I am as far from perfect as it is possible to get.

I procrastinate on every task that is set for me.

I forget to revise for tests until the night before.

I stay up incredibly late, even on school days.

I am late for everything.

I can be incredibly touchy.

I get annoyed over the slightest little things.

I have the worst confidence known to man.

I'm often shy and quiet around people I don't know.

I spend 99.9% of my life sat in front of a computer.

I am exceedingly lazy.

I don't have very many close friends.

But you know, people these days are always focusing on what is wrong with them.

I know everyone says it, but it's about time we all started focusing on what's good about us.

Embrace your flaws as part of your personality, they are what shape the person that is you after all!

No two people are the same and that's what makes our world so diverse and beautiful.

If we all stopped worrying about what other people think or if we're conforming to society's views of a "normal" or "perfect" human, then life would be a whole lot easier.

You're hair isn't perfectly straight? So what?

You're not a size 8? Big deal!

You're not sporty? Find something else you enjoy!

Yes I procrastinate, but I won't deny it's fun.

Yes I forget to revise, but I try my best anyway.

Yes I stay up late, but it's my favourite time of day.

Yes I am late for everything, but it is the source of much laughter amongst my friends.

Yes I'm touchy, but I won't back down when confronted by something I don't believe in.

Yes I get annoyed, but I'm kind and helpful when I want to be.

Yes I have terrible confidence, but I'm trying to get better.

Yes I'm shy, but I always listen.

Yes I sit in front of a computer all day, but I've met some of the most amazing people by doing that.

Yes I'm lazy, but I love lounging about doing nothing all day.

Yes I don't have many close friends, but I am so thankful for each and every one of them who have stuck with me through thick and thin.

In short: I'm a mess. 

A splatter on the side of the pavement who's just trying to pull herself along somehow.

But I'm proud to say I am who I am.

I am creative, funny, pretty and bright. 

My hopes and dreams are set high, and one day I hope to see the world.

Everyone is perfect.

And I know everyone's heard that saying at least once, but you need to believe it.

If everybody looked and acted the same, think how boring this world would be.

This world is filled with incredible, hilarious and awe-inpiring people, and you could be one of them.

Stop bringing yourself down.

You are incredible.

Don't let others tell you otherwise.

And you know what?

Screw what society says!
