Henry and I sat on the slightly damp sand of the beach looking miserably at the ocean. "Hey, you know Emma will keep your mum safe" I said and he nodded.

"I know, its not them I'm worried about" he said and I frowned.

"Who are you worried about?" I asked and he looked up at me with a sad smile and I understood.

"Oh" I muttered "There's no need to worry about me. I've been through worse and you know that" I said nodding to his back pack that I knew to have his book in.

"Yeah I know, but I can still feel sorry for you. Do you know if Killian is here?" he asked and I shook my head.

"I know he's not" I said and shrugged.

"How?" Henry asked just as curious as I would be had someone said that to me.

"Would I be sat here if he was?" I asked back and Henry pulled a face telling me that I was right.

"No, but how do you know that?" he asked and I shook my head.

"The truth? I have no idea, I just do" I said and he nodded. "Can I see your book?" I asked and Henry smiled handing it to me. "Thanks" I said and opened it in my lap. It fell to the exactly to the page I wanted. On one side was a picture of Killian and he was just how I remembered him from the brief moment we had before Pan stabbed me. On the other side was out song, written out word for word, perfectly.

"Do you remember the song yet?" Henry asked and I nodded.

"Every word" I said and a wet splat landed on the page. I looked up to see if it was raining but it took me a moment to realize that it wasn't rain. I was crying.

"Can you sing it for me?" he asked and I nodded. My legs where outstretched in from of me and Henry lay back resting his head on them and took the book in his lap. I couldn't help but stroke his soft brown hair as I looked between him, the picture of my Killian and the sea. I began to sing and the words came so naturally it was as if it hadn't been what... twenty eight years... since I had sung them. My voice was a little ruff to begin with, but it soon relaxed into the familiar melody.

Once I finished the song I looked down and saw that Henry was fast asleep. I smiled and looked out at the horizon. "Killian... if you can find me... please be careful" I whispered.

"You miss him a lot. Don't you?" Henry whispered sleepily and I looked down at him and nodded.

"If you loved someone so much, so much that without them it would break your heart to see them in pain. So much that you would travel across worlds to see them safe. You would miss them as much as I miss my Killian" I said and he nodded.

"I understand. That's how I feel about my mum" he said.

"Which one?" I asked and he shrugged.

"Both of them I guess" he said. I nodded and smiled. "Can we go see them?" he asked and I shook my head.

"Sorry, Kid. I promised I would keep you out of the cross fire and safe" I said and he sighed "But you know that they both love you very much, that's why your here" I explained and he nodded. "Come on, lets go back to my place, I'll make coco and you can read me some of those stories" I offered.

"But you know them don't you?" he asked and I shook my head.

"No, not all of them. After all, I was with Killian for all of it... well most of it.. so I never saw all of this" I explained and he grinned nodding

"Your going to love them all. I love Snow White and Prince Charming's" he said and jumped up running across the sand to my house at the end of the beach. I smiled shaking my head and stood up as well. I brushed the sand off my legs and dress before following Henry up the beach.

Henry and I both had a nice evening, filled with stories, pizza, coco and a warm fire. But both of us couldn't help but worry about the others and what might happen to Regina or what she might do to them. At around ten thirty Henry drifted off on the sofa his book resting on his stomach and wrapped up tightly in a warm blanket. I was just drifting off myself when I got a text from Emma. I glanced at the screen of my phone and the text read

'Bad news. Wrath destroyed town. Now wants Regina. Saving her. Could end badly. Come to Mayors office with Henry in an hour.'

A wrath was not good news and if it wanted Regina... it wanted her soul. I decided to let Henry sleep until I had to wake him up and do as Emma instructed. I threw my own blanket off and wandered over to the kitchen to clean up from the pizza we had eaten, if I stayed curled up like I had been I would have surly drifted off to sleep.

In about half an hour I had the kitchen back to its normal pristine condition and it was time to wake Henry up. I shook his small shoulders gently and his eyes opened and focused on me.

"Hey, we have to go see your mum yeah?" I said and he nodded sleepily and got up. We got ready and left the house.

Henry and I made it to the Mayor's office just as Emma had asked but when we arrived there was a lot of yelling. " I should've killed you myself!" the sound of David's voice drifted towards us.

"Well, then. What's stopping you? You think you're some heroic prince? Please. You're nothing but the son of a shepherd. I should've killed you when I could. And now... Now I can." Regina yelled back. Then there was an almighty crash and Henry and I exchanged a glance before running around the corner. Regina was lying on the floor looking mad, David was pinned to a wall my come enchanted vines and Emma and Mary Margaret where missing.

"Mum?" Henry asked walking forwards.

"Henry, what are you doing here?" Regina asked but Henry ignored her question.

"What are you doing?" he asked and looked over at his grandfather still pinned to the wall.

"It's okay. You're safe now" Regina promised. The vines restricting David vanished and he fell to the floor. I ran over and helped him up, keeping an eye on Henry all the while.

"W-Where's my mom and where's-" Henry began looking around for Emma and Mary Margaret.

"They're gone. They fell through a portal. They're... Henry, I'm sorry" Regina explained and I looked to David who was wearing a face of pain, and lose and anger. I knew that look. She was right. They were gone.

"No, you're not. You really are the Evil Queen. I don't want to see you again" Henry said and backed away from her and towards David and I.

"No, don't say that. I love you" Regina begged and scrambled to her feet.

"Then, prove it. Get Emma and Mary Margaret back. And until then, leave me – leave everyone – alone" Henry bargained.

"But where will you go?" she asked.

"With me" David said before I had a chance to offer the spare bed at my house. Henry nodded and David placed a firm hand on our shoulders before steering us out of the office and leaving Regina behind.

David took Henry back to Mary Margret's apartment where they planned to stay. I headed back to my house and sighed collapsing on my bed. My eyes grew heavy quickly and I soon drifted off wondering if Emma and Mary Margaret would meet my love where ever they were.
