He is very impatient and doesn't stand for any funny business. He is ruthless and will stop at nothing to get what he wants and he doesn't care about who he hurts in the process. He's extremely strict and bosses over his workers with an iron fist.

Backstory: "None of your business." Ivan grew up in Russia to a poor family. They never had enough food or clothes. When he was seven, his mother died of pneumonia because they didn't have the money to pay for her hospital bills. After that, his father barely spoke and would just sit and stare into space. A social worker came one day and took Ivan away and placed him in an orphanage. When he was eleven, an American family adopted him and brought him back to the States with them. He got a good education and was well cared for. His early years in Russia had a lasting effect on him though, and they caused him to be bitter and serious. He worked so hard until he got to the top as if to get revenge for what happened when he was younger.

Petersburg Corps is looking for a new worker, an office person. Since you're good at that types of thing and you know that it would be a privilege to work in such a prestigious place, you decide to go for it. You get ready and go to the imposing Petersburg Corps building. Your extremely nervous since everyone's heard of the boss and how....intense he is. You go in and sit down in the waiting room, along with a few other people who are obviously there for the same reason you are. A few of them are called in and it only takes a few minutes for them to come back out. You're getting even more nervous now and then it's your turn.
