Chase's P.O.V. 

I was ready to confront Nicole about the journal, but George stepped in front of me, blocking the notebook from Nicole. "We were just deciding if we should get something to eat, for all of us. Chase and I were going to ask what you guys waned." 

Nicole smiled tightly, "Chinese sounds good right now."

George nodded, "Chinese it is. Should we get going, Chase?"

"Uh, yeah," I shoved the notebook down my back and covered it with my shirt. 

"Do you guys mind if I come along?" She asked with a smile. George and I nervously looked at each other. 

"I think it's best if you stay here and text me if anything happens with Adri," I suggested and her smile visibly faltered. 

"Okay, then. Don't take too long, we're all starving," she spun around and walked away.

"What the hell, George? I was going to expose her right here!" 

"Chase! Listen to me, she's manipulative. What evidence besides the copy of a journal do we have? Do you think the cops would believe two kids with a diary? By the time they question her and file a report, she would get a backstory to cover her mistakes up. We need to get something concrete- a recording of her actually doing something that proves she's the one that's been doing all this shit," he explained.

"You're right, you're right. I'm sorry. But now, how do we catch her doing something that can be held against her?" I asked. George thought for a moment and something clicked.

"Well, if you wanted to murder someone, but failed, wouldn't you go back to finish the job? We both read that diary and we know she will, so we wait. We wait until she tries to finish Adri and catch her then, so for now, no one leaves Adri unnattended with Nicole. Unless..."

"We set her up."
