1 month later

Alexis's POV

I walk to the Hokages office with Logan next to me.

"So do you know where we're going for that vacation yet?" Logan asks me.

"Not a clue, I'm still looking around. I was thinking the Land of Rivers but that Curry of Life shop nearly killed me." I say to him.

Logan laughs. "You just can't handle spicy stuff like I can."

I scrunch my nose up. "I hate spicy food."

"Well there is this one unknown place. Its called the Land of Pools, but it neighbors the Land of Water. Its a long way away and we could possibly be attacked by rouges." Logan says to me.

"Ahh man, that's like a four day's travel for us, even if we were able to get there unharmed all that relaxation would be for nothing on our way back."

"It would be a pain to go all the way there and then come back." Logan says to me.

"I want to go somewhere where we don't have to worry about stuff. But I don't want to go back to the Land of Hot Springs, or the Land of Waves. Maybe the Land of Tea. I don't know, what do you think Logan?" I ask him.

"The land of Tea is peaceful, so we could go there, but aren't they over priced at the moment?" Logan asks me.

"My type of relaxation is just sitting on a hill, in the shade, watching the clouds. But I'm not sure if the others would enjoy that." I say to him as I look at the sky.

"That does sound relaxing, but isn't that old school?" Logan asks me.

"Nani? I don't think it is, your just to blinded by all the new things that you don't take the time to appreciate the stuff that has always been there. The sky has always been there, yet you tend to focus more on women than you do to the old stuff that we grew up with." I say to him and he falls at my words.

"H-Hey that's not true." Logan says to me.

"Your looking under that women's skirt, that's proof enough." I say to him.

I hear her scream and her retreating steps.

"Hey you ruined my show." Logan says to me then stops himself.

"See?" I say to him.

He growls slightly. "I hate it that your right, right now when you aren't even looking at me." Logan mutters and gets up.

"Ha, ha, ha." 

We walk up the steps to the Hokage office.

"I can't believe your mocking me." Logan sulks.

I roll my eyes and I knock on the door.

"Come in."

The two of us walk in and we stand in front of Lord Hokage's desk.

"Ahh the both of you are here. Well I don't have any missions for you so stay in the stadium to watch the fights. And Alexis if your predictions are right, you are to stay out of Orochimaru's way and are to help the village." Lord Hokage says to me.

I sigh. "I knew you'd say that. So I already decided I'd help Ibiki and Kim and Jon were to help Iruka watch the kids. Logan won't be much use watching kids with his patience so he's gonna help Anko." I say to him.

Lord Hokage nods impressed. "Well you should get to your seats." 

"Hai." The both of us say and we run to the stadium, more like race each other.

We find two empty seats and we sit down.

Naruto runs in yelling something about bulls.

"Poor Izumo and Kotesu." Me and Logan sweat drop.

Shikamaru's fight is first and he fights some girl with four blonde buns and a huge fan, I think she's from the Sand Village.

I watch the fight boredly. "Shikamaru's gonna give up and let the girl win."

"How do you know that?" Logan asks me.

"That's just how Shikamaru is. He's had this fight planned out from the beginning." I say to him.

Shikamaru gives up a few minutes later.

"Told ya." I say to him.

"I never said I disagreed." Logan says to me.

Next is Naruto's fight against Neji.

Neji, he's the stronger one, but Naruto, he never gives up. Neji, he's gonna win.

"So who do you think is gonna win?" Logan asks me.

I stay silent as I watch.

"Hello, any one in that head?" Logan waves a hand in front of my face.

I push his hand aside.

Logan sighs. "You already know."

I nod. 

Neji explains about his past and Naruto's Nine Tails Chaka comes out after Neji blocks up his chakra points.

I stare at him shocked and slightly afraid.

I forgot Naruto has the nine tails sealed in him.

Naruto eventually beats Neji and I look at Naruto shocked.

"Nani?" Me and Logan say shocked.

"How could I forget about the nine tails that's in Naruto? I'm such an idiot sometimes." I mutter.

"You forgot?" Logan asks me surprised.

"Its hard to remember when he's a knucklehead with no brains." 

"Yeah, true." Logan says with a nod.

I look around. "Where's Sasuke and Kakashi?" 

"That's a good question. I don't remember seeing them on our way in." Logan says to me.

"I'm gonna go ask Lord Hokage." I stand up and Logan nods.

I run up to Lord Hokage's booth and I walk in. "Lord Hokage." 

"Ahh, Alexis, why are you here?" Lord Hokage asks me.

"Have you seen Kakashi or Sasuke anywhere? They should have been here, well Kakashi I get he's always late, but Sasuke is always on time." I ask him.

"He's not here? Kakashi is probably late with teaching Sasuke." Lord Hokage sighs.

"That figures. All right, I'm heading back." 

"Alright." Lord Hokage says to me.

"Tenzo, keep an eye out." I say as I walk past him.

"Right." 

I walk back down to Logan and I sit in my seat.

"So?" Logan asks.

"Dead end."

We wait for a while and then Sasuke and Kakashi appear.

I throw a book at Kakashi's face and he stumbles backward.

The book's name was called 'How to always be on time'.

Kakashi looks at the title then scowls at me. "Hello to you to Alexis."

I smile at him. "Read it. It might get you to be on time." 

"Whatever." 

Sasuke starts to fight Gaara and me and Logan get on guard immediately.

"Logan, I'll be going now." I say as I stand up.

I see Sasuke hit the sand ball with Chidori and then there is a moment's pause.

"MY BLOOD. IT'S MY BLOOD." Gaara screams.

At that moment white feathers start falling.

"Sharigan." My Sharigan activates and the feathers around me and Logan blow away.

"Arigato." Logan says to me.

"Uh huh." 

Sound ninja surround me and Logan.

"Crap." Logan mutters and we stand back to back with our Kekkie Genkai activated.

"Wanna make a game out of this?" I ask him.

"What are the rules?" Logan asks me.

"Who ever can take out the most enemy ninja by the time the attack it over, wins." I say to him with a smirk.

"Your on." Logan says to me.

The sound ninja jump at us and we take them out while counting in our heads how many we take out.

Logan takes one out that was about to hit me from behind.

"Arigato."

"No problem. Were a team, we have to look out for each other." Logan says to me. "By the way, how many have you gotten?"

"40, and you?" I ask him.

"39." 

I continue to take out ninja alongside Logan.

The attack ceases after a while and me and Logan stand there breathing heavily.

"So how many did you take out?" I ask Logan.

"98 Shinobi. You?"

"100." 

"Lets go see Lord Hokage." Logan says to me.

I nod. "Right."

We run to where I saw him fighting.

"Kakashi, what's going on?" I ask him.

Kakashi looks at me with sadness in his eye. "Lord Hokage has died." 

Mine and Logan's eye's widen.

"Nani?" The both of us ask shocked.

"Oh right, you two have been loyal to Lord Hokage since the beginning of your Ninja career." Asuma says to us.

We nod slightly.

"Yes, we've been ninja under him since the beginning." Logan says to them.

That's not how I planned.

"Alexis, lets go see how much destruction was caused." Logan says to me.

"Right. Ja ne." Me and Logan jump down into the city. 

We run and we see our half of the apartment building crushed.

"Yass, I'm definitely getting a house now. And its not gonna be anywhere near Guy and his little look a-like." Me and Logan say way to happy that our stuff was crushed.

"You guys are way to happy your apartments were crushed." 

We turn around to see Kim and Jon.

"I'm happy that I can move away from the apartment building and not have to pay rent on it anymore. I can get my own house now." I say to them.

"But your stuff was crushed." Jon says to me.

I smirk. "I have all my books in here." I pull out a scroll. "All I need are my books."

Kim and Jon look at Logan.

"She's been reading since before I met her." Logan says to them. "That's why she's a nerd."

I kick his legs out from under him and he falls backward.

"Sorry." Logan mutters.

I roll my eyes and help him up. "Don't call me a nerd."

"Whatever you say." Logan says with a smirk.

"Now what do we do? If Alexis is right then Lord Kazekage is probably dead." Kim says to Jon.

"Our Hokage is dead, but I'm guessing our next one is gonna be one of two good Sanin, Lady Tsunade or Master Jiraiya." I say to them and they look at me. "By the way, bad time to mention this but I think I known a place where we can go for our vacation." 

"Yes, it is a bad time. But where?" Logan asks me.

"The Land of The Moon. It's got Casino's, Hotels, Awesome food and its surrounded by the ocean where we can swim." I say to them.

"But isn't that a long way away?" Logan asks me.

"As long as you don't get sea sick and can stand extreme hot temperatures. We'll be fine." I say to him.

Me and Logan glance at each other.

"Awesome the Land of the Moon must have hot babes." Jon says like a pervert.

"No way, I never even thought of that. I am totally going." Logan says to us.

Me and Kim raise an eyebrow unamused. "Uh huh, maybe we'll leave you two home."

Their eyes widen and they bend down in front of us. "Don't leave us behind, please." They beg.

I sigh. "Alright, now what? I have to find somewhere to live now and I need new writing materials." 

A few days later

Me and Logan walk side by side in funeral attire.

"Damn it." Logan mutters.

I look at him and I grab his hand in mine. Logan looks down at me as I look forward.

"Alright, whatever you say." Logan says with a sigh and holds my hand back.

"Thank you." 

We get to the graveyard and we stand off to the side of Lord Hokage's funeral.

Kakashi looks at us then at his students.

We listen as Iruka explains why Lord Hokage had to die.

We place our white roses on his casket.

We leave after a few minutes.

"Logan, now what? Our next Hokage isn't gonna give us as many missions and we're gonna be as bored as bored can be." I ask him.

"We can't be Jonin forever I guess. We'll join ANBU then." Logan says to me.

"But don't ANBU take solo missions?" I ask him.

"That's right, we'll probably be split up." 

I look down. "Logan, you never told us what your dream was. What is it?" I ask him.

"My dream? Well, my dream is to is to someday become stronger than the head of the Hyuga household." Logan says to me. "But being second best is good to."

I look at him. "I'll help you achieve your dream. My dream is a long way away and can't be done over night, so I'll help you study and train."

"Your fine with that?" Logan asks me.

I smile. "Yeah, besides peace is something that's not gonna happen for a while, Orochimaru and Danzo will make sure of that." 

Logan laughs. "The smart Uchiha is willing to help me a low Hyuga. That's new."

I roll my eyes. "Don't make me regret it." 

We walk up to the top of the Hokage monuments and we sit on Lord Third's head.

I pull out a scroll and I unseal a few books. "How fast can you read?" I ask him.

"Average?" 

I hand him one of the books and I sit next him. "This is the basics of chakra, and hand signs, how they were discovered and used." I say to him.

"Boring, do you have anything else?" Logan asks me.

I look at him with a huff and I point to the book in his hand. "If you want to get stronger then you have to start from the beginning." 

Logan grunts and opens the book to the first page. "The Sage of Six Paths, his brother and his mother." 

I nod. "The mother's name is Kaguya, she turned evil after an unknown incident and used the divine tree for evil."

"What about the brother?" 

"The brother is up there with his mother, but he's good. He loved his mother but not her evil ways. The two brothers sealed away their own mother because of what she did and the brother is guarding over her up on the moon. You know how there's the man in the moon? I think that's the brother keeping his mother from terrorizing everyone again. His name I believe is Hamura. They don't have much on the two and everything about the sage is mostly stories that don't have real truth in them anymore." 

"And the Sage of Six Paths?"

"Hagoromo, he had two sons, Indra and Ashura. One of them turned evil, it was Indra. That's all I know." 

I help him study.
