Alexis's POV

I look behind me to see a giant rolling rock coming for me and I continue running. "WHY ME?" I yell and find an exit only to see another rolling rock coming for me. I sulk and punch that rock and is crumbles, I continue running and get into the open, only to see a canyon below me. "OH COME ON!" I yell as I fall, I grab out two kunai and slam them against the side of the canyon only to see its no use and my kunai break. "This isn't good and of course, I can't use my Susanoo since I'm really, really low on chakra, this is such a pain." I say and the rock that was rolling after me, falls in front of me and smashes on the ground below.

I am not looking forward to that.

"UCHIHA SAGE MODE!" I yell and my hair turns pitch black and my eyes get silver rims on them, my hair grows longer and my Susanoo appears, full body. I fly up and land on safe ground before I deactivate my Uchiha Sage mode and I go back to normal. I bend over, putting my hands on my knees and breathing heavily.

"Good job." 

I look over to see Sasuke with out a scratch. "I give up, that's the last time I'm sparring against you in a place like this." I say to him and Sasuke chuckles.

"But it was good to see your Uchiha Sage mode, only the female Uchiha with the Eternal Mangekyo and is the leader of the Uchiha can use it with out consequences." Sasuke says to me and I finally catch my breath.

I stand up straight and look at him. "Are you coming back to the Leaf anytime soon?" I ask him.

"Not for a long while." Sasuke says to me in a calm tone.

"How did you get taller than me?" I ask him and Sasuke smirks. I sigh and place my hands in my pockets. "Come clean, why did you summon me here?" I ask him.

"You saw right through me." Sasuke says to me then turns serious and I finally get an idea of what he's thinking. "In your last letter you told me that Naruto and Hinata are getting married. When? You never specified a date." Sasuke says to me.

"I didn't leave one thinking you'd come to the Leaf Village to ask." I say scratching the back of my neck with a sigh. "What a pain, and to think, I lost a bet to Shikamaru on this same topic."

"When is the date?" Sasuke asks me.

"Exactly one month from now." I say to him and I cross my arms over my chest.

Sasuke nods and hands me two presents. "Ones for Naruto, the other is for you, happy birthday, I doubt you even realized." Sasuke says to me with a smirk.

"Oh, so that's what I was forgetting." I say tapping my chin. "Thanks Sasuke, Kakashi would have taken me by surprise later." I say to him.

"Open it." Sasuke says to me.

I look at him amused and I humor him and I open the scroll with my name on it and I see new copies of every book I've ever read. "Where did you find these?" I ask him.

"They were on sale at a village I visited. I remember you saying something about your books being crushed and unreadable." Sasuke says to me with a smirk.

I smile and hug him with a grin. "Thank you Sasuke, your the best little brother in the world." I say and he smirks and hugs back with his only arm.

"Yeah, I know." Sasuke says to me.

After that I head back to the Leaf Village and I head to the Uchiha meadow, I pull out the scroll Sasuke gave me and I unseal a book and put the scroll away, I start reading, getting completely lost in the book until someone sits behind me and cover my eyes.

"Kakashi?" I ask confused.

"I thought I could surprise you." Kakashi says to me as I lean back onto his chest and I look up at him.

"You did, I just don't show I'm surprised most of the time." I say with a smile and Kakashi gives me a closed eyed smile.

"What are you reading?" Kakashi asks me.

I show it to him. "Tales of a Gutsy Ninja, by Jiraiya." I say to him and Kakashi raises an eyebrow. "Its one of my all time favorites, Minato-Sensei introduced it to me." I say and he nods.

"I see, mind if I read along?" Kakashi asks me as he places his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"Go ahead." I say with a small blush as he rests his head in the crook of my neck, he reads along with me and towards the end I fall asleep.

Kakashi's POV

I see Alexis' eyes close and I hear her breathing steady, I smile and continue reading.

How did I get so lucky with her. She's cute, smart and I love her attitude and her style, she's amazing and probably stronger than me.

A few hours later

Alexis's POV

I wake up slowly and hear a chuckle, my face has a light blush as I see silver hair.

"You woke up." Kakashi says to me.

I nod slightly. "Why didn't you wake me?" I ask him.

"You looked tired, you have been doing constant missions and went a long way to meet with Sasuke and came a long way back here." Kakashi says to me with a closed eyed smile.

"Those are good reasons, of course, I probably wouldn't have thought about that till I was really low on chakra." I say to him and Kakashi chuckles and pats my head and pulls me closer.

"Your safe in my arms, so you can relax if you want." Kakashi says to me with a closed eyed smile.

I nod slightly and lean back against Kakashi. "You know my pride is to big to accept that." I say to him and Kakashi nods.

"Well, we are alone, no one is around, so you can let your guard down." Kakashi says to me with a closed eyed smile of reassurance.

I place my hands on his and we both look up at the moon since Kakashi is against the Sakura tree behind us. Its around 1 am now.

"Aww look at the lovebirds."

Me and Kakashi both jump away from each other and into the tree on opposite branches with kunai out.

I look to see Logan there and I sigh and put my kunai away and jump down with Kakashi behind me. "What is it Logan?" I ask him.

Logan remembers why he's here and he starts to panic and grabs mine and Kakashi's hands and drags us to the hospital.

"Hana's having her baby." Logan says to us with panic and worry in his voice.

"What?" Me and Kakashi ask shocked.

"Talk about couples having the same mind." Logan says and rolls his eyes, I hit him upside the head and he runs into her room while I pace outside the door and Kakashi sits there nervously sweat dropping.

I end up pacing on the ceiling and Kakashi watches me amused as my hair almost touches the ground.

The doctor comes out and see's me. "Lady Alexis, please come down from there." She says to me.

I walk down the wall and onto the floor. "Drop the 'lady' and Kakashi, don't you dare." I say and he laughs nervously since I caught him before he could tease me.

"Hana is fine and so is her twin baby girls, I can't say the same for Logan's hand though, Hana was yelling her head off and crushed Logan's hand in the process." The doctor says to me and I sigh in relief. "You may go see her, you too Lord Hokage." The doctor says and Tsume and Kiba run past me and so do all five dogs and I end up on my behind with a dizzy look. "Lady Alexis!" The doctor exclaims.

"Please, drop the 'lady'." I say and regain my line of sight and I stand up. "Ok, I'm going in and most likely gonna give Tsume and Kiba a piece of my mind in the process." I say and the doctor and Kakashi sweat drop.

"Please don't Lady Alexis, that might stress the babies and Hana out." The doctor says to me.

I sigh and nod. "Alright." I say and walk in with Kakashi behind me.

"ALEXIS!" Logan cries while holding his hand. "HEAL MY HAND!" Logan cries.

I look at him amused. "In a minute." I say and walk over to Hana, pushing past Kiba and Tsume in the process. I look at the babies in her arms to see Hyuga eyes but fang marks on one of them and Hyuga eyes on the other but no fangs.

Hana laughs as I poke them in the forehead and they grab my fingers. "Alexis, you need to hurry and have a baby so there's a new generation Team James." Hana says to me.

My face slowly turns red as I process what she said. "HANA!" I whine and she and Logan laugh while I see Kakashi beet red. "I'm not ready for a child just yet Hana." I say to her and she laughs and nods.

"That's fine." Hana says to me and I walk over to Logan and I put his hand on mine with his palm upwards and I heal his hand.

"THANK YOU!" Logan cries to me and I watch him amused.

"Talk about over dramatic." I say and Hana and Tsume nod in agreement. "My partner is an idiot." I say and everyone but Logan nods in agreement.

"Here Alexis." Hana says holding her babies out to me.

I bite my lip and hold them and they grab my bangs with curiosity in their eyes. "Of course, why do children go for my hair again?" I ask and Kakashi gives me a closed eyed smile and leans over my shoulder to look at them as I stand next to Hana's bed. "What are their names Hana?" I ask her.

"The one with the fangs and the Hyuga eyes is Jess and the one with just the Hyuga eyes is Ally." Hana says to me with a grin.

Kiba looks at them over my other shoulder and I feel suffocated by boy smells. "So I'm an uncle now?" Kiba asks and Hana nods. "COOL!" Kiba yells with a grin and Kakashi places a hand on his mouth.

"They're babies, they cry easily with loud noises." Kakashi says to him and Kiba nods nervously.

"I guess I'll be the babysitter?" I ask Hana, who laughs and nods.

"Who else? Your quiet most of the time unlike Mom and Kiba, plus your like my sister." Hana says to me with smile.

I sigh knowing its true. "I'm the only quiet one in Team James and most of the time in Team Kakashi." I say and Kakashi nods.

"That's true." Kakashi says and I hand Hana her children back.

"I'm tired." Hana and Logan say simultaneously and the nurse laughs.

"Alright everyone, out, Hana needs her rest and Logan can stay since he's married to Hana." The nurse says shooing us all out.

In the past two years, me and Kakashi moved in with each other and now use my large apartment, Matabi of course butts in on our relationship sometimes and completely embarrasses us some of the time, but other times she sits on mine or Kakashi's lap purring.

Me and Kakashi walk to our apartment in comfortable silence while holding hands. We walk in and Matabi runs over to me and jumps on my shoulder.

"Uchiha." She says and rubs her face against mine.

I laugh and pet her head. "Hello Matabi." I say to her.

"You guys were gone so long." Matabi says and climbs up to my head and she jumps on Kakashi's head while I take my ninja sandals off.

"Sorry, I was busy today, Sasuke wanted to see me and I can't really say no to him." I say and pick Matabi up, holding her in my arms and Kakashi laughs at this.

"You know, to normal people we are the average couple, we live together, have a animal in the house or in this case a two tailed chakra beast and we both have jobs." Kakashi says to me and places his hand on my cheek and his forehead on mine.

"When you put in like that, we are average, sometimes." I say and we smile at each other before Matabi looks between us.

"I want food." She says to us and I smile at her.

"Alright, alright." I say and feed her. "Its like having a normal house cat, but with two tails and can talk." I say and Kakashi gives me a closed eyed smile.

I walk to my bathroom and I shower then change into dark blue and black, plaid pajama pants and a white T-Shirt that belongs to Kakashi, because its over sized and comfortable. 

My reasons are clear, I don't have to explain.

I walk out and Kakashi walks in. I sit on my bed with Matabi on my lap, acting like a normal house cat, just enjoying the pets and the chin scratches.

Kakashi walks out of the bathroom with wet silver hair and Pajama's similar to mine, only he's wearing a black T-shirt, no mask, and has men styled dark blue and black plaid pajama pants, he sits down next to me and is clearly jealous of Matabi who is sitting in my lap, purring. Kakashi steals my attention with a kiss and I end up kissing back, we break apart and our foreheads touch.

"I love you Kakashi." I say to him.

"I love you too Alexis." Kakashi says with a closed eyed smile.

"Hey what about me?" Matabi asks us.

"We love you as well Matabi." I say to her and she purrs and gets up and lays on my pillow.

"I'm stealing your pillow tonight." Matabi says to me as she curls up and falls asleep.

Me and Kakashi smile and lay down with my head on his chest and his arms around my waist and his chin on my head.

"Good night Alexis." Kakashi says to me as he falls asleep.

"Good night Kakashi." I say and fall asleep.
