"You have to stop her" Emma said and he voice was harsh as she glared at Gold.
"I don't have to do anything" he laughed "On the contrary, I believe warning you fulfills my debt."
"Not even close" David yelled "this is my wife's life we're talking about."
"Not to mention your grandson's" Emma added and wrapped a arm around Henry's shoulders. I smiled a little at how she was protecting him but shook my head and returned to the matter at hand.
"There are costs, of course" Gold said.
"Nice" Emma snapped sarcastically and rolled her eyes.
"Well, there's a blood war dearie. One that goes back a very, very long time. The only way to end a blood war, is to spill more blood" Gold explained and I, regrettably, saw the logic behind him words. But that didn't mean I wanted Mary Margaret to die. "That is the only way to get rid of your Regina problem."
"By what? Killing her?" David asked and Henry's face grew fearful.
"No!" I said "Killing Mary Margaret, or Regina is not the way to fix this." But silence fell and no one else protested for Regina's life.
"Is there no other option?" Emma asked.
"I'm afraid not" Gold sneered.
"Stop!" Henry finally yelled "Listen to yourselves. Your talking about killing my mom. You used to be hero's, what happened to you?" he asked and grabbed his jacket running for the door.
"Henry" Emma called after him. "Whatever happens, we need to keep him as far away from it as possible" she said. I nodded and walked to the door.
"I'll look after that" I said and Emma smiled.
"Thanks" she said and I smiled and ran after Henry. I followed Henry out into the street.
"Henry!" I called after him and he paused to turn and look at me.
"Hey, thanks for standing up for my mum" he said and I walked next to him.
"Any time" I smiled and patted his shoulder.
"Hey, Anna?" he asked and I looked down at him. "You look pretty cool as a pirate" he said and I frowned, but then remembered my outfit from the previous day. I laughed
"Thanks. Although I'm not sure that the others were as keen as you were" I said and he shrugged.
"I guess it's just different" he said and I smiled.
"Yeah I guess" I said. Just then Emma drove up in her yellow bug. "Hey" I said and she smiled.
"Hey, Henry, your dad want's to see you. Hop in" she said and Henry pulled a face but did as he was told. "Thanks for your help Anna" she said and I nodded watching them drive off. I huffed and pulled a face. Now what.
I ended up going home and spent the day lying around reading my book, cooking and listening to music. I hadn't had much time to enjoy being alone in my little house since the curse broke and it was nice to spend the day on my own.
The next day I woke after a long and pleasant sleep. Although after one night sleep with Killian at my side, it felt a little strange. Which was strange in itself. Nearly thirty years of sleeping alone in bed and one night with him made me feel alone waking up. I shook off the feeling and got up and dressed before heading out to Grannies for breakfast.
