Hiromi's POV

"Thank you for participating this raid, as you all know, this is an SSS Class raid, so I just picked Level 80 adventurers or above. The Black Gladiator Dragon is an SSS Class monster and is not to be messed with." Prince Darwin explained.

"But a week earlier, it just showed up out of nowhere and started attacking the citizens from our country."

"What about your country's adventurers? Where are they?" Asked the adventurer who wears a rather outstanding outfit and armor, probably a warrior class adventurer.

"Our Queen Yuna has ordered the highest ranked adventurers to go in an expedition and isn't currently available at that time, so we only relied on some of our moderate A and S class adventurers, but it wasn't enough to stop the monster." Darwin replied quickly.

I put my hand on my chin.

'That is indeed a bad timing, sending off adventurers like that and at the same time, being raid by an SSS class monster.' I thought but remained calm.

"Gaia, is the Black Gladiator Dragon still on the move?" I thought in my mind, me and Gaia can also communicate via thoughts.

"Authenticating...no, currently it's still in it's hiding nest and will approximately move two days from now." Gaia replied back via thought.

I nodded and then continued on listening to their conversation.

"The Black Gladiator Dragon's supposedly mythical and no ones' still ever found it, how come it appeared in your kingdom?" Another adventurer asked.

"That is a question unknown to us, currently, we don't know how it appeared or how it came to our kingdom, we only knew it just showed up randomly and started causing chaos." Darwin explained.

"Gaia, true reason why it showed up in Asteria Kingdom?" I asked my wisp friend again.

"Searching for evidences...found it. It seems that it's original nest, Crown Labyrinth, was being interrupted by some unknown high tier magic." Gaia replied immediately.

"Can you locate and analyze this magic?"

"Analyzing...confirmed. It is an SSS class magic, World Domination, a forbidden magic than may awaken some SSS class monster that is in deep slumber." Gaia replied.

I twitched my eyebrow at that, World Domination? I've never heard a magic like that before, did father and mother forgot to teach me that magic?

And who might be that someone casting that high tier magic?

Nevermind that for now.

"That seems rather disturbing, considering the fact that we still don't know how it happened and why would it come towards Asteria Kingdom." Another adventurer complied with a worried look on her face.

"In conclusion, we shall depart tomorrow, I know this is urgent, but please do understand, we need your cooperation as soon as possible." Darwin pleaded, the others nodded in understanding and got ready with what they needed.

The meeting has been dismissed and everyone was separated and did their own thing.

"Hiromi, what are we gonna do?" Asked Mina.

"There are no hassle if there's only the two of us, we can pack easily, we'll get our things from the inn, we'll talk on our way there." I told her, she nodded and then we walked our way back to the inn.

"So, any plans on how we should take the dragon down? I know you'll not worry about taking it down, but for me, I uh..." Mina nervously laughed.

"That's what I would like to talk about with you." I replied.

"Wh-What is it?" Mina asked.

"I am capable of sharing my levels and stat to a certain target, we'll utilize it during the subjugation." I told her.

"Y-You can do what?!"

"We're here." I told her and she looked in front, only to see the inn where we're staying.

We went upstairs and packed our things.

"Can you elaborate what you mean by that?" Mina desperately asked.

"The effect is just temporary, it will wear off after either the monster will die or us being defeated, your level will increase by 50 percent of my level, same with the stats." I explained to her and she was awestruck at it.

"That is so cool!" Mina looked at me with starry eyes.

"Furthermore, as I said, your level will increase, you will also unlock some skills that is unusable until you'll get to that certain level, so make it count, it is only temporary. I'm only using this skill because this is quite a serious raid, after this, we'll focus on grinding your level, you're still Level 35." I explained to her again.

"H-Hey! You don't have to remind me!" Mina pouted, I chuckled at that.

After packing, Mina decided to buy some high grade potions at the Adventurer's Shop in case if something worse happens.

I walked around the city and noticed that my staff isn't really the usual staff I use, aside from the Magic Tome Staff.

'Knowing that the the subjugation will be harder than it looks, I probably need to use my main staff or sword.' I thought.

My Magic Tome Staff pixelated and then disappeared, then I opened my Dimentional Bag and picked up my mother's original gift to me.

Frostborne Staff

My mother said she originally forged and wielded the staff, that's all she said to me, Gaia can't also give information about it and that made me really curious. But that isn't the problem right now.

The Frostborne Staff appears to have a rather celestial design, it also emits massive amount of Ice magic in it, the orb on the tip of the staff resembles a Sapphire, but much more brilliant and brighter.

'Normally, I wouldn't have to use this in some cases but, I want to end this quickly so that I can explore more. Also, I have to make sure to loot that treasure the monster owns, so I have to show dominance in order to surely acquire it." I thought and sighed, proceeded to walk further and enjoyed the sights in the city.

Another day had passed and everything was ready for there departure.

"We shall leave, now that everyone has arrived and got ready, the carriages are ready for you to occupy in, we will arive in the Kingdom of Asteria at dawn." Darwin announced and everyone nodded in understanding.

"Mina, have you got everything ready?" I asked my companion.

She nodded in reply proceeded to hop into our carriage. I must assume Kingdom of Asteria is rich because of how fancy their carriages look.

With that, the carriages finally took off and is headed towards our next destination, Kingdom of Asteria, in order to slay the dragon that brought chaos on their city.
