||Chapter 26||
-Author's POV-
Morning rises with gleaming rays, they seep through the floor length windows exposed from its curtain bearings. It skids along the hardwood flooring, gliding and swaying it's way to the hidden teen in the depth of her dreams.
The yellow waves cast along her closed eyelids, waking her up instantly.
She smiles to the blinding gleams.
The sun was her star during the days of sunshine; it followed her and leached into her soul; lighting up her entire mortality. When the sun diminished into yesteryear, the twinkling stars guarded her during the dark nights.
Madison was a hopeful teen, she believed in good and the only evil she ever thought existed was the person who inconsiderately gave her away as a child. How could someone give away their own flesh and blood? She'd constantly think.
She stretches her limbs, rolling around the bed with a smile that never seemed to disappear when she was in this home.
She loved it here.
With caution; she opens her eyes and takes in the light still imposing its light through the great windows.
Madison's peaceful morning is short lived as her cellphone blares loudly; it alarms her.
Mum
She smiles and accepts the call instantly.
"Hello?" She croaks.
"Goodmorning," Clara greets her daughter, a smile voicing through her tone.
"Goodmorning." Madison shuffles up, and lays her back against the cushioned headboard.
"Sleepwell?" It's awkward, and the teen can feel it.
Clara had a lot of making up to do.
"Yeah, it's nice here." The teen smiles "I think you and Dad will love this house actually, it's bigger than ours." She giggles.
"Looks like we'll have to go house hunting," Clara joins in with her daughter's giggles. "We can't have that."
"How are you?" Madison asks, her smile contently staying in place.
"Good.. How are you?"
"Amazing-"
"Wow, must be really good then?" Madison nods and sighs happily.
"Life is good right now," She admits. "It's really good."
"I'm sorry." Clara whispers, "I apologize for speaking to you in such a vulgar manner."
"Mum-"
"No sweetheart, a woman should never speak in such a foul attitude." Madison mentally takes note of her Mum's words. "Let alone speak that way to my daughter, it wasn't your fault and I'm sorry I said that."
Madison smiles.
"It's okay Mum, It's fine.. You didn't mean it. I'm sorry I sang, what I sang." She shrugs.
Her fingers subconsciously trace the feather stuffed duvet.
"I'm so glad you understand. You're growing into a mature woman."
Madison frowns.
"Still young Mum," She speaks babyishly.
"You're growing everyday, god, feels like yesterday we got you." Clara sighs from the other end.
"What are you doing?" Madison asks, needing to change the subject.
"We've got five minutes until our next meeting, just waiting for my coffee.. This new intern is giving me hell," The older woman tuts, impatiently waiting for her brew.
"You have five minutes to talk to me then?" Madison giggles and slides back down in bed. She throws the duvet over her, the sunlight gives the world she suddenly created a yellow glow.
"Guess I do,"
"Tell me how your morning is going." Madison closes her eyes and imagines every scene her mother speaks.
------
Kimberley wakes up with Cheryl's unsubtle kisses pressing down her body.
She opens her eyes to be met by a bulky lump under the duvet.
"Chezza," Kimberley croaks, "What are you up to?" She giggles as her wife jolts up, the duvet still thrown atop of her.
"Go back to sleep," The Geordie muffles and lowers herself back down to the exposed skin; lips working once again.
"Well, it's hard to go back to sleep when you're kissing my navel-"
"You're ruining the moment," Cheryl murmurs against Kimberley's skin.
"Is that what this is?" The blonde giggles. "Are we having a moment? What's this moment we are having?" She speaks to the lump still hidden under the covers.
"It's called the shhhh moment," Cheryl traces her tongue around Kimberley's navel, knowing how much her wife loved this action.
Kimberley quickly sits up and throws the duvet off a naked Cheryl.
"Hi," The guilty Geordie sits up on her knees, biting her lower lip in hopes to hide the growing smile.
"Hi to you too cheeky," Kimberley raises her eyebrow, "What are you doing?"
"Thought it was obvious..." She rolls her eyes.
"Well the next time you decide to wake me up with an orgasm, try and be a little more subtle.. Yeah?" Kimberley releases her smile, unable to hide it anymore.
"C'mere," She opens her arms inviting a giggling Cheryl. The Geordie beauty shuffles closer and lies in her opened arms.
"What time were you up?" Kimberley asks, her fingers tracing invisible patterns against Cheryl's bared forearm.
"Ten minutes or so," She cranes her neck up for kisses.
"What is it you want?" Kimberley huffs playfully. "My kisses are expensive I'll have you know, don't think I go around giving them to everyone-"
"Oi!" She swats the blondes chest, "Better not be going around giving your kisses to anyone but us.. Now give us me morning kisses." She pouts again; Kimberley giggles and claims the pout.
"Mm" Cheryl sighs into the lip lock. "That's better."
She readjusts her position; lying between Kimberley's legs as the blonde settles back against the headboard.
They smile to the warmth.
Their legs tangle in a sea of limbs; hands roam with tenderness.
Thump, Thump, Thump.
Kimberley's heartbeat was music to her ears.
"You don't have to go to work today.. Do you?" Cheryl asks, her fingers playing with Kimberley's. Unexpectedly kissing them every so often.
"I need to go in later for about two hours or so, just to make sure the cakes are right. What are you doing today?"
Cheryl shrugs, no plans come to mind.
"I like it when you stay home," Cheryl whispers, confessing her secured thoughts.
"I would stay home everyday if I could, it's the same with you babe.. You can't stay home everyday. Am I right?" Kimberley releases their feathered fingers, and tilts her wife's head back.
Their eyes meet.
"Am I right?" She repeats.
"Yeah, but it'll be different after x factor. I'll have more time and everything.. You know?" The blonde smiles and nods to her wife's words.
"Let's not worry about that right now-"
"It's hard not to when you're going to work." Cheryl argues, suddenly growing with annoyance. She was selfish with the attention she craved off her wife; she wanted her to forever be around.
"Are you seriously starting an argument over me going to work?" Kimberley laughs with surprise, gently; she pushes Cheryl off her and stands to her feet.
"No, I'm just saying," Cheryl follows her wife around the master bedroom. "You own the bloody bakery, you don't have to go every single fcuking day." She folds her arms against the exposed breasts; suddenly feeling uncomfortable with her naked state.
"As the owner I should be there," Kimberley rolls her eyes and dresses, indifferent with her wife's feelings.
"Maybe you can just go in there for half an hour today?" Cheryl pleads, the blonde sighs as she ties her hair up into a small not.
"Baby," She begins. "What's gotten into you-"
"I just want you home okay? What's wrong with wanting me wife home the day I'm not working-" Kimberley cuts her off.
"You're being selfish right now," She scuffs. "I'm always home alone when you're off at work doing god knows what-"
"Don't turn this on us!" Cheryl tries to keep her voice low, "I always tell you to come with us-"
"So come with me then-"
"Fcuk no." Kimberley sighs with annoyances and pushes past the tempered Geordie.
"I'm over this conversation-"
"I'm not." Cheryl grabs her hand and forces her to stop. "I'm not." She repeats.
"I don't understand what it is you want me to fcuking do?!" Kimberley growls and yanks her arm back, "I do the best I can to be the best fcuking wife. I fcuk you, feed you, fcuking put up with this sh*t-"
"What sh*t?!" Cheryl hisses, "What fcuking sh*t do you put up with?!-"
"You can figure that one out on your own," Kimberley rolls her eyes and finally walks out of the bedroom; leaving her naked wife behind.
------
Madison hesitates with stepping out of her bedroom, the muffling shouts don't go unnoticed from the wall separating the married couples bedroom. She's suddenly worried, and alarmed.
I hurt my wife.
The words repeat. Without a second thought, she hurries out of the grand bedroom and runs into Kimberley.
They collide in haste.
"I'm sorry," The teen apologizes immediately. Kimberley's scowling expression softens to Madison's frightened appearance.
"Where you off to missy?" The blonde tries to joke, although, Madison can hear past the cheerfulness.
"Where are you off to?" She redirects the question.
"Was just going for a walk in the garden," Kimberley lies. "And you?"
"Is.. Is.. Erm. Is everything alright?" She pushes herself to ask, her heart rate still thumps wildly against her chest. With a simple question, and concern for them; she can feel a heart attack coming on.
I don't know how to ask. I don't know how to show compassion.
"Everything's fine," Kimberley frowns. "Why do you ask?" She silently hoped their argument wasn't resounded into the large home. She'd thought their bedroom was soundproof.
Little did she know.
"Just... You don't look it." Madison shrugs, praying her lie wasn't visible.
She averts her eyes.
She's lying. Kimberley thought.
"Right," The older woman raises her eyebrow. "How's about we go down to the kitchen?"
"Thought you were going to work?" Madison asks, she allows Kimberley to take her hand and lead them down to the empty kitchen.
The house is peaceful with sleeping souls. It was still early hours of the morning, the rest of the contestants were oblivious to the morning drama occurring.
"And how do you know this?"
Madison's cheeks flush; she's slipped her words without a second thought.
"I said I was going to the garden," Kimberley pushes.
"No I mean.. I just assumed, don't you go to work? I mean you do work don't you?" She rambles quickly; her lie has been unmasked.
"Did you hear me and my wife?" Kimberley asks, getting straight to the point.
They stand in the middle of the grand entrance.
"Hear you and your wife...?" Madison tries to play it off stupidly.
"Yes," Kimberley speaks with authority, "Did you hear me and my wife arguing?" She repeats herself.
"No," Madison replies and quickly averts her eyes.
"What did you hear-"
"I said I didn't-"
"Don't lie to me," The blonde hisses seriously, she's annoyed enough as it is, and now Madison was shooting her temper straight through the roof.
"Just that you know, stuff about work and stuff like that.." The teen trails off, unable to resound the words she'd once heard.
"Right.." Kimberley raises her eyebrow and continues her walk to the Kitchen.
Madison trails behind her cautiously.
"I didn't mean to listen you know?" She clears her throat, "Walls are pretty thin." This gets Kimberley to crack a smile, but she hides it as she busies herself with breakfast.
A silence falls upon them, it's not awkward for Kimberley, but Madison was currently squirming in her spot.
She speaks up.
"So erm," Madison coughs nervously, "Are you going to work?" She asks again.
"I think you've already heard my part-"
"I don't think you should go," Madison tries to mediate, "You should stay, take the day off and spend it with you wife.. That's if you want to."
Kimberley was unsure why, or how someone she'd just met could take over every part of her. Every decision she'd once made vanishes, the teen had a hold on the older woman, and it was blinded by the two. Kimberley didn't realize the affect Madison had on her.
"And why do you think I should do that?" The blonde sets the container of eggs down and gives the teen her full attention.
"Well, I mean, I'm just saying," Madison rambles nervously, not sure where she was leading all this to.
Nonetheless Kimberley stays quiet.
"If you want to, like, your wife, would.. Sort of like it?" She shrugs to her words.
"And this is your way of convincing me?" The blonde folds her arms with an arched eyebrow.
"Not convincing you.. Just stating the fact Cheryl would like you to stay home. So.. You should." Madison mirrors the blondes movements, both leaning against opposite kitchen counter.
They face each other with a ghostly smile playing on their lips.
"Right.." Kimberley repeats, "I thought you didn't like Cheryl?" She questions her.
"Didn't say that.. She's alright, a pain yes, but she's alright."
Kimberley makes her smile known.
"You're alright too."
They giggle, breaking the tension.
"I'll stay-" Madison squeals and launches herself; she didn't realize what she was doing - or why she was doing it. But, Kimberley was holding her tightly, both laughing away.
"Really?" Madison squeaks, "Like, really, really?"
Kimberley laughs.
"Really, really, you donut"
Maybe it was fate, maybe it was worlds slowly merging and colliding in a beautiful crash of stars exploding together as one. Or maybe it was Madison's aura that had Kimberley under her command, or maybe it was the yearning for a child and Madison was right in front of her - in reach.
"Okay," The teen pulls away, "Go upstairs and talk to her."
"Alright, don't push your luck Lacey." Kimberley chuckles and turns around, continuing to ready this mornings breakfast.
"Please Kimba," The teen pouts and gives the blonde and shake to the shoulder. "I'll get the breakfast ready?"
Kimberley smiles tearfully; her eyes hidden away from the euphoric teen standing behind her.
"Please?" She pleads once more.
Kimberley finds herself nodding, but never turning around to meet the angelic green orbs.
"Alright," She whispers and quickly walks out of the kitchen.
"Thank you!" Madison calls out, "I'll try not to burn the house down!" Kimberley smiles to the sound of the teen's giggles following her up the stairs, getting her mood back together.
She timidly knocks on her bedroom door and walks in.
"Babe?" Kimberley calls out; her eyes set out to find Cheryl.
"Baby?" She walks around, with caution she enters their walk in closet.
Cheryl ignores the calling and continues to dig through her clothes, taking extra time this morning in hopes to avoid her wife. It was too late to avoid Kimberley as she steps in.
"Hey," Kimberley whispers, she leans against the doorframe and watches the Geordie rummage through her side of the closet.
"Can we talk for a second?" She asks, "I want to apologize."
No answer.
The sound of metal hangers screech against the bar.
"Was going to make some breakfast," Kimberley speaks freely, not sure where to start the apology. "I was going to make some bacon and eggs-"
"Is this you apologizing?" Cheryl stills her frantic hands and finally turns around to meet a guilty looking Kimberley.
"I'm-"
"Actually, before you even start with your pathetic apology," Kimberley furrows her eyebrows to her wife's words. "I want an explanation."
"What explanation?"
"You know damn well what I'm talking about!" She's unable to contain her anger much longer.
"How about you put some fcuking clothes on and then we'll talk!" Kimberley snaps back and walks out of the closet.
Cheryl groans in frustration and throws on anything in reach.
She marches into the bedroom.
"Explain." Cheryl demands, her foot taps away as she waits for the explanation she so desperately needs.
Kimberley sighs and rolls her eyes.
Such a child.
"What part is little Mrs. Cheryl asking for?" She cockily speaks.
"The part where you'd said you put up with me sh*t!" Cheryl never lets her walls down during this argument; she always did, but not this time.
"Well isn't it obvious?" Kimberley scuffs.
"Obviously not Kimberley." Cheryl grits her teeth, her patience seemingly thrown out the window.
"You're getting on my last nerves today, I hope you fcuking know that-"
"Great, amazing. Now tell us what you're on about?!" Kimberley steps forward and aggressively grabs at her wife's waist.
She forces their eyes to lock.
"You drive me absolutely crazy with this circus of a job- let me speak. You wanted an explanation? I'm giving it to you right now," Cheryl stays quiet, and gives up resisting her wife's touch.
"I know it's this stupid job-"
"It's not stupid!" Cheryl snarls, and fights Kimberley's arms off her. She fails terribly, the blondes strength has grown over the years of being together. She'd constantly workout, and now, Cheryl's strength would never seek the same level.
"Are you going to let me speak?" The once calm blue-greys now fill with danger.
Cheryl nods with a gulp.
"It's this stupid job keeping you from carrying our child," The Geordie's heart breaks to the words, their problems always circulated around the child they never had.
"I told you I wasn't ready," Cheryl whispers, sadness lacing with her sound. "It's not me job.. I'm just not ready."
Kimberley releases her all together; a frustrated sigh escapes her lips. She digs her nails through the honey blonde locks in hopes to calm down.
"Do you love me?" Kimberley asks.
"Of course I love you." Cheryl replies without a doubt.
"Do you really love me?" Kimberley's eyes begin to water, the lump rises rapidly in her throat. It chokes her, and deafens her world.
"Yes," Cheryl sniffs. "Very much."
"Then please," The blonde begins, she walks back to the Geordie and wraps her arms around the slim waist. "Plesae, look for her."
Cheryl shakes her head; she fights the sob back.
"I can't" She cries.
"If you love me, you'll look for her."
She shakes her head again.
"I can't.. She probably hates us." And with those words uttered, she breaks down in the blonde's arms. Falling into sobs, hiccups and breathless gasps.
"Look at me," Kimberley whispers, she takes Cheryl's face into her hands and wipes away the falling tears. "You don't know if she hates you, you don't know that until you look for her-"
"M-Maybe after x factor?" Cheryl sniffs, now gripping onto the blonde.
"Alright, after x factor.. C'mere"
They hold each other; the once bright lights that seemed to shine their world have diminished into gloomy clouds.
A star would soon shoot glows of euphoria.
A rose would soon bloom their world with happiness.
"I'll stay today," Kimberley speaks up "I'll stay my love.. Just, no more crying yeah?"
Cheryl laughs through her tears.
"Y-You're staying?"
"I'm staying, no more tears though." The distraught Geordie nods frantically, and holds on tighter.
---
They sit on the breakfast table; it was a meal of question. Kimberley and Madison share a look and giggle.
"What's so funny?" Cheryl asks with a smile, her earlier troubles now replaced with smiles and laughs.
Madison shrugs and tries to ignore the intense stares from her fellow contestants.
"Just," She begins with a giggle. "Enjoy your breakfast is all." She shrugs again, jabbing her overcooked eggs with a fork.
"Who made this breakfast?" Ella cuts in.
"Eat your breakfast Ella," Madison quickly speaks, Kimberley shakes her head and releases a laugh.
"This looks vile to be honest." Jessica comments, and pushes her plate away. "I know it's rude to say.. But I'm not having any of this."
Madison and Kimberley laugh loudly.
"What has gotten into you's?" Cheryl asks with a light laugh.
Kimberley and Madison continue their breathless laughs.
"O-Okay," The teen giggles, "I'm cool, I'm good." With one last laugh she settles back in her seat.
"I also don't suggest anyone has the breakfast," She stops Cheryl from forking eggs into her mouth. "Really, don't do it."
"Did you make this breakfast?" Cheryl questions, a smile works its way to her lips.
"Maybe," Madison giggles, she catches Ella, Jessica, and Kaylee rolling their eyes at her.
It doesn't bother her. It never did.
"How's about we go out for breakfast? Yeah?" Cheryl suggests and stands to her feet.
"Aw!" Madison pouts, "I worked so hard on this breakfast, I even cut up little fruits.. Look." She points out the bowl of frozen fruits now melting and pooling in their juices.
"Those were from me freezer, I bought those fruits cut up for me smoothies I'll have you know?"
"Right.." Madison bites her lower lip and averts her eyes. "So how about we go get that breakfast?"
---
The week flew by for Madison; day in and day out she'd spent with Cheryl and the rest of the contestants as they prepared for the live shows. Their bond grew and blossomed into something beautiful.
Inside jokes were made; silent words were exchanged through their eyes. They understood each other, and slowly, Madison was happy to allow the Geordie into the world she'd created.
Her senses melted and were comforted with Cheryl's presence. She'd find herself smiling whenever the older woman was around, even with Kimberley; she found comfort with the women. Never has she trusted so quickly, and never has she been able to see such good in the brown orbs, and sparkle in the blue-greys.
She was growing attached.
"I'm not that nervous," Ella speaks up. She tears Madison away from her smiling daydream. "I've got this.. We all do." The girls nod in agreement.
Truth be told, Madison was petrified for tonight. She wanted to do amazing, not because this was her dream anymore, but because she wasn't ready to let go of the two women who'd recently taken over every part of her world.
"I can take a wild guess who'll be sent home this week," The girls giggle in unison.
She blocks it all out.
Before the girls have a chance to bully further, Cheryl comes through the dressing room with Kimberley in tow.
"Hiya girls!" She greets them with a warm smile.
Madison instantly smiles, and it doesn't go unnoticed by the Geordie.
The teen gives the women a shy smile; she keeps her position grounded in the corner.
"Are you's ready?"
Kimberley walks past her wife and heads over to Madison, who's yet to stop smiling.
"Hey you," She whispers to her, and takes the teen into a much needed hug. "How are you feeling?"
"Nervous," She admits with a shaky breath. "I don't think I can do it Kimba." Kimberley smiles with soft eyes, she takes the teen into the bathroom; Cheryl's eyes follow them until the white door shuts.
"You're going to do amazing," Kimberley tries to calm her down. "Why the tears babe? Come on.. Let's get rid of those." Madison nods with a small giggle, allowing the older woman to wipe away the worried tears.
"What's got you doubting?" The blonde asks, she envelopes Madison into her arms.
The teen melts. It was the perfect puzzle, she'd thought.
I fit perfectly in her arms.
I've never loved anyone this way.
She's yet to admit this aloud and right now, right now was the perfect moment.
"I love you Kimba," She whispers, so quiet, it could have been imagined.
"You love me?" Kimberley giggles tearfully; she pulls Madison away to look at her. She needed to see her expression in this moment.
"Mhm," She hums. "You're so nice to me," Madison hiccups and continues. "Nobody has ever been so caring to me.. Th-Thank you."
Kimberley releases a tear herself and pulls the teen back into her arms.
"I love you too sweetheart, loads and loads." She squeezes her tightly. "You're going to do amazing out there, do you hear me? You are going to get far in this competition. You mark my words."
Madison nods to the woman's encouraging words, she takes in every sound and emotion coming from Kimberley's voice.
"Say it."
"I.. I'm going to do amazing."
"That'a girl," Kimberley smiles and places a kiss to Madison's forehead. "Let's wipe the last of these tears and head out, I want you to show every single talent you've got out here tonight."
---
She was nervous, of course she was nervous. She'd never get used to this feeling, the way her heart was beating so wildly, and the butterflies that never seemed to stop fluttering was new.
Madison spots her parents in the audience as she sang that night, they smile at her, and for once, they weren't angry. They loved the song choice she'd picked, and the way she lost herself with the lyrics and tunes.
"We've got a winner right here!" Louis commends her, and the smile she had on her face didn't seem to be going anywhere.
"I really love this girl!" Mel gives Cheryl a pat on the back. "You're doing an amazing job with this little star."
Cheryl blushes with pride.
"I'm putting my white flag up," Simon chuckles. "You're winning it this year." The Geordie laughs and winks at the teen, getting her smile to grow wider if possible.
"I'm so utterly proud of you babe, my little cheeky Maddy is making us really proud. You're growing in me eyes everyday, you practice your little tush off in rehearsals and it lets us know how much you want this. So please," Cheryl pleads to the camera. "Everyone vote for me little star! Nobody is safe!"
Madison blows a kiss to Cheryl and heads off stage, she giggles her way through the corridors and meets the rest of the contestants along with family and friends.
She spots her parents instantly.
"Daddy!" The teen falls into her mother and fathers arms, still giggling away. The euphoria wasn't dying down; in fact it was growing quickly.
"My little star indeed." He gives her a squeeze allowing Clara to kiss and cuddle the teen shortly.
"You don't even understand how amazing it is to be up there!" She sighs happily. "I'm glad you's decided to come"
"Had to come, couldn't miss this." Connor's eyes soften to his daughter's happiness. He loved seeing her this way.
"Thank you for coming," They all share happy smiles.
"Your granparents wanted to come too you know," Clara speaks gently, "They said to be sure to come for the results tomorrow-"
"Really?" Madison asks with a raised eyebrow "I mean.. Really?" She scrunches her face, getting a light laugh from Clara.
"Yes," The mother smiles. "They promised to come tomorrow-"
"Eeek!" The teen squeals and jumps back into her mother's arms, nearly tipping her over and sending them both flying to the ground.
"Alright," Clara laughs. "Let's tone down the excitement a bit."
Kimberley makes her way over to the family, she's yet to have a conversation with Madison's parents.
"Hello," She smiles, and stands beside the teen.
"Mum, Dad," Madison quickly takes Kimberley's hand.
She's going to get me melting to my death. Kimberley thought to herself.
"This is Kimba- Kimberley," She corrects herself quickly. "Cheryl's wife."
"Oh hello," They parents shake the blondes hand with warm smiles. "Finally nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too. I just wanted to-"
"Madison! You're needed in studio two for an interview."
"Excuse me," The teen releases her tight clasp from Kimberley's hand and goes where she is directed.
Kimberley continues to chat with the parents.
"Has she always been like this?" She laughs. "She's quite a character, I could only imagine her as a child."
Clara and Connor nod in agreement.
"When we first got her, she was all over the place-"
"Got her?" Kimberley frowns.
"Yeah, we adopted her at the age of five."
The world goes into a buzzing siren and heartbeats are only to be sounded in this very moment. Kimberley's world grows dizzy, she's unable to hear a single sound from the mother and father currently rambling away about their daughter.
She's not theirs. Madison is not theirs.
With a mumbled excuse me, she blindly makes her way to Cheryl's dressing room. She's sweating, and heaving for air. Her feet topple and stumble all the way there.
"Ch-Cheryl!" She practically cries out.
The dressing room filled with strangers suddenly goes silent.
"Ch-Cheryl." She repeats again.
"Everyone. Out!" Cheryl demands, she ushers her wife in and sits her down.
"Baby," She's pushes the blonde locks away from her wife's glistening forehead. "Baby breathe."
Kimberley is unable to speak.
Cheryl quickly stands to her feet and grabs a bottle of water.
She nurtures the cool liquid into Kimberley's mouth, forcing her to calm back to her senses.
"Cheryl," She repeats. "She's.. She's not theirs." The blonde gasps for air.
"What?" The Geordie frowns. "What are you on about babe?!"
"Madison! She's not theirs Cheryl! She's not theirs!" With Kimberley's energy back, and now adrenaline rushing through her veins. She stands up to her feet, Cheryl mirroring her actions.
"She's not theirs!" she repeats.
"Okay..?" Cheryl gulps.
"Admit it! Just fcuking admit she's yours!" Kimberley cries out, "Just fcucking admit Maddy is yours!"
Before the Geordie can respond to her wifes demanding request, the dressing room door flings open with a teary eyed Madison.
"Well?" She forces herself to speak past the lump in her throat. "Am I?"
