Lylla POV
As soon as I saw the yellow eyes I fainted. I woke up in a lab that look extremely familiar. Oh my god... it was the lab I was constructed and built in... I had so many horrible and traumatic memories at that lab. I looked over to see 2 scientists talking. I didn't pay much attention until I hear one scientist say 'rocket.'
"WHERE DID YOU HEAR THAT NAME?!" I yelled with tears in my eyes. The yellow eyed scientist turned to my direction. "Looks like the little princess is awake." "WHERE DID YOU HEAR THE NAME ROCKET?!" I yelled once again. "Rocket is a subject of this lab that I have constructed. He was my first robot. You were the second, Lylla." "WHERE IS ROCKET?!" The scientist seemed a little frustrated and did not answer. I asked him again. This time me answered. "We don't know." I was relieved to hear those words. I wonder why he needed us so bad?

Rocket POV
I found an abandoned ship after walking a couple hundred units. I got it working and I flew to Xandar to try and find a place to live for a while before I find I proper place to stay. I found a place east of some kind of museum. It was really weird but it was the only option I had. I walked in with the furniture I had bought. I set everything up, had a drink or two, and went to bed.
The next morning I decided to take a look at the museum next door. I was disturbed to see a bunch of poor, helpless creatures of all shapes and sizes trying desperately to get out, especially this one tree with a label that said 'Groot'. I figured that that was his name. I looked over and saw a very weird looking guy that called himself 'The Collector.' He asked me is he was interested in any of his findings. "No, I just wanted to check things out." We both flinched to see that part of the glass was shattered in Groot's cage. I really wanted that one to be free, so as soon as it broke out I ran out with him, making sure he was safe. I quickly hid him in my small apartment. "I am Groot." "I know I saw your name tag." "I am groot." "I know." I am groot!" "I know ya dingus!!" "I am groot..." " it's ok.. wait. Did I just understand what you said?" "I am groot!"
