3rd Person's POV

Prince Darwin looked at the pair with reassuring eyes, he never expected that these two would carry them out throughout the raid.

Light Chains can be learned by Level 100, so he thought that most probably Mina was at least Level 120.

But what interests him the most is Hiromi, he was not sure of her level nor her skills.

'I bet it was a Unique Skill of some sort.' He thought.

But now that he managed to recruit these two, he felt easy and reassured and was thinking that maybe these two can help them slay the dragon that wrecked havoc on their kingdom.

'They might be able to do it, I do hope so, all for Queen Yuna.'

The day had finally come, the day Gaia foresaw, the day the Black Gladiator Dragon will again arise from the large cave just few miles from the Kingdom of Asteria.

But the citizens of Asteria didn't know this, even Queen Yuna, but they are on high alert.

Yuna sat on her throne, thinking about what she should do in order to minimize the damage that will be dealt by the dragon just in case. She took the responsibility with all her heart, and she must do as she will.

Suddenly, one of her Royal Guards barged in the throne and bowed down, handing her a scroll before reporting.

"Your Majesty, the adventurers have returned from their expedition." The Royal Guard reported.

That lit up Yuna and stood from her throne, moments later, many adventurers came in and bowed their heads onto her.

"Lift your heads up." Queen Yuna commanded, and so they did.

"I heard the situation in this Kingdom, Your Majesty, we did full haste in returning here in order to aid you on this battle." Aira stated.

Aira the top adventurer of the Kingdom of Asteria, she has given recognition by Queen Yuna herself as well as the Great Mages of Asteria Kingdom.

Her battle prowess is amazing, as well as her skill in sword and magic, she was the best Magic Swordsman known throughout the Kingdom, and possibly the neighboring kingdoms. She was known as "Crimson Goddess."

Aira wears something that appears similar that of a War Goddess, which made her look fierce and indestructible.

"Yes, the Black Gladiator Dragon is on the move, it is possibly because of the World Domination being naturally casted." Yuna explained.

"I understand, please let me and my guild handle this situation." With a determined look, she bowed one more time at the Queen.

"I have high expectations for you and your guild, Crimson Moon." Queen Yuna replied.

BOOM!

A sudden explosion occured within the kingdom, they hurriedly went out only to see the one that brought chaos on their kingdom.

"The Black Gladiator Dragon..." Queen Yuna was now worried.

"Do not worry, Your Majesty, we will handle this, please secure yourself with the Royal Guards." Aira quickly reacted.

Queen Yuna nodded and was being guided by her Royal Guards towards safety.

"Alright guys, let's go!" Aira commanded her guild and went to confront the dragon.

Queen Yuna looked at the guild go and wished for their safety, and also at the same time...

"Please arrive immediately, Darwin." Yuna whispered.

"Hey Hiromi, Mina, how did you get so strong?" Lia suddenly asked.

"Ahh, hehe." All Mina did was sweatdropped because technically she just borrowed her power from Hiromi.

"I already trained since I was a child, my father and mother helped me in doing so." Hiromi replied.

"Your mother and father must be very strong." Tiana replied with awe.

"Y-You think so?" Hiromi also laughed nervously.

"Warning. Black Gladiator Dragon is now on the move, requesting to move in a haste pace."

'What?! The Kingdom is already being attacked?!'

"Mina, we must go, we don't have time." Hiromi quickly acted.

"H-Huh?! What do yo---"

"Darwin, we don't have time, the kingdom is being attacked. We must go first, all of you must hurry!" Hiromi alerted then.

"Wh-What?!"

"Let's go Mina! Godspeed, Dimentional Step!"

"Wh-Wha--- Sonic's Transcend, Hermes' Gift!"

With that, they hastily moved and disappeared in just a blink of an eye.

"We must hurry too! Queen Yuna needs us!"

Aira and her guild arrived at the scene, and is somehow shocked at the damage it dealt.

"That's a ridiculous size!" Krueger yelled as he was pointing at the dragon.

Krueger is their main tanker on the guild, his defense is as high as steel. He can withstand even the higher class skills.

"We need to somehow minimize the casualty and prevent it from moving from this spot." Wiene stated, holding her staff and waiting for the command.

Wiene is a High Elven Mage, her magic ability can possibly surpass the Great Mages, despite her young looks, her magic power is destructive and can deal fatal damage.

"We also need to let it descend, that will make this battle easy for us." S added.

S, which stands for Serene Shadow, is their main assassin, in terms of stealth, S tops that, making him the deadliest assassin of all. His ability to move is almost non traceable.

"I'll do it, I can probably shoot it from here." Vienne said as she got ready with her bow.

Vienne is their main archer of the guild, her accuracy and ability with the bow is almost non human, she was renowned as the Powershot Queen because of that.

Though there are still many minor squads from the guild, the five of them makes up the main squad for their Crimson Moon guild.

"I will leave it to you Vienne, everyone, get ready!"

"Right!"

Vienne took a deep breath before aiming at the dragon, her left eye had activated and a magic circle appeared on it.

"Frost Arrow." With that calm cast, a large arrow of ice appeared and was being fired towards the dragon, it struck the dragon resulting for it to groan in pain. It descended from the sky in order to rest it's struck wings.

The dragon roared before releasing a stream of fire towards them.

"Krueger!"

"On it! Mighty Barrier!"

Krueger grinned as he tanked the attack with his shield, a thick barrier appeared in front of them, preventing the attack from going through, he struggled a bit but nevertheless, he managed.

While he tanked the attack, he managed to also get his aggro.

"Now!"

Aira and S did their thing and darted towards the dragon.

"Vector Footwork, Halberd's Blessing!"

Wiene supprted by casting speed and power buff on the two of them.

"Let's go, S!" Aira yelled.

"Right behind you." S replied.

"Crimson Strike!'

"Oblivion Slash!"

They both tried to damage dragon with both of their attacks, but the dragon recovered and spun around, meeting them head on with it's tail.

The tail was too hard for them and they were pushed back from the collision.

"As expected from an SSS Class mythical monster, it's a real deal." Aira said.

"Thunderstruck!" Wiene decided to act and tried to deal damage to the dragon, the dragon roared but it looked like it wasn't in pain.

"The dragon might have high resistance to such attacks, and it's body is hard as mithril." Aira stated.

"Oi, are you serious right now?" Krueger laughed nervously at that.

"I've underestimated this dragon, we need to focus if we want to defeat this thing." Aira said.

The dragon roared once again, the Frost Arrow that struck it thawed down and the wound was instantly healed.

"No way..." Vienne muttered as she spectated her arrow getting thawed just like that.

The dragon ascended and it looked like it is about to attack them with the previous Fire Breathe.

"Wiene, Krueger we'll focus on defense for now." Aira commanded.

"Alright, Grand Pillar!"

"Holy Light Barrier!"

"Frost Wall!"

Aira decided to help out, different layers of barrier are being casted around them in order to protect themselves.

The Black Gladiator Dragon released it's attack, to their surprise and possibly horror, blue, together with purple, went out from it's mouth instead of red, they didn't expected it.

It easily managed to destroy Krueger's Grand Pillar and Aira's Frost Wall, what's worst is that Wiene's Holy Light Barrier is barely standing and that ultimately weakened Wiene, because she poured all her magic power in erecting such high tier skill. She fell down in exhaustion.

Krueger was also the same, he recieved minor wounds and injuries from the attack, but he appears that he can still go on.

"Wiene, Krueger!" They yelled out and went to her aid.

"Do not worry about me, I just depleted my mana, I just need a little rest and I can continue." Wiene stated.

"I can still go on..." Krueger said with a grin, he wasn't expecting this battle to be this hard, not to mention, almost deadly.

Aira stood up and decided to confront the dragon. She darted towards the dragon and attacked, S and Vienne decided to back her up while Krueger was adviced to tend on Wiene in the meantime.

Black Gladiator Dragon and Aira did most of the exchanging of attacks, while S and Vienne supported her back. Vienne tried to strike it's wings again but she was shocked that it didn't even do a thing, unlike before.

"It must've gained resistance to my attack..." Vienne muttered.

In S' case, he's also having a hard time, Aira wasn't joking about it's scales being as hard as mithril.

"I have to find it's weakpoint, I must blind it." S murmured.

As easy as it sounds, he was even having a hard time reaching it's eyes.

Aira had also taken damages from the dragon, though it she also did something to that ridiculous scales, but they we're really having a hard time damaging the dragon.

The Black Gladiator Dragon did it's thing again just like the last time.

"Everyone, dodge!" Aira commanded.

They barely dodge the stream of blue flame being fired by the dragon, it instantly burned the area being hit by it.

"W-We underestimated it, th-this thing is far on a new whole l-level." Aira even struggled with her words, she's barely even catching her breath.

"Can't we do something about it?" Vienne asked in a worried tone.

"You can't be serious right, we'll be ended right here?" Krueger slightly panicked.

"There must be a way." S stated, but he himself is also having a hard time finding out a way.

Weine is still resting and managed to heal herself a little way.

"Th-There must be a way..." Aira said.

The dragon was about to fire again another attack just like before, the five of them looked at the dragon, gritting their teeth.

'Is there really something that we can do in this situation?' Aira thought as she closed her eyes.

The dragon fired the stream of blue and purple flame towards them, they're about to get hit by the attack when someone stopped the attack.

"Main Style : Dimensional Slash."

"Stardust Stream!'

It was Hiromi and Mina, Hiromi managed to arrive at the scene on time, she sliced through the flame and it instantly dispersed with no trace.

After that, Mina used the opportunity to cast her Dimensional Magic and used Starburst Stream on the dragon. It agonized in pain and looked at the two of them with angry, crimson eyes.

Aira opened her eyes only to see two figures standing in front of her.

"Are you the Black Gladiator Dragon? You are a huge one, aren't you?"
