Hawks met up with the Wild, Wild Pussycats and Mt. Lady outside the meeting room, when Aizawa walked up to them.
"I am joining the trip with you as well," He informed them and this made Hawks sigh in relief.
Maybe the Hero Commission will have Aizawa take over the leader role.
"What have you been told about the trial trip?" Hawks asked, as he looked to the older hero.
"That we will be entering Yokohama with the representatives and we will be taken to a secure area to stay," Aizawa answered, trying to remember his hasty conversation with the President of the Hero Commission.
Before anything more could be said, they were told to enter the meeting room.
As they took their seats, they noticed that Madam President was not in the meeting yet, and as they sat and waited, she entered the room with her main guards.
"Let's get this meeting started, shall we?"

After the meeting, the Pro Heroes left the room and decided to go over what all was said and to write down the rules to go over with the students they take to Yokohama.
"The first crucial rule we must follow no matter what, is that the students cannot use their quirks unless permission is given," Hawks explained, writing down the rule on his 'note' app on his phone, "But we are free to use our quirks as long as the situation calls for it."
"We cannot go into Suribachi City," Mt. Lady said then she scrunched her eyebrows together, "I want to know why the police or the Government haven't done anything about the criminals there."
"It's hard to say, maybe they just don't wonder into the main city of Yokohama so they leave the slums to them?" Mandalay asked as she tilted her head slightly.
"Let's continue, the students are not to bring their phones, but we can," Aizawa said, and while he thought the meeting would tell them why, explicitly, it did not. All that was told to them was that the students were far too inexperienced to have their phones or use their quirks in a city that they know little to nothing about.
"I, personally, want to find out more about Yokohama, what about you guys?" Hawks asked, smiling at the small group.
Everyone agreed as they parted ways to prepare for the trip they would be leaving for in a few hours.

When Aizawa got to UA, where the rest of the heroes and the students were meeting before they were going to be picked up, Nezu was waiting by the entrance with Momo Yaoyorozu.
Aizawa could only guess that Momo was the rodent's choice of student to join them on their trip.
"Has her parents signed the permission slip and know exactly what they are sending her into?" Aizawa asked, quietly as he looked down at the Principal.
"Yes, it was a good conversation with Mr. Yaoyorozu!" Nezu exclaimed as he smiled devilishly and giggled. He looked as if he was mentally kicking his feet as well.
"Dad didn't even fully read the permission slip before he signed and Principal Nezu just laughed manically as he did so, but I know what I'm getting myself in to, Aizawa-Sensei," Momo informed her teacher, as she cocked her hip out and put her hand on it, clearly slightly judging the rodent Principal and her own father, "I read the permission slip and I agree to the terms, this is clearly a very important trip and I am honored to be attending."
Aizawa smiled slightly, he should've known Momo would be a good choice. She was quite intelligent and could take care of herself.
"I'm glad one of you were competent enough to read the permission slip," Aizawa said, clearly directing the shade he was throwing at the principal.
Momo gave a curt nod as she moved to stand next to her teacher and wait for the rest to arrive.

"Is that Momo standing there with Aizawa-Sensei?" Midoriya asked as he arrived at UA with Iida and Uraraka in tow.
"Yes, I think so," Iida said as he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose.
"I thought only six of us were coming?" Uraraka questioned as she tilted her head slightly.
As they got closer, they noticed that Aizawa also had his luggage.
"Is Aizawa-Sensei also coming with us?" Uraraka asked, leaning over to Iida.
"I think he is," Midoriya answered as he also leaned slightly towards Iida.
As they reached their teacher and peer, they heard a loud voice boom out.
"Hey extras! Is Ponytail coming with us?" It was Bakugou, screaming across the campus, and with him was Kirishima who had an arm around the loud blonde.
"Yes, Bakugou," Aizawa answered him quickly, hoping to get the blonde to be quiet.
As the blonde and red-head got closer, another voice yelled out from behind them.
"What happened to waiting for me?" Another voice whined and finally the electric blonde, Kaminari came into view.
"You were being too slow, sparky," Bakugou answered, crossing his arms, while Kirishima smirked sheepishly.
"I was using the bathroom!" Kaminari yelled, finally close enough to shake Bakugou, which caused the explosive blonde to let loose a few small explosions.
"Let me go, dunce face!" Bakugou yelled, shoving the other blonde away from him.
Kirishima laughed as he stood between the two blondes, hoping to keep the peace, at least until they were in Yokohama.

Hawks arrived and kept his distance slightly, to observe how the students acted around each other, to get a hint of how their dynamics worked.
From where he was standing, he observed how the red-head was trying to keep the peace between the two blondes and how most of the others were disinterested in whatever drama was going on between the two.
So it was normal, good to know.
The tall black haired girl seemed to be very distant from the others, but she seemed more comfortable around the three boys, he assumed were friends, from the way she was choosing to stand more close to them than the others.
The green haired boy seemed to be watching the blonde, Bakugou, his mind supplied, while the tall blue haired boy and the short girl were talking amongst themselves. While the three of them seemed like friends, it was like the greenette would prefer to be standing with the blonde, Hawks wondered to himself why he wasn't if he so clearly wanted to.

Soon, the rest of the heroes arrived and they were rounding the students up to talk to them.
"So, whose parents went over the rules with you?" Aizawa asked, taking the lead, naturally, while looking at his students.
Only Iida, Kirishima, and Midoriya raised their hands, and this caused the teacher to sigh.
"Okay, so for those of you that were not told, we are going to go over them now," Aizawa said, as he got a piece of paper out of his pocket and unfolded it, "First is restricted quirk usage, the Pro-Heroes can use theirs without restrictions, but the students will have to get permission to use their quirks."
"What? That's bullshit," Bakugou yelled, as he looked at the heroes, "We're going into a dangerous city we know nothing about, we should be able to use our quirks!"
"No quirk usage without permission, that is final," Aizawa told the blonde firmly, as he looked at him sternly.
"What are the other rules, Aizawa-Sensei?" Kirishima asked, trying to not let the explosive blonde escalate the situation.
"We are not allowed into Suribachi City or otherwise known as 'The Slums'," Aizawa continued, as he looked down at his paper, "It's the place where most of the Yokohama criminals reside and basically stay inside of."
"Does that mean they don't leave Suribachi City and enter Yokohama?" Uraraka asked, as she tilted her head slightly.
"From what the Hero Commission told us, no, they stay in Suribachi City," Mt. Lady answered, smiling at the young girl.
"Continuing, no student is to bring their cellphones, but we can, all of your parents were supplied with out numbers in case of an emergency," Aizawa watched as some of the students looked confused then one dissolved into chaos.
"What? Why not? I can't go without my phone!" Kaminari practically melted down as he clutched his phone to his chest.
"Dunce face, stop being over-dramatic," Bakugou snarled, snatching the phone from the other blonde and handing it to Aizawa, who was now collecting their phones.
Kaminari was still whining about his phone, as the Yokohama representatives pulled up, to collect them.

"Is that boy okay?" Kyouka asked Kouyou who was standing next to her, watching the blonde hero student dramatically weeping on his knees about his phone.
"I have no idea, dear," Kouyou said, her lips in a slightly frown, "Pay no attention to him."
Kyouka gave a curt nod and turned to the Pro Hero, Hawks, who was now walking towards them.
"I thought the Armed Detective Agency was escorting us?" The winged hero asked, as he looked kinda nervously at them.
"They got called into Yokohama for an emergency," Kouyou answered curtly, as her cold voice cut through the air.
"What about the Government representatives?" Hawks asked, clearly not wanting to be around the Port Mafia members.
"They are not suited for protecting you all on your journey into Yokohama," Kyouka's monotone voice answered as she looked at the whole group, who were now all in front of them.
"We have quirks to protect ourselves, you're just quirkless nobodies. How can you protect us?" An explosive blonde snarled as he glared at the younger woman, "And protect us from what? Some quirkless nobodies in Yokohama?"
Then all of a sudden, two female phantoms wielding katanas appeared in front of them.
"Do not underestimate Yokohama," Kyouka snarled as she glared at the blonde, "We are not quirkless, we do not have quirks in the first place. And you know nothing about Yokohama, do not act like you do."
Almost everyone flinched back from the young woman's icy tone, she sounded like she could kill you and not bat an eyelash.
"Kyouka, Kouyou, please do not scare them," A man's voice echoed on the campus, and the heroes and students looked behind the two women to see an older man with a monocle accompanied by a young man(?) with a white mask covering his(?) mouth and nose.
"Sorry, Hirotsu-San," Kyouka said, sounding sincere as one of the phantoms disappeared, while one just stood down and sheathed its katana.
"Kouyou, the Armed Detective Agency sent other representatives to take over, the Port Mafia's business here is done," Hirotsu said, as he looked to the older and taller woman.
The heroes and students watched as the woman looked over to Kyouka then sighed, it was only then that the other phantom disappeared.
They watched as all of the Port Mafia members basically disappeared within minutes, leaving them alone.
"What just happened?" Kaminari asked, looking around, clearly terrified and confused.
"We just witnessed the reason why the Port Mafia are so feared in Yokohama," Hawks explained then turned to look at them, "Those two are probably the two bosses we heard so much about, we have to keep on our toes in Yokohama and be sure not to anger them."
Bakugou scoffed and was about to say something but luckily, Kirishima slammed his hand over the blonde's mouth.
"We agree!" The red-head's voice boomed, making sure to nod enthusiastically and then nod at Bakugou, making the blonde roll his eyes and nod.
It was only then that the red-head took his hand off the blonde's mouth, and Bakugou proceeded to cross his arms and show that despite him agreeing with the red-head, he was in fact, not in agreement, but would agree for now.
