3rd Person's POV

Kingdom of Asteria, a civilized country that has more adventurers compared to Treeshroud City, it is home to what they call as Nobles. These nobles control the flow of the country as well as managing the economy, nobles are also some of the strongest people with high magic and combat affinity.

Asteria is also home to the current managing queen, Queen Yuna, her appearance is that of a young maiden, has a fair skin and is somewhat light.

"Queen Yuna, reporting, we haven't yet to find any single trace of movement from the dragon." One of her guards reported as he kneel on his knees. His appearance is far more better than guards outside the kingdom

They are called Higher Guards, they are also called Queen's personal bodyguards, these guards possesses great amount of combat abilities that is why they are chosen to be responsible for Queen Yuna's safety.

"I'll keep that in mind, please continue on monitoring the dragon until Darwin arrives." Yuna said with a hint of worry in her tone.

"We will comply." He replied and stood up before exiting the main hall.

Yuna stood up from her throne and walked towards her balcony to gaze upon what she has ruled.

"I really hope Darwin got some help from the neighboring cities." Yuna sighed.

Suddenly, two figures appeared behind her, Yuna smiled and then looked behind her.

"What is the status, Adventurer Anya?" Asked the queen as the magic circle dissipated. It was a teleportation magic.

Anya appears to have been situated in a mage profession judging on the equipment she held, a staff.

"I'm sorry Your Majesty, but we have yet to confirm the absolute cause of how it was awakened, but I somehow got an idea on my mind."

"We apologize Your Majesty, we have no idea or hints on how this happened, but we somehow stumbled upon this book that we found while we're in the Grand Library." Said Darius, who appears to have a warrior type profession, but mainly a tanker.

"Very well, let us hear it out." Queen Yuna replied.

"Have you heard about the high tier magic, World Domination?" Asked Anya.

Yuna slightly gasped as she heard the name.

"Y-Yeah, an SSS-class magic capable of awakening some SSS-class monster."

As Yuna thought about it, it finally made sense, World Domination is a natural disaster occurrence that happens once every 50 years. During this time, there will be several high tier monsters affected to this magic, causing disturbance in their slumber.

World Domination is an unavoidable magic, it is in order to remain balance in the world, that was the nature's law. Why it's called forbidden is because it is strictly not to be casted by any mages. Successful cast may result to the disturbance of balance.

"This year is the 50th year after the last casting of World Domination, we are unfortunate and will have to deal with the awakened monsters that is caused by this high tier magic." Darius concluded.

"But this is unexpected that it was the mythical Black Gladiator Dragon to be awakened, it was last seen a thousand years ago." Anya added.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't informed about this, but nevertheless, I do hope that Darwin didn't fail on his task, what we are facing right now isn't a joke and it might affect our kingdom's performance, worst case scenario, is the downfall of Kingdom of Asteria." Yuna said in a worried tone.

"We will continue on investigating this matter." Anya informed. Yuna nodded in reply.

A magic circle appeared under Anya and Darius, then they disappeared on sight.

Yuna gazed on more time at the scenery and sighed, before going back to her throne.

"Hey, are we there yet?" Mina called in a bored tone.

"It's still afternoon Mina, Darwin said we may have to arrive at dawn." Hiromi replied.

"Anyways, Hiromi, I somehow remembered from your title before, what was it Gia's Partner? What does that mean?" Mina asked out of curiosity, since she's in her guild now, might as well share some of the guild master's capabilities.

Hiromi looked around before explaining to her, knowing that they're in a carriage, so she knew no one's gonna check them out.

"It's Gaia, not Gia. Gaia's a friend of mine bestowed by my mother and father, Gaia is a intelligence wisp." Hiromi explained.

"A...A w-w-wisp..." Mina stuttered.

"I know that feeling, intelligence wisp are supposed to be mythical and shouldn't be in the hands of anyone. The wisp chooses it's owner, and before I was chosen, mother and father was picked first." Hiromi explained.

"C-Can I see it?" Mina asked.

"Of course." Hiromi smiled, she held her palm up and Gaia appeared on top of it.

"Greetings, I am Gaia, Master Hiromi's personal guide."  The wisp said as soon as it appeared on Hiromi's palm.

Stars appeared on Mina's eyes as soon as she saw the wisp, never in her life would she imagine that she can have a chance to see a wisp up close.

"It's a real wisp...a talking lively wisp..." Mina said in excitement but did her best to contain it.

She stared at the mysterious wisp for so long that it made it feel uncomfortable.

"M-Master, she's staring at me for too long.". Gaia stated, Mina quickly gained composure as she knew she made it feel weird

"Now I'm really curious about your family, what are they like?" Mina asked as she cleared her throat.

"Father is a skilled swordsman, I sometimes help him while he's on hunt when I was little, then mother is also a skilled mage, she teaches me all kinds of magic she knew." Hiromi explained to her as she reminisced the past.

"I've decided at this age that I wanted to become one of them, so they gave me freedom to become adventurer so that I can also experience what they experienced during their time." Hiromi smiled.

"Your parents surely knew your wants and likes." Mina said.

It was now nighttime, the carriages halted at a small peaceful clearing where the adventurers set their camps up and rest for the day.

The adventurers happily shared their experiences with one another, but little did they know, a danger is about to happen.

"Notice, a Level 85 Flame Fox will reach the resting area in approximately 10 seconds at a fast pace."  Gaia suddenly warned.

"What?!" Hiromi gasped and quickly stood up that alarmed the other adventurers.

Suddenly, a large crimson red, nine-tailed fox-like monster appeared from the forest and is about to kill the others when Hiromi managed to repel the surprise attack.

"Godspeed."

"Third Form : Kenbu."

Hiromi blocked it's claws with her sword, pushing out the large fox from the other adventurer. The other adventurers were shocked at the sudden appearance and proceeded with their battle stances.

"A raid!" Someone shouted.

They looked at the massive beast in front of them, a large Nine Tailed Flame Fox, and it is a problem.

"Why is a nine tailed beast here in this vicinity?!" Prince Darwin was slightly frightened at first but decided to join the raid.

The Flame Fox grasped the soil and is attempting to use a skill

"Notice, it will fire it's ultimate attack, Flame Burst."  Gaia notified.

"Mages, tankers, cast protective barrier!" Hiromi shouted.

With that, everyone casted their own protective skills.

"Dryad's Protection!"

"Healing Bell!"

"Tanker's Guts!"

"Ironwill!

The Flame Fox casted it's ultimate skill, Flame Burst, it managed to hit the target area but was everyone was able to cast a protective barrier to prevent major injuries, but that was even enough to scratch them.

"Crap, it's too strong." One of the adventurers called out.

"Mina, I'll cast the skill, you'll help me out." Hiromi ordered.

Mina nodded in response and got ready.

A magic circle appeared below Hiromi, moments later, another magic circle appeared below Mina.

"Essence Share."

After casting the skill, Mina felt a surge throughout her body, she looked at her status and was shocked at it.
