"Well then it's a date"

My stomach tightens as I hear 'Date'. It's not really a big deal, he probably meant it in a friend way. Either way I was really happy to be going with him to night watch.

We go outside and it is freezing.

"So where are we going exactly?" I ask him. I wrap my arms around myself because of the cold.

"To that watch tower" He says and points.

The tower was huge. 

Without talking he took off his jacket and had me slip my arms through the sleeves.

"Thank you but-"

"I'll be okay.....I like the cold. Besides I can't have you getting sick or anything." He says. His voice is so soothing. I bet he is a good singer.

It was so hard I could barely see anything. But I knew we got to the tower when he opened the door, it made a loud squeaky sound.

"Here hold my hand, it gets even darker I don't want you falling." He said.

"You calling me clumsy?" I say jokingly.

Even with it being pitch black I could imagine his smile as I heard his little chuckle.

"Maybe I am" He says back.

This time I'm the one smiling.This dude, it's a good thing it's dark or else he could see the redness across my face.

We went up all the stairs and my legs were killing me. I should be used to this but I am more used to walking forward not up.

He opens the second door and I can feel the wind hit my face again. I didn't expect it so it gave me a bit of a push backwards.

I felt two hands on my shoulders. I could feel my back pressed against him. It was nice.

"See what I mean...clumsy." He said.

"It was the wind!" I say to him.

"Yeah yeah, probably best we sit down." He said.

I nodded my head despite him probably not even being able to see it.

We sat down and there was silence for a few seconds.

"How did you end up with Cass?" He asked me.

"Well, when it first started I was with my family which was just my mom and brother. My Mom tried to sacrifice my brother and I but karma got her and she was ripped to shreds by zombies. My brother made it a month. He died of infection. So i went on my own for a year until I found a group. This group was made up of thieves, murderers, and rapists. After being attacked I escaped with two other woman. The other one got eaten by a zombie but Cass and I made it out. We weren't necessarily friends but she was company. I dealt with her just to have someone else around me. Honestly your the best thing to come out of this whole thing........" Did I say that out loud?!?!

I got scared because he went silent too.

"When It started I was already with my brothers. They aren't my real brothers they are just the best friends I could ever ask for.I love them all so much. We were lucky enough to have each other. I never heard from my parents. We all were scared for the first year. Jungkook almost died from being sick out of all things. But we had each other and so we were strong. We ended up gaining others along the way then found the prison. We cleared it out and made it home. One year later we find these two girls. One of them was laying down surrounded by zombies and the other one was on the roof. We killed the zombies of course but when I saw that girl I thought wow she is beautiful..... She was really clumsy too....I think her name was Y/N. I only knew her for a day but it felt like I knew her for a life time." He says.

My eyes go wide and I am in shock. I feel his hand on my cheek and the warmth takes over. 

"For it being freezing out here your face sure is warm." He says.

He really knows how to get to you.

"I'm just  that good I guess" I say.

We both laugh then there is silence again. I feel myself being tugged forward a bit. With just enough light I can see his face close to mine.

"Come here I'll keep you warm" He said.

He pulls away and pulls me into his chest where it is warm and cozy.

How can you be so stupid obviously he didn't want to kiss you.

I wrap my arms around him feeling bad for having his jacket might as well make it up somehow.

I my eyes start to close as the feeling of warmth and safe combine.

I felt Jimins chest vibrate and I heard him say something. 

"I'll protect you"
