Roman went out on the stage playing his part perfectly. near the end of the first bit someone caught his eye, Virgil was sitting at the back of the hall looking from the stage to his hands and back. Roman caught his eye and they locked gazes for a moment, before someone pulled Roman behind the curtains.

"Joan!" Roman exclaimed.

"Roman!" Joan yelled back.

"You scared me," Roman said.

"Really," Joan laughed, "I scared you," 

"What so funny?" Roman asked, "are you not allowed to scare me?" Joan shook his head.

"No, it's not that," he said, "I just thought I'd be the last person to scare you,"

"Really?" Roman asked.

"Yeah, why is that bad?" he teased.

"No," Roman said "I just didn't know you thought about yourself like that,"

"Like what?" Talyn asked.

"Oh, um... nothing," Joan said, "why?"

"Oh, no reason," she said, "Remus needs you out back," Talyn points her thumb behind her.

"Yeah, thanks," Joan turns to Roman, "you did great my friend,"

"Thanks," Roman says.

"So you ready for part two?" Talyn asks.

"Yeah, I am," Roman proudly lines up for the next part.

This one is really short, I'm just still getting over the other chapter.
