Adaline's POV

My phone rang and I jumped and I swore loudly. I glanced across the room and saw Killian was still sleeping soundly. "Hello?" I whispered.

"Adaline?" Mary Margaret's voice said.

"Hi" I whispered and stood up carefully to slip out of the room.

"Why are you whispering?" she asked.

"Killian... Hook... he was still sleeping" I explained "What's up?" I asked.

"We're looking for Cora and we have no idea where to start. We were hoping that Hook had said something" she sighed and I sighed back. I glanced through the window. Killian had woken up and was watching me with a raised eyebrow. I turned my back on him.

"No, he's been asleep all the time" I told Mary Margaret.

"Great" she sighed "Do you have an idea where she might be?" she asked and I shook my head.

"Um..." I began but she cut me off.

"Never mind, just call if he says anything" she said and I knew she was about to hang up.

"Wait!" I yelped.

"What?" she asked in a voice that was just as surprised as mine was. "What is it Anna?" she asked.

"They came on the ship, together. There may be something there" I suggested. There was a pause as she thought about the deal and a nurse walked past me into Killian's room, I smiled at her as she passed me.

"It's a good idea actually" Mary Margaret said and I smiled.

"Glad I could be of some help" I said and bounced on the tips of my toes. "I always feel so useless you know? I normally end up on babysitting duty whether it's Henry or the man I love. Can't I do anything right?" I asked and I had no idea why I was venting all my emotions now, but I was.

"Anna you are the most useful person there is. We go off fighting yes, but with out you we wouldn't be able to keep others safe or in one place. You are a quick thinker and you have access to places we don't" Mary Margaret was trying to comfort me and I knew she was trying, so I tried for her.

"Thanks, I'm glad I'm of some help. But wait, where can I get you that you can't?" I asked.

"You don't happen to know where the ship is do you?" she asked.

"Of course I do. But to find anything of importance, you'll need Killian. It's been more than twenty eight years since I've called that ship home" I said. There was another pause as she thought about it.

"Fine, just promise he'll behave" she said and I nodded bouncing on my toes again.

"I promise. Give me two hours" I said.

"Sure" she replied and hung up the phone.

I pocketed my phone and popped my head into Killian's room. "How you feeling?" I asked.

"Better..." he muttered and winced when the nurse poked his side. I laughed and he smiled a little.

"I'm going home for a shower, and a change of clothes. Then I'll be back, and we're going out... if he can..." I said asking the nurse for confirmation. She nodded a little.

"He'll be in pain, but he can go" she said before leaving the room.

"I like seeing you smile again" Killian said and I smiled a little.

"Thanks... now don't move, I'll be back" I promised.

"I'm not going anywhere" he said and waved his handcuffed arm around and I laughed.

"I'll get a key for that as well" I said before disappearing off.

I did as I promised, ran home, showed and got a fresh set of clothes before calling Mary Margaret, find out where the key was, getting the key and I was back at the hospital in about an hour.
