AN: Thank you so much @lostamongstars for my flamazing cover!

Lily's P.O.V.

The next day we were to help clean the house. According to gran there are loads more doxies than she thought and she's found a nest of dead puffskeins under the sofa. That's desperate.

Dad didn't really take the news well that Albus, James, and I were his and Ginny's children. It was really awkward at dinner. Ron and Hermione sat on opposite sides of the table not making eye contact with each other. Mum would not look up even once during the entire time we ate. Dad would just try to make small talk with Albus and I.

On my way to the drawing room, I saw something odd. A door halfway left open. I looked inside and it was just a broom closet. When I turned around to continue on my way to the drawing room, I heard a voice.

"I was, it seems... mistaken."

I turned around toward the voice. Instantly I wasn't in the hallway I was in before. I was standing in a clearing. A fire burned in the middle of the clearing, and its flickering light fell over a crowd of people in cloaks. Some of them were masked and hooded, others showed their faces. Two giants sat on the outskirts of the group, casting massive shadows over the scene.

I looked to see who had spoken. I nearly screamed. He looked one hundred times worse this my parents had described him. Lord Voldemort.

"You weren't," a loud voice said.

I looked and saw my father. He looked scared. Then it dawned on me, this was it. This was when Voldemort killed him. This is what happened in the forest. My father had told me the story multiple times, but actually watching it....

"HARRY! NO!" Hagrid screamed, "NO! NO! HARRY, WHAT'RE YEH -?"

"QUIET!" Shouted one of the Deatheaters.

"Harry Potter,' Voldemort said, very softly. His voice might have been part of the spitting fire. "The boy who lived.... Has come to die."

My father closed his eyes waiting.

"AVADA KEDAVRA!"

The green jet of light hit dad square in the chest. Both Voldemort and my father fell to the ground. I had to keep myself from crying. He will wake up soon. I can do this. I can do this.

Two minutes past. There were hurried footsteps, whispers, and solicitous murmurs filling the air.

"My Lord... my Lord...." Said one of the Deatheaters. I recognized her. What was her name? Bellatrix, that's it!

"That will do," Said Voldemort getting to his feet.

"My Lord, let me-" Bellatrix tried to help Voldemort to stand up.

"I do not require assistance," He said coldly pushing Bellatrix away. "The boy ... is he dead?"

Silence and suspicion filled the air.

"Bellatrix, since you are so eager to help, then examine him. Tell me whether he is dead."

Wait, that wasn't supposed to happen! It was supposed to be Narcissa Malfoy. What is going on?

Bellatrix walked over to dad and said, "Dead."

That couldn't happen. Bellatrix wouldn't lie to Voldemort! No, this cannot be happening! It can't!

I scream out loud.

"No! No! No!" I yell, "This is the part were Hagrid takes you to the battle! You can't be dead! What is going on?"

I run over to my father. He's dead. Bellatrix was right. I cry over his body. I'm not in the clearing anymore. I'm in the hallway of number 12 Grimmauld Place crying over my teenage father's lifeless body.

Grief and fear wash over me. I can't stand it anymore. How long have I been crying? One minute? Five? Ten? An hour? All of a sudden Al is next to me, his hand in my shoulder.

"Lily! It's okay! It was just a boggart! Calm down!"

"Wh- what?" I ask. I look and see where I had been crying, there is nothing. How is that possible?

"It was just a boggart. The house is full of them." Albus says.

"I saw, when Voldemort killed him. He- he didn't wake up this time." I tell him.

"It wasn't real. It's okay Lily."

"Didn't you hear me? I saw it. Voldemort killed him. He was gone. He didn't wake up."

"Lily," He says, "that wasn't real. Calm down. Dad is alive, Voldemort is dead. All the Deatheaters are in Azkaban."

"What if we mess up the timeline or something? What if that was real?" I ask him quietly.

"It's not. I assure you Lily, everything is okay," He tells me.

I wipe tears out if my eyes, "I- I believe you."

"Good. Gran is expecting us in the drawing room, let's go."

"Ahem," Someone clears their throat behind us. I turn to see Aunt Hermione. "What was that?"

Hermione's P.O.V.

I was just quickly finishing my breakfast. Ginny had kept me up all night talking to Roxanne. Considering the two of them were exactly the same age I guess they had a lot in common. I took my last bite of eggs when I started off towards the drawing room. Mrs. Weasley had been going on overdrive lately, making us help her clean out the house.

I turn the corner towards the drawing room when I hear a scream, "-takes you to the battle! You can't be dead! What is going on?"

I draw my wand and quietly walk towards the commotion. I see Lily sobbing heavily over a motionless figure in the floor. I squint my eyes and.... It's Harry! All of a sudden Harry- no Albus, his son- rushes pass me and looks from Lily to the body on the floor.

"Ridikulus!" He says pointing at Harry's body and it melts away leaving nothing where Lily had been crying. She still continued to cry unaware of her surroundings.

Albus puts his hand on Lily's shoulder and says, "Lily! It's okay! It was just a boggart! Calm down!"

"Wha- what?" Lily chokes finally looking at her brother. Her eyes are wild as if she had just seen the worst thing imaginable. Well, considering she had just seen a boggart, she probably had. But what was her fear- her father being dead? Or was it something else? She had screamed something about a battle and how, 'You can't be dead!'.

"It was just a boggart," Albus says quieter this time. "The house is full of them.

Lily still continues to cry but finally she manages to say, "I saw, when Voldemort-" I hold my breath and swallow hardly "-killed him. He- he didn't wake up this time."

What did she mean when 'When he killed him. He didn't wake up this time.'? What are they talking about!?

"It wasn't real. It's okay Lily," Albus tells her.

"Didn't you hear me? I saw it. Voldemo-" Even though I was prepared, I still cringed, "-rt killed him. He was gone. He didn't wake up," She nearly whispers.

"Lily," Albus says seriously, "that wasn't real. Calm down. Dad is alive, Voldemort is dead. All the Deatheaters are in Azkaban."

All the Deatheaters are in Azkaban? I mean, it's obvious that Voldemort is dead. Though I don't know why are how. But all of the Deatheaters are locked up?

"What if we mess up the timeline or something? What if that was real?" she asks.

"It's not. I assure you Lily, everything is okay," he says to Lily.

Lily brushes the tears out of her eyes, "I- I believe you," she says with a slight more confidence.

"Good. Gran is expecting us in the drawing room, let's go."

Without thinking I walk over to them. What am I doing!? They'll know that I was eavesdropping on them!

"Ahem," I say. "What was that?"

"Er-" Albus turns to face me, "How much did you hear?"

"Nearly everything," I say.

He curses under his breath. Lily hits him in the arm.

"Mum says I'm not allowed to use that kind of language. Therefore you aren't either."

"SHUT IT LILY! I PROBABLY JUST BLEW EVERYTHING!" He yells angrily.

"It wasn't your fault!" She throws back at him.

"No! I'm supposed to be the responsible one! I shouldn't have let this happen!" he says.

"I didn't even understand half of you two were saying!" I interrupt.

"We could obliviate her?" Lily suggests.

"I dunno how to yet, considering I'm only a fifth year," Albus says hastily.

"Teddy? Victoire?" Lily suggests.

"No. Please don't obliviate me! I swear I won't tell anyone, I swear!" tell them.

"She is good at keeping secrets," Lily says to her brother.

"I'm not sure," Albus says. "If we mess this up, we'll have to obliviate multiple people."

"I won't tell anyone- okay?" I say. I've researched the Obliviate charm. There are many risks. If it's performed to strongly, it could erase someone's entire memory. Or if it's used improperly you could end up like Lockhart did when he tried to use it on Ron and Harry. I mean- he recovered according to Witch Weekly, but he has never been the same ever since.

"I think we can trust her," Lily says.

"Are you one hundred percent positive?" Albus asks.

"Definitely," Lily says with a smile.
