Alexis's POV

I see a red head with a smirk on his face.

"It's you." I say pointing to the red head.

Granny Chiyo looks at me. "You've seen him like this before?" She asks me.

I nod. "Once on a mission when I was nine, me, Logan and Hana were fighting a rouge from the sand, it was this guy, me and Logan were able to injure him before I guess but all we cracked was wood and he ran like a dog with his tail between his legs." I say to her.

"You were the brat who I intended to kill because of orders. I see you were able to escape my poison back then, what about your little buddies? The Inuzuka girl and the Hyuga boy?" Sasori asks me.

"If you hadn't realized I used a Gen-Jutsu to make you think you got us with your poison, in reality we were making a plan to beat you." I say to him with a smirk.

"I see but you don't seem the same, you act, like a dumbass. Back then you wore glasses and were smart, so smart that you confused me." Sasori says to me.

"I'm still smart, I just had my eyes healed so I don't need my glasses." I say to him as I get in a defensive position.

"I see." Sasori says to me and we both stand in front of each other with Kunai out. "Well let me repay you for almost killing me before." Sasori says to me with a smirk.

"Let me finish what I started." I say to him.

Granny Chiyo and Sakura look at the both of us.

"Are you sure you can handle a poison specialist?" Granny Chiyo asks.

"I'll be fine, I just have to avoid his weapons right? Well I have a small trick up my sleeve incase I do come in contact with his poison." I say to her and I do some hand signs. "If your made of wood, I have a counter to it." I say to him and I do my Fire Ball Jutsu and he stands there with a smirk as the flames engulf him.

"Did you get him?" Sakura asks.

I shake my head. "If it didn't work, then his wood is strong, I must have singed him though." I say and the fire from my Jutsu goes out and I see Sasori mostly unharmed but his coat a bit singed and his hair too. "I knew it, alright, how about this." I do some hand signs but I see Iron Sand surround me. "That's not good." I say and jump up before it slams shut on me.

"ALEXIS!" Sakura yells looking at the sand.

I don't think I should land on the sand, why is this harder than I remember? Oh yeah, I don't have Logan or Hana with me that's why.

I run down the wall while doing hand signs. "Your going down Sasori." I say and finish my hand signs. "Fire Style: Ultimate Technique." I blow loads of fire out of my mouth and they turn into different creatures, dragons, tigers, wolves and foxes.

"Ha, you think fire is gonna stop me?" Sasori asks with a smirk.

Ok maybe not, I should probably think this through again, damn Logan's idiotic behavior would be useful, ok think what would he do, ok first he'd yell out 'well I don't give a damn what you say' then he'd yell out again 'I will beat you no matter what' and he'd usually yell out again 'your going down to hell and never coming back'.

"Well I don't care, getting Gaara back is my top priority, and your in my way, if I have to defeat you then I will, I came here on a mission and I'll see it through." I say to him.

Sakura and Granny Chiyo look at me shocked.

"You have spunk, like that Hyuga boy, too bad I'll have to make you into a puppet." Sasori says to me.

Logan's POV

Why does it feel like Alexis is in trouble? Eh, she probably fell down a hill again, oh well, that klutz.

Alexis's POV

Why does it feel like Logan just insulted me again? That moron, I'll pay him back for that.

"You seem distracted." Sasori says to me with a smirk.

"That or I'm just distracting you." I say to him with a smirk and I pull on a piece of wire and bombs explode around him.

 "Woah, when did she have time to set that up?" Sakura asks.

"You know, I kind of like your friends art, it is fun, but the fire that lingers after looks awesome." I say to him with a smirk.

Sasori tchs. "So your gonna fight about art?" He asks me.

"No, I fight about what I want because I'm usually right." I say to him.

"Uh huh, yeah sure." Sasori says to me with a smirk.

I cast a Gen-Jutsu on him. "72 hours." I say and he stands there.

"Did you get him?" Sakura asks.

I shake my head as I keep the Gen-Jutsu steady. "He's just getting mentally tortured, that's all I can do at the moment until I think of something." I say to her and Granny Chiyo looks at him sadly. "Granny Chiyo, in the beginning you said Sasori is your grandson right? Then you should have stayed home, I don't like hurting someone else's family in front of them, it makes me feel like a horrible person. No offense Granny Chiyo, but that's just how I feel about this." I say to her.

"Yet you fought your own brother? Why is it that you can hurt him but you don't like hurting other peoples family with them as the audience?" Granny Chiyo asks me.

"I don't like hurting my brother either, it just hurts me as well, not physically but mentally." I say to her.

"And your still going?" Sakura asks me.

I come up with a quick plan and I jump up onto the wall as Sasori goes through the last of my Gen-Jutsu.

"Ha, that was nothing." Sasori says as he smirks at me.

I jump at him and I dodge the iron sand and I make it so that it circles around us so neither of us have a way out. I smirk and Sasori frowns slightly.

"Your smart, but what are you gonna do now?" Sasori asks.

I punch him in the face and he flies into the iron sand and gets it in his puppet like body. "That, now you can hardly move and your at my mercy." I say to him.

"Damn it." Sasori mutters then smirks.

Puppets appear around up about a hundred.

"You didn't anticipate that, now did you?" Sasori asks as he shakes the iron sand from him.

"Well then." I say looking around.

Yeah, pretty obvious Logan would take them head on. That moron.

I jump up and I accidentally hit my head on the ceiling and I land on my behind. "Oww." I say holding my head as it pounds like a dozen hammers are hitting it simultaneously.

Sasori watches amused. "You didn't see the ceiling there. Your a klutz." Sasori says to me with a smirk.

I made a fool out of myself, Logan is right, I am a klutz, but right now, it feels like my teeth have pulses and I feel extremely light headed.

My hand glows green on my head and I heal myself for the most part.

I get up and I look at my surroundings. "I have no choice but to charge." I say and punch my way out of the iron sand, yeah it should be impossible, but I fight the impossible, everyday, Logan.

"How did she? Its supposed to be impenetrable." Granny Chiyo says to herself shocked.

I run over to them in time to deflect a sword with my kunai.

I sigh in relief. "That was a close one." I say and I look at the 3 Kazekage's puppet body and I nod to Sakura and she destroys it, then Granny Chiyo brings out her Ten Puppets and Sasori brings out his one hundred puppets and I suddenly feel out of place in this battle.

I help Sakura with the puppets and Granny Chiyo takes care of the ones we can't dodge.

Sakura gets hit and she goes down but I see her inject an antidote and get up again.

I look at the puppets. "Ok, head on, no time for me to plan." I say to myself and I charge at the puppets and I destroy as many as come after me.

"Alexis what are you doing?" Sakura asks.

"What me and Logan always do, head first charges." I say to her and she sighs.

"Your going down you puppets." I say to them and I fight all of them off as Sakura stops Sasori's body but he pops up somewhere else and tries hurting Granny Chiyo but Sakura shields her.

My eyes widen slightly and I run over. "Sakura, stay awake." I say to her as I hold her up by the shoulder and I heal her for the most part with some of her help as well.

"I'm fine, just a little dizzy." Sakura says to me.

I sigh in relief. "Kakashi would kill me if you got killed under my watch, so would Lady Tsunade and Naruto, and Lee, and everyone else." I say to her.

I punch the creeping Sasori in the face with my elbow and he flies back and gets caught by the father and mother puppets and I plunge a poison sword through his heart thing and so does Granny Chiyo.

Sasori tells us something and then dies.

I sit down on the rubble that was once a cave. "I need a minor break, that was twice as much chakra that I usually use." I say and sit there breathing heavy.

"Alexis." Kakashi says through the communication device.

"Yeah?" I reply.

"How's your side doing?" Kakashi asks.

"Well, we used up a lot of Chakra, but we beat Sasori." I say to him.

"Good, meet up with us just east of you in a clearing." Kakashi says to me through the device.

I get up and we get to the clearing and I see an upset Naruto.

I walk over to him and place a hand on his shoulder. "Naruto." I say to him.

He looks at me with fierce, angry, sad and pained eyes. "What?" He ask with the same emotions as his eyes.

I look down at Gaara and I walk over and bend down next to him.

Naruto yells at everyone and I listen as he directs some of it towards me.

"You never asked us if we wanted to be Jinchuriki, you just labeled us as monsters, you never thought about how we felt." Naruto says to us.

"Naruto." Kakashi says shocked.

I look down and I stand up and I stand next to a tree.

Granny Chiyo gives her life for Gaara's and Naruto helps her by giving her some of his chakra.

I keep myself from showing any kind of sadness, pain or anything like that even though I want to just cry for everything that has happened.

Gaara wakes up and Sand Shinobi surround him while I stay back.

Naruto see's me and drags me over.

I look at Granny Chiyo sadly and Kankuro explains the Jutsu.

I bend down next to Sakura and I place a hand on her shoulder and she cries there while I look at Granny Chiyo with sadness in my eyes.

We say a prayer for her and we go back to the Sand.

The next day

I pay my respects to Granny Chiyo's grave and someone stands next to me.

"Your young but your eyes hold pain." Grandpa Ebizo says to me.

"They always say eyes are the windows to the soul." I say to him.

"Yes, they say that, but you don't seem to mind it." Grandpa Ebizo says to me.

"I don't mind it." I look at Grandpa Ebizo. "I'm sorry for the loss of your older sister." I say to him. "I have to go. Bye Grandpa Ebizo." I say to him and he nods to me. I run to the gates and I make it there in time. 

"Alexis?" Sakura asks shocked.

"We thought you already left." Neji says to me.

I shake my head. "No I didn't leave yet." I smile at Gaara. "Glad to see your ok, I just can't say the same about my albino haired friend." I say directing the last part to Kakashi.

Kakashi laughs nervously.

Gaara nods to me. "Seems you weren't affected by yesterday at all, I'm surprised you have no physical injuries." Gaara says to me.

"I healed myself last night after I regained enough Chakra." I say to him.

Gaara nods slightly. "I see." Gaara says to me.

Gaara and Naruto say goodbye and we set off.

I walk next to Guy as he helps Kakashi.

Guy grunts and Kakashi looks at him nervously while I just act like nothing is happening.

"Hurry up!" Ten-Ten yells to us.

"Hey, we're old, give us a break!" I yell back and Guy grunts again.

"Your only like 23, and those two are 30, you aren't old so hurry up!" Ten-Ten yells to us.

Guy throws Kakashi into the sky and switches his backpack to his front, Kakashi lands on his back and Guy takes off. "Now you'll have to hurry up!" Guy yells to us.

"You, hey wait up!" I yell running after him. "That's my teammate your carrying!" I yell as I run past the rest of our group.

"Yeah, old my ass." Sakura mutters.

"I heard that!" I yell back. Lee passes me with a ton of back packs on him. "Why you" I say and I push myself faster and the ground starts to shake with all our running.

We make it back and I look at Kakashi to see him almost dead.

I start walking away from them. "I don't know who those two weirdo's are." I say while walking away.

Guy grin smirks.

Izumo and Kotesu laugh.

I walk to Lady Tsunade's office and I knock.

"Come in."

I walk in and Lady Tsunade looks up.

"Lady Tsunade we're back, Guy is taking Kakashi to the hospital with everyone else." I say to her and she nods.

I give her the report on the mission.

"I see, well then, you have the rest of the day off. I'll tell the others as well when they stop by." Lady Tsunade says to me.

I nod. "Thank you." I say to her and walk out. I walk back to my apartment and I unlock the door. I walk in and close the door, I set my bag down on my couch and I walk to my bedroom.

I take my ninja gear off and I lay on my bed.

I stare off into the distance until someone knocks on my door.

"I'm coming." I say and walk to the door, I open it to see a basket in front of my door. I look at it confused. "Um, what?" I ask and I pick it up. I take the note out and I read it.

I look through the basket to see fruit, and only fruit. I sniff it just to make sure it isn't poisoned.

That was Logan and Hana's hand writing, what are they up to? I don't care. My stomach doesn't care and I could sleep for a moon.

I set the fruit basket on the kitchen counter and I walk back to my bedroom.

I see Hana and Logan in my room. 

What are they up to? Why am I not aloud to sleep? 

"Ok Alexis, you have been single for too long, we are taking you to go on blind dates." Hana says to me with a smirk.

"I would rather go sleep in the dark pits of hell right now." I say to her.

"Oh come on, please?" Hana says to me.

"Hana, I don't have any particular interest in dating right now, especially in this moment in time where I feel like I could sleep for a moon." I say to her.

"Well too bad, me and Hana decided you need to loosen up." Logan says with a smirk.

"Why don't you go ask Sasori about our fight? Oh wait, me and Granny Chiyo had to kill him to get Gaara back." I say to him.

"Wait, you just went on a mission to get the Kazekage back? From who?" Logan asks me.

"The Akatsuki, oh and guess what, I had to fight my brother as well." I say to them and I flop face first onto my bed and I sigh in content but I get dragged out of my bed by Hana.

"Nope, you need to do stuff other than missions, at least do something with us." Hana says to me.

I sigh as I see their puppy eyes. I look away. "What do you want to do?" I ask.

"Glad you asked, the four of us are gonna go on a picnic." Hana says and hands me and outfit then pushes me into my bathroom.

Four? But there's only three of us. What are they up to?

"Oh and shower, you smell like Sand." Hana says through the door.

I roll my eyes and I shower, I change into a black tank with a red and black plaid picnic button up shirt that stops at my waist and the sleeve's end at my forearms, and black boot cut jeans with sandals that cross over the top of my foot and cross until its past my ankle. I brush out my hair and I braid it in a thick braid that ends at my waist. I brush my bangs to the sides of my face so they frame it and I keep the short bangs above my eyes. I put on my usual eyeliner and lip gloss and I look at myself.

I look like I'm ready for a picnic.

I walk out of the room and Hana squeals at my outfit.

"You pull that outfit off better than anyone, it looks perfect on you." Hana says to me.
