Hey guys so I just spoke with the Author Poppy -Link to her Quotev account in the External Link- as of right now she WILL NOT be updating 'I Believe' as she is too busy right now and doesn't know if she will get a chance to finish it. So as of now the book will remain unfinished. I am as sad by this news as you are but at least we got to enjoy the parts she was able to write and hopefully she will be able to finish it some time in the future.
