Typical IPhone call noise plays from next to LOUIS' bed. It is around five in the morning.

Groggy, he reaches over to grab it.

Seeing that it's a video call from LOTTIE, he denies the call and sits up panickedly.

LOUIS, to himself

She's probably just forgot the time zones again. No one's dead. No one's dead.

LOUIS goes into the kitchen and makes himself some tea. He sits on the counter, staring at the wall, pretending not to exist for a while.

A knock on the front door startles him and PAUL enters a moment later, eyes wide and looking at him.

PAUL, tentatively

You know?

LOUIS, whispers

Who is it now?

PAUL, confused

What?

LOUIS

Who's dead? Lottie called me. I didn't answer. Don't want to live in a world where another member of my family is gone.

PAUL stands in the doorway and then shuts the door, coming closer.

PAUL

Your family is fine.

LOUIS' eyes widen and he gets off the counter.

LOUIS

Harry?

PAUL

Someone leaked your identity a couple hours ago.

The shock is instant. LOUIS drops his tea and simply stares at PAUL.

PAUL

Chip got woken up by his phone going insane. Once he knew, he called me.

LOUIS

Did Harry do it?

PAUL

Chip is calling all the hackers he knows. It came from the city, and Harry's in London, according to social media. Listen, Chip can handle all the drama.

LOUIS

Is everyone saying bad stuff?

PAUL looks over at LOUIS, who looks like a child with his arms crossed tightly to his chest. PAUL starts picking up the shards of glass.

PAUL

No, Louis. Not a single person is.

LOUIS

You're lying.

PAUL sighs loudly and stops talking.

LOUIS

What's gonna happen? Paul, what's going on?

PAUL

Take a deep breath.

LOUIS takes several deep breaths.

PAUL

Ok, now what do you need?

LOUIS

Coffee. I need coffee. Then we can go to the office and talk to Chip.

PAUL is surprised that he's starting to deal with the situation.

PAUL

Ok, get dressed and we'll hit that Starbucks on the way.

LOUIS

No ...I need a minute. Could you go to the shop on the corner? I'll shower and calm down.

PAUL stands and throws all the shards away. He grabs a rag and mops the liquid up.

PAUL

You'll be fine if I'm gone for a minute?

LOUIS

Everyone is physically fine. I can manage this, Paul. It's only the worst thing to happen besides my mum and Fizz dying.

He manages an awkward smile, and PAUL isn't sure whether or not to laugh. He grabs his keys and moves towards the door.

PAUL

Twenty minutes tops.

LOUIS smiles at him.

LOUIS

Thanks, Paul. I'd rather you showed up than Chip.

PAUL

Ok, and call Harry ok? He'll calm you down.

LOUIS' face shows a smidge of panic and then he waves PAUL away and walks back into his bedroom. He grabs his phone and begins texting while he grabs a duffle bag.

To Lottie: thx for the call. paul told me everything. i'll call when im ready.

To Chip: find who did this and make sure they burn

He tries to type a message to Harry and ends up deleting it every single time. Finally he turns his phone off and throws it into the middle of the bed. Then he pulls his wallet out of his jeans on the floor and puts it in his pocket.

LOUIS moves through his closet, grabbing a couple of tracksuits and this jacket that HARRY bought for him. (The boyfriend jacket). Moving to the kitchen, he grabs a bag of Cheeto Puffs and closes the duffle bag. Finally, he grabs his passport from the junk drawer in the kitchen.

His hand wraps around the door handle, and he pauses. Then he turns around and grabs his microphone from the couch. Then he grabs a pen from the junk drawer and scrawls on a sticky note.
