Even though all of this was a horrible experience, something I never wanted to happen again, this was not 'the incident.

Killian took me back to the ship and we waited for the crew to come back with the little supplies that they could gather, I tried to insist on going back and getting the things I had gone for but Killian just placed a hand around my waist and pulled me away. I could feel people looking at us with suspicion, but no one made to get us. Once on the ship Killian began to normalize again. "Are you alright?" he asked and I nodded placing my hands on his shoulders and trying to force them down into a more relaxed place.

"Look at me" I said "I'm perfectly fine."

"I won't let something like that happen again--" he promised but I cut him off but grabbing the collar of his leather jacket and pulling him down to my height and kissing him. Once we pulled away he chuckled "What was that for?" he asked and I smiled.

"To shut you up. Stop worrying" I said and he sighed relaxing.

"Fine" he sighed and I grinned pleased that he had given in.

"Come on, we've got a while before the crew get back" I said and grabbed his hand and pulled him below deck towards our room.

Once in our room we kissed passionately and I pulled Killian's leather jacket off. I could feel his hands running through my hair and he guided me towards the bed. "Kinky" said a high and horrible voice said from behind us and we broke away quickly to see who was there. A ugly brute of a man was sat on top of my dressing table legs crossed and a finger poised in the air.

"Who are you?" Killian asked.

"My name is of no importance, but what's yours?" he asked and jumped down from the table and pointed at me. He stepped forwards when I didn't reply and Killian, who's left arm was wrapped around me, pulled me into his chest and pulled out his sword pointing it at the man.

"Not a step closer" he said and the man shrugged lightly.

"What's your name, Dearie?" he asked.

"Adaline" I said not looking up at Killian but I could feel him watching me and I knew he was going to be mad that I had told the man my name. The man on the other hand, had a sly smile playing at his lips and when I told him my name it turned into a full blown grin. "Why, does my name matter to you?" I asked.

"Why indeed" he said and skipped off up the stairs to the deck. I looked up at Killian and he frowned. He unwound his arm from my waist and followed the crazed man up the stairs. I sighed and followed him. The man was sat on the side of the ship and Killian had his sword pointed at him. Now we where in the day light we could see that, the man had green skin that looked like it was covered in scales. It was horrid, but I knew who it was now. Rumpelstiltskin. I had heard about him on my walks through towns, and he was a monster.

"Be careful, love" I said.

"Do you know who this is?" Killian asked not taking his eyes off Rumpelstiltskin.

"No, but there are rumors" I said and he shrugged. "But that doesn't matter. He's trouble" I said and then addressed Rumpelstiltskin, "What do you want here?" I asked.

"I'm conducting an experiment" he said.

"How do we have anything to do with it. We don't want to be part of your games" I snapped.

"Leave, now, while you still have your life" Killian ordered.

"Whatever, Dearie" he huffed and hopped down from the side of the ship and walked around Killian's sword to look me over. "It's her that I want." Killian, who was already being protective of me after what had happened earlier, lunged at Rumpelstiltskin but he vanished in a puff of purple smoke to stand behind me holding a sword. Killian's sword was missing from his hand. Killian moved to stand in front of me.

"Why do you want her?" he asked and Rumpelstiltskin chuckled.

"I said, an experiment" hen on one swift movement he had lunged and I felt the cold metal sword enter my stomach. Killian cried out and suddenly the entire crew where on the boat, two of them lunged for Stiltskin and he let them hold him. Killian grabbed me and lowered me carefully to the floor but held me in his arms.

And well... we all know what happened after that.
