. I jumped whenever the door suddenly opened. Jack and Mark was standing in the doorway. "I think we have an idea." Mark exchanged looks with Jack before continuing. "The Toys offered to let everyone come to the other Pizzeria and the Originals made the same offer to the Toys so it's up to you at this point Mangle. Where do you wanna be?" I let Mangle go so she could stand up properly. "I-I, um-" she stammered. "You should go back where you belong." I suggested. "But everyone will tear me down." She sighed. "We won't let them." Mark gave a little mischievous smile. "Because we bought both of the Pizzerias from Scott!" Jack announced with a huge grin. I squealed in joy and ran up to Mark and Jack to hug them both. Jack laughed and scooped me up in his arms. "Thank you so much!" Mangle gushed. "Everyone ready to go?" Original Freddy poked his head through the door. Mangle nodded and walked over with him to the other animatronics that were waiting by the door. "Why did Scott let you buy the Pizzerias?" Toy Freddy asked. "Because he couldn't find the animatronics." Mark snickered. "Thanks for everything!" All the animatronics said in unison as they paraded out the door to their home. "I'm gonna miss them." I admitted. "Don't worry, I let you see them once in a while when I go to work." Jack smiled. "Anyone want pizza?" Mark teased as he raised his phone up as if he was going order pizza. Jack and I groaned in unison since that's the only thing we've had for dinner since the animatronics came here. "I'll just order Chinese." Mark shrugged as we walked back inside and closed the door

"I don't want people to stare." Chica complained. "It's like almost ten at night, we'll be fine." I assured her. Suddenly a few feet in the distance I spotted a black shadowy figure standing in the middle of the road. "Um, hello?" I waved at the figure. No answer. I silently motioned for the group to wait as I approached the figure with Toy Freddy by me since both of us were leaders. Apparently that was a big mistake. With a sharp jab, I felt a painful rush of electricity course through my body, causing all of my servos to freeze and shut down one by one. I fell to the concrete with a bang that rattled my rusty exoskeleton. The last thing saw before my eyes stopped working was the flash of the man's face. It had a bushy brown beard and I could've swore that his eyes were purple.
