A/N:  Here's the next chapter. As usual references to Legacies and Originals. Also some spoilers for my previous fic 'Nina? Well I must be Dreaming' (https://www.wattpad.com/story/321767606-nina-well-i-must-be-dreaming). Minor references to Buffy: The Vampire Slayer.

Jen was struggling. A god was actually struggling against Katherine. As bad as this was, things got even worse.

"Oh my god! What is going on?" Elena screamed with wide eyes. If I remembered correctly, it was just now that Elena was compelled to go to sleep by Hope. But unfortunately I forgot a very small loophole when it comes to Vervain. Stefan was able to break Damon's compulsion in season 8 because he injected himself with Vervain when he was in the middle of performing his task of compulsion. So it makes sense that Elena was somehow able to break the compulsion.

Almost immediately Katherine immediately jumped up, took a hold of Elena's neck. When she was about to fly off, I found Hope already in her wolf form now growling and attacking Katherine.

Katherine's hands now left Elena's neck. Both Hope and Katherine were now tumbling and rolling. Hope was scratching Katherine all over her body with Wolf Paws. Katherine was now twisting Hope's body. Multiple loud cracks of bones could be heard. Hope growled loudly.

Elena meanwhile screamed from Jenna's room. When I went outside Jenna's room, I found Elena now crying profusely and Jenna was disintegrating into ashes. This is bad. Why the hell is Jenna being taken out of existence? No. No. Just No. Elena was in too much of a shock. I now heard a very loud growl like ear shattering stuff. When I went outside, I found that Katherine had plucked out Hope's eyes and tongue. Hope had by now reverted to her normal form. Jen meanwhile was nowhere to be found.

Katherine had both her hands now over Hope's temples. Katherine and Hope were now both engaged in a screaming contest. It looked like Katherine was now trying to smash Hope's head. I guess that she had understood her plan of plucking out Hope's heart previously had failed. Hope meanwhile was having her hands over Katherine's devil horns.

Being near both the scream queens had caused my ears to bleed out(not literally but sure felt like it). So, I decided to carrry Elena from Jenna's room who had now fainted. In place of Jenna there was now only ash.

When I came back to the living room, I found that Hope had broken Katherine's horns and had stabbed the devil's forehead with both the devil's horns. Hope's eyes and tongue had surely healed. Thank God. Her healing is fast.

Suddenly I heard a loud landing and there she was. Jen.

"Dudes! She won't be down for long. Take my hands if you want to live" Jen stretched both her hands towards me and Hope.

I took her hand immediately as I carried Elena over my shoulder. Hope was a bit hesitant at first but then she took it.

Something then struck me.

"What about Jeremy?" I asked her.

"You mean the cute teen dude? Well he's ash" Jen replied nonchalantly but Hope's eyes widened. Mine too but just not as much. This is the 2nd person who's been taken out of existence as far as I knew.

As we were flying with Jen, I saw that many buildings were now getting disintegrated. Like changing into ash. Apocalypse has already started.

Me and Hope found ourselves now in Jen's hideout. There were a lot of sarcophaguses which I am guessing is where Jen has the other gods.

"So how were you two dudes able to summon me?" Jen asked us.

"Not me. Hope here summoned you. We are having a bit of a situation" I replied.

"Yeah. Sure we do! The whole reality is collapsing. Both of you need to tell me what the hell happened. I sure as hell know that you are not supposed to be in this body and you!" she pointed her index finger and continued "are not supposed to be at this point of time"

Both of us then explained our situations. Like what all happened so far and everything. We were too desperate and in too much of pressure to think about privacy, mind diving and stuff.

"Hmm! So you said Lizzie and Josie. Both were Gemini twins right? And they were celebrating their 23rd birthday?" Jen was now having her thinking face.

"Yes." Hope was teary-eyed now.

"Weren't they supposed to do the merge?" Jen asked her again.

Hope was now choking. Clearly this was hard on her. So, I intervened.

"They thought that they need not merge as Lizzie was a heretic" I said

"But see that's the thing about the merge. It was so important that it had to be done because if two Gemini twins existed on the same plane of existence without merging, their entire ancestry who's alive and the reality itself can collapse and that's what happened. It's a curse on Gemini coven by my father" Jen explained the entire stuff in detail.

"But how am I here? And why am I here in Logan's body? Also how the hell is Katherine so powerful?" I was now on an information hunt. Knowing all information would clearly help me in saving this reality and going home.

"My theory. You haven't told me your full story" Jen looked at me suspiciously.

"Ok. Ok. I don't know how much this will help but I've already been to another universe. Actually Buffyverse to be exact" I started.

"Wait. Buffyverse as in the universe of Buffy The Vampire Slayer?" Hope interrupted me.

"Yes. Yes. That universe. Now I actually found myself with Elena from the future relative to this point in this universe. She was a vampire" I was interrupted again but this time by an unexpected person.

"What do you mean I was a vampire?" Elena was having a bewildered and confused expression on her face.

"Someone please make her sleep" I was so not ready to deal with Elena at this point.

"Ad Somnum" Hope chanted again and Elena slept.

I continued " So the thing was Katherine was also there. She tried to kill me just for the fun of it. But luckily I escaped and went back to my own universe"

"How did you manage to go back to your universe the last time?" Hope was now in questioning mode apparently.

"Well it was all too easy. Willow, you know the witch along with her girlfriend Tara opened a portal for both me and Elena. All we had to do was step through the portal and we were back to our universes. At least I was back to my own universe. So I somehow knew that Elena too would have been back to her universe" I concluded my narration.

"Unfortunately, I don't think a portal could work now. This reality is now splintering. Every living and non-living thing is taken out of existence. Supernaturals have a bit more of resistance but eventually they would be taken out of existence too. This won't affect the Gods. This whole reality-breaking is actually fuelling the Devil's powers. The more this reality breaks, the more powerful she would get." My head was spinning at Jen's explanation. But I guess it made some sort of a weird sense.

"If a portal cannot work, what else could be done?" I needed to know a way to get out of here.

"The only way this could work was if we somehow prevented you from entering Logan's body. It is the first point in the timestream which has to be fixed. Because you actually carry three universes within you, the reality splintering is happening faster. The other thing which has to be done is Hope here has to ensure that the merge happens." Jen was now getting too technical for me.

"Ok. So go back in time again. Prevent me from possessing this body. Which means I'll be home and it would be like I wasn't even here right?" I just confirmed with Jen about my part. Screw saving the universe. I just had to get out of there.

"Yes. You wouldn't remember anything about being here. Everything will be reset for you" Jen's words reassured me.

It is actually great that I can get out of this whole ordeal without remembering anything. I'll be scarred for life if I had to remember all the violence and the devil face that I had to witness.

"No! No! No! I am not losing Josie or Lizzie again!" Hope had an expression of absolute despair on her face.

"Hope, you'll work out something. You always do" I tried to console her but I could feel her. Like how much more can a person lose?

Hope sniffled but asked "Ok. So how do we prevent the body possession?"

"I can send you back once to the exact point of time when this dude" she pointed at me and continued "was just about to fall into the portal. You have to prevent him from entering the portal. If you do that, you'll find yourself back at the birthday of the twins in the early morning. You'll have very little time to make the merge happen or work out something else"

"Great. Let's do this" Hope was now back with a determined look on her face.

I did remember something being mentioned about Gods' ability to manipulate time. I guess Jen did have some time power after all. Before we could go about our mission we had an uninvited guest.

"Hope?!" It was Hayley. This did not make an ounce of sense. Jen's hiding place was closed. Completely closed. I rotated my head and scanned around.

Hope who was now overcome with too many expressions for me to pinpoint her immediately went and hugged her.

I found that a shutter was now completely open at Hayley's back. Before any of us could react, there was a huge splash of blood on Hope's face. Hayley's head has now been smashed. Her headless body now fell to the ground. Outside Jen's hideout, Katherine was standing in her complete devil form. That was not the worst part. At the back of her, Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol were all pinned to a wall. Each of them had been pierced with a white oak stake on both their hands and their guts.

"Hello! Come on out! Hope!" Katherine said that Hope with a stress that I think was meant to be mocking.

"Hope don't go out!" I could sense my plans of returning home being crushed.

"Hope. No! Think with your head. Follow the plan and this would not even happen" Jen being Zen would have been cool if Hope actually listened to reason.

"I don't care. The bitch dies!" Hope roared as her vampire veins and fangs began to appear as she sped outside with an intent to kill Katherine.
