This time it's art!

this is my newest oc! I've had her for a few weeks now, but her design was still kinda up in the air. If I was to change anything about this design it would be the skirt. It's too eye catching and it does t work too well.

Oh yeah, her name is Haruhi Gashido and she has a pretty weird backstory. I might share it if you guys are interested
