Next Morning
You wake up hearing sound of your mother

Y/n: mom, let me sleep more..

Mom: no, just wake up..we have to go temple

Y/n: fine!!
You said in a irritating voice and your mom leave..you get ready and move downstairs

Dad: let's go!!!
You nod and you all were going but Anupama and her husband come there, you are shocked that why both of them are there

Dad: please come!!
They come inside and you greet them, what's the matter?

Mom: Y/n, go and bring something
You nod and come inside, you take snacks outside

Anupama looks at you, Anuj is also looking at you with a smile, you look at your dad, he is kinda tensed..you don't understand the situation still you smile to them

Anupama: Y/n, please come home soon...everyone is missing you so much

Y/n: yes mom!!!
Saying this, both of them leave

Y/n: what happened? Is everything fine?

Mom: yes Y/n, everything is fine..
Then suddenly someone come inside and it is not other than your husband

He comes and greet your parents

Paritosh: sorry for distributing but I am here to take Y/n back home

Dad: ok!! Paritosh come sit..

Paritosh: no dad, I have to leave...it's urgent!!

Mom: ok!!
You hug your parents and come out with Paritosh

In car
Y/n: are you ok?
He looks at me with confused look

Paritosh: am I not looking fine?

Y/n: ofc you are looking good...I am just asking because you said you need some time so..

Paritosh: I got enough of time
I nod

Soon we reach home and I greet everyone, everyone is having so dull faces

Y/n: what happened? Why everyone is looking so dull?

Anupama: Y/n, we want to tell you something

Y/n: is everything fine?

Anupama comes to me and hold my hands

Anupama: Y/n, I know this is not easy for you but this is the real truth....your parents are not your real parents..
I take my hands back, I can't believe this

Y/n: w..what do you mean?

Anupama: Anuj is your real father
What the hell? I feel like the world has stopped

Just then, Anuj uncle entered in the house saying no to Anupama, but then he looks at me and understand what happened

I move out and come to the park, I sit under that tree, I can't believe this is the truth...this can't be

Anupama's words are roaming in my ears, I close my ears with hands..tears build up in my eyes...suddenly, I felt a hand on my shoulder, I look up and find Anuj uncle there, he sits beside me

Anuj: I am sorry Y/n, I know this is not the way you should know about this...I am really sorry

I face him and look at him, I asked him like a child crying

He nods with tears

Y/n: in these years, why you never come to me..why, you didn't contact me...leave that when I met you here, why didn't you tell me then..

Y/n: tell me everything

Anuj: you are my daughter...before Anupama I was having a wife you are her and mine daughter...when you was 4, she died in an accident saving you and me...when she died, at that spot I was holding you then suddenly I faint..when I open my eyes I found myself in hospital..I asked about you but doctor said someone might take you..I tried to find you a lot but I didn't get any evidence of you....after it, when you married Paritosh and meet me..I felt like a connection with you, I thought it might be because you are famous and I am a big fan of yours but as day passed your face look so similar with Vaishali...then one week ago I get to know you are my daughter through Taehyung...you are my daughter Y/n..my daughter

Y/n: you go through all this alone and when you get to know I am your daughter...why didn't you tell me then

Anuj: because I don't want to face you any problem

I immediately hug him
Y/n: I am sorry dadda..

He breaks the hug and cup my face
Anuj: what did you say, repeat it!!

Y/n: dadda, I missed you..
He smiled and hug me

Anuj: I miss you too my princess

After sometime
I break the hug and look at him

Y/n: you know what, from childhood I am having some flashbacks of something and this place,this tree was always so special for me....I never get to know why but today I guess I know because I had a lot of memories with my parents here..dadda, remember how we used to came here every Sunday
He nods

Anuj: today, Vaishali must be really happy, I get my princess back...Vaishali, I found my princess again
I smile
Then something hit my mind and I asked him

Y/n: how did Taehyung told you?

Anuj: leave it princess..now, come let's go home back
I nod

He take me to his house, I entered and those flashbacks again appeared in my mind, this time they are clear

I step inside and see Anupama mom there, she hugs me and so do I

Y/n: I am sorry mom...I was

Anupama: it's okay Y/n, I understand!!

We three sit on the couch

Anupama: you both talk, I will bring something to eat

Y/n: no mom, you sit...I will bring

Anupama puts her hand on my cheek
Anupama: Y/n, you are the daughter of this house..so, sit here
She smiles, I look at Dadda

Anuj: I am sorry Y/n, if I would have known you are my daughter then I would never let you get married to Paritosh

Y/n: why dadda?

Anuj: don't act like, I don't know anything..I know everything and I swear if one more time he will hurt you, I will not leave him

I smile
Y/n: dadda, I am used to it now, so leave it

Anuj: but I can't see you in pain, Y/n

Y/n: the biggest pain is the love itself, I bear that then what is it...relax dadda..one day everything will be fine

Anuj: you are just like your mother, she always kept a positive aura around her and her thoughts...you are carbon copy of her
I chuckled

I was looking at the house, its interior then suddenly

Anuj: Y/n!!

Y/n: hmmm!

Anuj: do you love someone else?
I immediately turn my head towards him

Y/n: means?

Anuj: when I saw you on camera and all, you used to look so happy but since you came here you always look so upset...your eyes are always so puffy, they wanna tell so much but you don't allow them...why Y/n? Is everything fine?

Tears once again brim in my eyes and I hug him

Y/n: after so long, someone has asked me this...

Anuj: tell me Y/n, is everything fine?
I nod

I look at him breaking the hug and wipe my tears

Y/n: I am fine dadda, it's just because I am so tired after doing all the works
He simply nod, then Anupama mom brings the food

Anupama: come on!!

Suddenly door bell rings, I move to open and see my husband there

Anuj: who is it Y/n?
He looks at Paritosh and anger raged in him but he controlled himself

Paritosh: let's go Y/n!!

Anuj: she will not go anywhere

Paritosh: I am sorry Mr. Kapadia, but I am talking to my wife..come on Y/n, let's go!!

He hold my hand then suddenly Anupama mom stops him

Anupama: Paritosh, don't forget she is my daughter now..so, leave
She said in cold voice

Paritosh: mom, please!!

Anupama: Paritosh, move out and leave her!!

Paritosh: fine!!
He move out taking one glance of me

Anuj: Anupama!!

Anupama: I did right!!
He nods

Anupama: come on Y/n, let's have dinner!!!
Her voice was so soft this time

We three eat then dadda take me to my room

Anuj: welcome Y/n!!!
I smile

He come to me and hold by my shoulders

Anuj: I know you have suffered a lot but no more..I will protect you in every possible way
I nod and he move out giving me a peck on my forehead

I look at my room, the door again open revealing Anupama mom

Anupama: Y/n, you don't have your clothes..so, you can wear this for tonight, these are of your mother...tomorrow, I will bring you new clothes

I nod and take the clothes from her, I keep them on bed and hold her hands

Y/n: mom, I am sorry for what happened...because of me your life has..
She cut me in between

Anupama: because of you my life has get much better, because of you I get a daughter...are you sorry for this?

Y/n: aren't you upset from me, because of me you have to act cold to your son

Anupama: he deserves this Y/n...anyway..good night! Don't stress yourself, I am really happy
I nod and she come out, I go inside washroom and come after taking a bath
