~__!__~

"Hello, Welcome to the Siamese Cat Cafe~!" A beautiful girl welcomed with a bright smile. Her wavy hazel brown hair was neatly pulled into a half up-half down style. Her gold eyes brightened seeing more customers pour into the shop. With ultimate grace, she led the new people into the cafe. She seated her guests at a table by the window.

"My name is Esumi, and I'll be your waitress for today." Her voice was smooth and bubbly, as she naturally conversed with the customers. "Is it your first time here?" She questioned and handed out the small laminated menus to the two people. Both the male and female nodded their heads.

"Yes, it is." The woman smiled kindly. Her smiled widened when Esumi bowed her head politely.

"Well then, welcome." The younger female greeted with such ease.

"Thank you." The man responded with an ever so small smile. "Is there anything you recommend?" He wondered. Esumi took a millisecond to think.

"I recommend the fruit parfait. It is to die for." Esumi stated. The couple asked what was inside the dessert. Esumi went on explaining her favorite dish in her cafe. In the end, the couple had asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. "Please take your time." She urged softly.

"Thank you." The man and woman thanked, before turning their direction toward the pink little menu. Esumi nodded, silently excusing herself. She turned to head toward the cashier desk. Standing beside it was a male vaguely appeared like Esumi, besides his gender that is. His relatively messy hair was a more darker shade of brown, compared to Esumi's. But like his twin sister, his eyes were the same deep gold. His build was muscular, and it showed through his uniform.

"Hey Ei-nii." Esumi smiled, sitting on a stool beside the counter. The male, Eijun, looked up from what he was doing and smiled back at his beloved twin sister.

"Hey there Esu." He greeted back, closing the cash register. "Shouldn't you be serving guests?" Esumi nodded, motioning toward the customers that were currently satisfied.

"But everyone is happy. And I'm waiting for a couple to finish browsing over the menu." Esumi glanced toward the mentioned couple by the window. They were still looking at the small list of food and beverages. She turned to look back at her brother, who was leaning onto the counter in front of her.

"Don't look now, but a few more guests came in." Eijun smirked, nodding his head toward the door of the cafe. Esumi turned, seeing a taller man with hazel brown hair walk in. His eyes were a dark dark brown, and a permanent scowl seemed plastered amongst his lips. Behind him were two other males. Both were big in stature, easily making Esumi seem like she was in Jr. High again.

Esumi bounced off her seat, all the while rolling her eyes at Eijun's smug face. She plastered a wide grin, happily greeting the guests to the cafe. "How many in your party?" She questioned the man with the hazel hair. He looked down at her, giving a harsh glare. Esumi was unaffected. She smiled wider, patiently awaiting his reply.

The male scoffed, turning to look away. "One." He stated bluntly. Esumi nodded, taking a menu from the podium beside the front door.

"I'll be right with you sirs." Esumi directed toward the two males that were muttering to each other.

On the other hand, the male with the hazel hair silently observed the bubbly girl. She seemed so full of life, so innocent. She was interesting. He noticed her stiffen slightly after addressing the guys behind himself. So he turned his head just enough to see that the men were practically undressing the poor girl with their eyes. "Tch." He rolled his eyes, already feeling annoyed by the other guys' presence.

"Right this way sir." Esumi caught the attention of the hazel haired man. He silently followed her toward the counter where she previously sat. "Is right here okay?" Esumi considerately asked. The man nodded and took a seat. She handed him a menu and excused herself to help the vulture like men waiting at the door. His eyes followed the waitress with the men.

Esumi led the two giant like males toward a booth that was also near the counter. Feeling uncomfortable under their gazes, she was quick to hand out the menus and walk away. Esumi was able to relax a tiny tiny bit, as she made her way back to the couple. Esumi recorded their orders in her little memo book. She tried not to walk stiffly, feeling the men in the booth watch her.

Moments later, the couple was served their things. The man with the hazel hair had also placed his order. Now Esumi was heading over to wait on the two men that creeped her out. She placed a smile on her lips, hoping not to appear the way she felt. "May I take your orders sir?" Esumi asked almost robotically. The man on her left licked his lips, eyeing Esumi's rear mindfully. The man to her right was practically raping Esumi's chest in his mind.

"Yeah, I'll have-Oh shit!" The man to Esumi's left cursed, purposely knocking over a glass cup. It crashed to the ground, its contents splashing everywhere. "I am so sorry." He smirked, motioning with his eye for Esumi to bend over.

"Esu! Are you okay!?" Eijun called, poking his head from the twin's shared office. Esumi smiled pleadingly.

"Yeah. Sorry Ei-nii." She apologized, hoping her brother would save her. But since he was too oblivious, he didn't catch her hint.

"Miss? Aren't you going to clean that up?" The man to Esumi's right asked demandingly. Esumi nodded her head quickly.

"Yes sir. Please excuse me." Esumi muttered softly and bowed her head. She kneeled to the floor, trying to quickly as possible, pick up the broken glass. Again she felt eyes traveling over her body. Esumi stood after collecting the shards in her hand. She turned to toss out the glass, but stopped completely. Her skirt was flipped up. She spun around quickly, a blush spreading over her face. "Sir! Please do not do that!" Esumi tried to calm herself. By now, everyone in the cafe was staring at her.

"Come on sweetie. We were just messing around." One of them coxed Esumi closer by tugging on her dress skirt. Esumi attempted to smack his hand away, but it was only like a baby slapping him. Both men were pulling her closer, when Esumi was yanked backward.

"Sir, please refrain from touching my waitress like that." Eijun had come to the rescue. He pulled his sister behind him protectively. Esumi hid behind him, nearly in tears.

"We were just teasing Mr. Boss Man." The one on the twin's right spoke with an amused smirk.

"Well, if you're teasing continues, I'll have to call the police to escort you out." Eijun threatened, a hard glare forming in his eyes.

"Whatever Mr. Boss Man here says." The one on the left nodded with a malicious smirk.

Esumi went back to serving the customers. The bell rang from the kitchen, signalling that an order was ready. Esumi made her way back, seeing that the orders belonged to the two perverted males. She took the from the little window. As Esumi walked toward the horrible men, she coincidentally met eyes with the hazel haired male at the counter. Their eyes stayed connected until Esumi walked into his blind spot.

"Here you are sirs." Esumi spoke kindly, placing the orders in front of each male. Esumi pulled a little frosting pipe from her apron. "Is there any personal message you'd like me to design?" She questioned, silently wishing to be home already. Esumi had not noticed the knowing glance in between the men in front of her.

"It's kind of private." The one on the right told Esumi. He motioned for Esumi to lower herself so he could whisper to her. Hesitantly, she complied. He whispered into her ear. Esumi's face began to turn a bright red. She gasped when a hand groped her. Esumi quickly pulled herself away. She was unsure whether to glare at the man or cry from sexual harassment. Both men were smirking widely.

"Will you two dumbasses cut it out already?" A deep and angered voice cut it. The three turned to see that the male at the counter had spoken up. By this time, Eijun was holding the cafe phone and silently talking to the police.

"And who the hell are you?" One of the men asked angrily that someone was ruining their fun.

"I'm Isashiki Jun, and fucking hate people like you." The hazel haired male, now known as Jun, growled and spun around in his seat.

Insults were thrown back and forth. Until the two men finally had enough. One of them snatched you from your fatal spot on the floor. The other rushed to attack Jun. His fist flew up to punch Jun, but the latter was too fast. Jun had already buried his right knee into the other guys stomach. The man pulled back with a grunt, rushing to hit Jun again. Jun was still too fast. He dodged the punch, and aimed to punch the perverted man back. In one hit, it was a knock out.  The man clutching the crying Esumi, scowled. He hesitantly let go of Esumi, and ran off. As soon as he ran outside, the police were already waiting for him.

Eijun ran to his sister, pulling her into a hug as she sobbed. "Shh, you're okay." Eijun cooed, rubbing her head soothingly. Esumi pulled away after a minute and turned to look at Jun. she bowed gratefully at the man.

"Thank you so much." Esumi thanked and thanked him. He simply waved it off.

"I hate people like that, so no big deal." Jun waved it off. Eijun was also quick to thank Jun for saving his sister. "It's fine so shut up already." Jun scoffed. Esumi smiled through her tears, finding this man strangely interesting.

~__!__~

After that incident about a year ago today, Jun had become a regular at the cafe. He always sat in the same spot at the counter. He always came at the exact same time just before lunch began. It was a routine now.

He'd walk in at exactly 11:40am every day. Eijun would greet him, telling Jun to take his usual spot. Esumi would come out and serve him his usual, lite coffee with Jun's favorite dish. Both of the twins kept telling Jun that it was on the house, but the male would leave money anyways.

But other than that, all was well.

Until one day, Jun didn't show up at 11:40am. Esumi grew worried that those men from a year ago had somehow found Jun and hurt him. "You worry too much Esu." Eijun waved the matter off quickly. He already knew about his sister's so called secret crush of Jun.

"I'm just curious as to why he's late is all.." Esumi claimed, turning her head away from Eijun. Her brother let out a knowing laugh. "Shut up.." Esumi pouted.

It was late now, almost time for closing. Just as Esumi was about to lock the door, a voice stopped her from doing so. "You still open?" Esumi spun around, seeing Jun's recognizably tall stature.

"Jun-san." Esumi smiled. She opened the door and allowed him to enter. He thanked the girl, and stepped inside. "I've been wondering where you were. I was starting to think you found a better cafe." Esumi giggled a bit. Jun scoffed, lightly hitting the girl's head.

"Idiot. No place is better than here." Jun complimented. Esumi laughed, looking up at the taller guy.

"You complimenting someone is so rare, it's cute." She laughed casually. Jun frowned, an angered look plaster on his face.

"Fine then, I'll take it back." Jun replied, sitting in his usual spot. Esumi laughed, lightly clutching her sides from laughing too much.

"No, no!" She smiled brightly. "Thank you." Esumi grinned, setting her bag down. "I'll go make you your usual." Esumi disappeared into the kitchen.

Moments late, Esumi had found out that more ingredients were to be purchased and she couldn't make Jun's food. So she went to apologize to Jun for not being able to give him food. But when she came back to the counter, a white box was sitting in Jun's absence. "Jun-san?" Esumi whispered, seeing the male had disappeared. Esumi walked up to the box sitting on the counter. She hesitantly opened it.

Inside was a chocolate frosted cake, beautifully decorated. White frosting stretched into words and spelled out, Happy Birthday. Esumi gasped, her hands flying up to cover her undeniable smile. A note was place at the bottom of the box's lid.

'Esumi

I heard from Sawamura that it was your guy's birthday today. So I baked this for you.
You better eat it!
Baking is hard as hell!!
How do you do it every day?

Anyway i wanna ask you something, so give me a call.

(xxx)xxx-xxxx

Jun'

Esumi pulled out her phone, still trying not to cry tears of joy. She typed in the number and pulled the phone to her hear. It rang thrice, until a gruff voice answered. "Jun-san?" Esumi questioned unsurely.

"Yeah. You got my note then?" Jun asked from the other line. Esumi nodded her head while replying.

"Yep. What was it you wanted to-?"

"Go out with me?" Jun spoke so suddenly. His voice had become bit higher and was laced with worry. It was completely unlike the Jun that Esumi had come to know. But then the words processed. She smiled widely, knowing full well that he couldn't see her.

"Yes."

A/n: well? How'd it turn out?? Let me know please! I dont really write AU's so GO EASY! Hahaha(≧∇≦)
