PERSONALITY
Relaxed and lighthearted for the most part, Jaeseong is a fun person to be around. He likes a good time, likes silly jokes and has experience listening to and helping work through the problems of others. He's very encouraging, actually, being able to help pull people, especially the idols he manages, out of a slump rather easily. He can be demanding of them in turn, but only because he knows what they can do, and Jaeseong just wants them to do their best.

BACKGROUND

Jaeseong was the last child of three, his two older sisters separated from him by only a year. From the get-go, Jaeseong was a protective brother, though Sukja and Youngja didn't really need him to be. All three Yoon siblings did pretty well at taking care of themselves, but they were always there for each other. That experience growing up—having his two sisters by his side and always looking out for each other—really shaped who Jaeseong is.
When he was seven years old, his father died, leaving his mom a single mother to the three of them. It was a struggle for her, though she did her absolute best to make sure all three kids were taken care of and emotionally supported.
As an adult, Jaeseong attended university in Seoul while also working two part-time jobs and helping his sisters and mother take care of the house. His degree is in business management—Jaeseong picked the one that seemed most likely to get him a good job. And, you know, it did! He got a job working in middle management at some company—which one was never important, what mattered was that it paid him well. Well enough that he could look after his mom and make sure Youngja got the art education she desperately wanted.
However, the job was... very unfulfilling for Jaeseong. He was good at it and it paid well, but it was dull as hell and he hated every second of it. So the second he felt like his mom was taken care of and his sisters were doing all right, Jaeseong started looking for jobs in the entertainment industry, which has always interested him. He knew he couldn't really be a performer—he can sing, but he's a bit old for most companies, and his acting is atrocious—but he just wanted to be there. It was sheer luck that he landed an interview for a managerial position at HQ—and this time manager of an artist. He's still not sure how he got the job, but the company seems to like him better than the last guy.
