(this takes place right after the last chapter ended)

Azazel and Katerea in the air about to battle.

Azazel: "A descendant of the former Devil King Leviathan. One desprate monster nearing it's end. Not a bad opponent. Shall we have some fun with Armageddon?"

Katerea: "For someone like the Governer-General of the fallen angels..."

they raised their power outputs causeing the magician's that were around them to disintigrate.

Azazel and Katerea started fighting leaving Y/N and the 3 faction members to watch. Kiba, Xenovia, and Irina went to fight the magicians. the fighting between Azazel and Katerea came to a standstill.

Katerea: "Shall I have you prepare yourself, Azazel?"

she raised her left hand and a magic circle opened letting out black misty snakes to wrap themselves around Katerea's body and also giving her a big power boost.

Y/N: 'that won't work Katerea'

Katerea then opened a big magic circle and then a smaller magic circle infront of it a sent a giant magic blast towards azazel which Azazel just appeared behind katerea.

Azazel: "let's clear something up before we move on"

Katerea put some of her magic power into her fist and attempted to hit Azazel by spining around but Azazel blocked it.

Azazel: "This amount of aura doesn't appear to be the power of a descendent of a devil king. Where are you getting the extra power?"

Y/N: 'Katerea you idoit'

Katerea: "there's no point in answering that. Because you will all be destriyed here!"

they started fighting again, while they were fighting Gasper managed to dispell the time stop ability of his allowing the people frozen by it to be free now. they all started fighting the Magicians now back to Azazel and katerea. Azazel pulled a golden dagger like thing that has a purple orb on the top of the hilt.

Azazel: "Well then, why don't we start getting serious?"

Katerea: "That's..."

Azazel: "...something much better than war... my hobby. this is the Downfall Dragon Spear."

they started fighting with azazel landing a heavy blow Katerea was about to use that ability where she strecthes her arm and then that arm turns into multiple arms. but before that could happen a red streak of lightning hit her well not hit her but grabbed her and took off.

Azazel: "what... jsut happened."

-30 seconds before-

Y/N: 'well guess like I have to step in'

he then walked into the middle of the crosswalk and lifted his arm that has his ring on it and the ring opended up to push out a suit and Y/N took off at superspeeds

when he got to the building he ran up the wall and when he reached a height he jumped off and while in air grabbed Katerea and when his feet touched the ground he took off out of there. he ran back to the place he was looking at and dropped katerea.

when Katerea realised what had happened she was mad until she realised who had done it. she tried to get away but she couldnt move because even if she did get away she would be killed or worse.

Y/N squated down to get to eye level with Katerea. he then took off his cowl

Y/N: "do you have any idea on how much time i would've wasted lettign you go ahead and kill yourself to try and take down an opponent that wouldn't even be taken down by the attack?"

Katerea: "Why are you here Reverse Flash? I don't remember telling you about my plans."

Y/N: "please call me Y/N after all my real name is Y/N Thawne"

Katerea's eyes widened becuase the last name thawne is a sub- clas house of the Leviathan house. (basically they are related)

Katerea: "why have I never heard of you before?"

Y/N: "Well to you, I haven't even been born yet and you dying will erease part of my timeline so please don't go and do that again. leave the dangerous stuff to someone who has more power"

He said as he equiped his Divine Dividing wings. which were red and black. and there was red lightning shooting off of them. Katerea's Eye's widened.

Katerea: "so your saying your from the future?"

Y/N put away his divine dividing and nodded.

Y/N: "yes, I have been stuck here, marooned here for the last fifteen years.

Katerea: "how did you even get here?"

Y/N: "what I'm about to tell you, you mustn't tell anybody else in the old satan faction."

Y/N: "you know what hold on till i get back I gotta go and get Vali out of there."

Y/N then grabbed Katerea and brought here to his house and left a note saying "Don't destroy anything" (Raynare and Mittelt are with Ophis doing what ever ophis does which is probably either sleeping or just lying on a pink sofa)

-meanwhile with the fation meeting group-

Azazel was just hit into the ground by a light blue magic ball making him lose an arm. Azazel then put a magic circle on his arm to stop the bleeding.

Azazel: "Ow... I must be losing my edge. bad Vali!"

Vali: "Sorry, Azazel. Things looked more interesting on this side."

Issei: "Vali! you're the pne who betrayed us!:

Azazel: "Hey, Vali. There's just one thing I want to ask you."

Vali: "hm?"

Azazel flew up to Vali's level and looked at him.

Azazel: "My Vice Governer-General, Shemhaza, has gotten wind of a dangerous faction. I think he called them the "Chaos Brigade"

Sirzechs: "the Chaos Brigade."

Serafall: "To bundle together such dangerous people... Whoever is controlling them must be very strong."

Azazel: "And that person in charge is the Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis."

Rias: "Ophis it can't be."

Issei: "A dragon?"

Rias: "The Infinite Dragon God. The strongest dragon that even God feared."

Vali: "It's true I sided with Ophis. but Ophis being the one that controls them is off a bit. But neither one of us is interested in world domination, but him on the other hand, he's a wild card I don't even know what he wants. we just came together so we could use our power. That's all."

Azazel: "I thought for sure that you'd become friends with Katerea. after all both of you had your Devil King seat stolen from you."

Rias: "what are you talking about?"

Vali: "My name is Vali Lucifer."

Sirzechs: "what did he just say?"

Vali: "I am a descendant of the dead Devil King Lucifer."

he then spread his 8 devil wings and with his Divine Dividing wings he has a total of 10 wings.

Azazel: "This guy will probably be the strongest White Dragon Emperor the world has ever known.

Vali then started talking to Issei and it eventually went to this

Vali: "well, how about this? You can become an avenger. I'll kill your parents."

Issei's Eye's widened with the thought of his only blood related family left being killed by Vali and it reminded him of Y/N killing his sister.

Vali: "If I kill something as precious to you as your parents, wouldn't you be able to act on that grave fate?"

Vali: "Yes that is what i'll do. I'll kill your parents."

Issei was shaking in anger as he was thinking about his parents dying by vali and when his sister was killed by Y/N.

Issei: "why do my parents have to die for your convenience?"

issei looked towards vali with his eyes full of hatred and within them lightning was dancing around inside them.

he transformed into his balance breaker suprising all none chaos brigade members. (basically Vali wasn't suprised)

Issei then ran and jumped straight at vali but was instantly hit into the ground by red lightning. and when Issei hit the ground it made a lot of smoke come up and block the vision of everyone that was on the ground.

Issei: "No.. he can't be here."

everyone who didn't know who he was talking about became confused until a streak of red lightning came through the smoke/dust and stopped infront of issei.....

There standing infront of him was the reverse flash.

RF: "miss me, red dragon?"

Issei went to punch the guy but

Vali: "Yo! Azazel?"

Azazel caught completely offgaurd by Vali trying to talk to him.

Azazel: "So who would this be?"

Vali: "remember when I said 'Ophis being the one that controls them is a bit off' ?"

Azazel's brain started processing this information.

Azazel: "yeah what does that have to d-... oh thats not good."

Azazel was standing next to the other Leaders of the three factions, (micheal, Sirzechs, and Serafall) they didn't know what "oh thats not good" meant but they were going to find out.
So Sirzechs went first to ask.

Sirzechs: "what does that mean azazel?"

Azazel was obvisously panicking on the inside but on the outside he was panicking less.

Azazel: "well, if what Vali said is true and my mind is as good as it is then the person with Vali right now is the person that controls the Khoas Brigade while Ophis just plans."

Micheal understood what he meant but Serafall didn't

Serafall: "that doesn't make sense"

Azazel: "in simplier terms the guy over there is on par if not stronger than Ophis."

Serafall: "How? that should be impossible if your not Great Red."

Azazel and Micheal both sweated thinking about how much power the Speed Force has and if Serafall even knew what it was.

Azazel: "doesn't matter right now, we have to go save the Red Dragon."

while they were talking Y/N was man handling Issei but Issei got a little power boost from a thing we all know as the speed force and managed to land a hit on Y/N that sent him flying into Vali with enough force to make one of the blue/ish orbs on Vali's armor crack, fall off, and roll towards Issei.

Y/N got up and brushed him self off. after all he has someone very important to talk to when he gets home.

(Should mention that Y/N is in his fake appearance/ Arthur -proto- pendragon look)

Y/N took off his cowl showing his face to the people there.

Y/N: "that was impressive considering most of the people i fight can't even hit me."

Issei: "if my power is not enough to defeat you then I'll just borrow someone else's for awhile."

Issei picked up the blue/ish orb off the ground and held it in the sky and started absorbing it and making it's power of divine dividing and called it the dividing gear.

Issei: "so this is the dividing gear?"

Y/N: 'Yo! Albion you still here? haven't talked to you in awhile.'

Y/N thought trying to see if his Albion is still here because he hasn't heard from him since they came to this time period fifteen years ago.

Y/N waited a moment waiting to see if his favorite dragon was going to answer

(also should mention that Albion is female in this so deal with it)

???: " *yawn* what do you need i'm trying to sleep?"

Y/N gave a mental sigh of relief as he was thanking the negative speed force for allowing this freeloading dragon to wake up and do some work.

Y/N went into flash time where it looked like the world was at a stop and Y/N went to where vali was standing and touched him tranfering a little bit of speed to him allowing him to move.

Y/N: "hello Vali?"

Vali: "why is no one else moving?"

Y/N: "Because they can't to me and you they are frozen in time but they are just moving really god damn slowly. also I should probably tell you something when we get back. also use half dimension when time goes back to normal."

Vali: "Wh- ah! what's happening it feels like my whole body is being compressed even my Scale mail."

Y/N: "that's the signal to let you know that you can't keep up at this speed and have to go back to normal time and be slow."

Vali: "can you do it now."

Y/N nodded.

and then time went back to normal and Vali flew up into the sky and did Half Dimension.

Y/N: 'Hey ali? can you boost the power output of Vali's Half dimension?'

(F)Albion: '1. when did you start calling me "Ali" and 2. yeah i can'

Albion then boosted the power of Vali's Half Dimension causign it to go faster and give more power.

It suprised Vali becuase one when he did Half Dimension in training it was never like this and two he kinda figured out why Y/N wanted him to do it now.

Azazel was caught off guard by the sudden change in speed that this move had but managed to get issei to stop it by using some motivation by telling Issei that Rias' bust will also be divided by half dimension. (which is a fucking lie.)

Issei then batted around a bored Vali who was just talking to his version of Albion while it was going on not even feeling pain from Issei's attacks and Issei completly ignored Y/N who dashed over to where the leaders are and stood next to Serafall waiting for someone to notice him.

Y/N: 'I'm being ignored, and i don't like it.'

(F)Albion: 'You deserve it, for what you did.'

Y/N: 'it was a one time thing Ali! get over it!'

(F)Albion: 'we'll talk about this later. Phase your body Serafall's about to launch a ice spear at you.'

Y/N did as he was told and successfully phased past the spear made of ice which was easy because one he's boold related to family that uses high level water and ice magic like what Serafall just used.

the leaders tried to attack him while he was idle but that didnt work because everything they did was useless because it went straight through him wuthout even doing damage to him.

Serafall: "how are you still standing?"

Y/n: "i vibrated my body so fast that i became intangible"

Sirzechs: "How?"

Sirzechs was slapped on the back of his head. making him groin do to the pain. and making vali laugh.

Vali: "Ha! how does it feel to be the one being slapped for asking dumb questions?"

Vali was then slapped on the back of his head making him groin.

Y/N: "both of you just asked dumb questions."

Serafall: "Wait... How did you slap Sirzechs and then Vali without us noticing? were you in like three places at once?"

Y/N then lifted his hand and held up his index finger signalling that he was in one place.

and then he started jumping back in forth at super speeds creating 2 speed mirages.

Y/N: "an after image. a 'Speed mirage' if you will"

Micheal: "Though we just met... who are you and do you have any connection to the Speed Force?"

Y/N stopped and let his 'speed mirages' fade into him and then he looked at micheal and laughed.

Y/N: "ME..... connected to that.......... thing. thats funny. your funny. But to answer your question i am not connected to it technically anymore since i created my own speed force a while back but i do know someone that is and they just so happen to be here."

Micheal: "How were you able to create a extra dimensional power source like the Speed force?" "Also you never told us your name"

Y/N: "proper introductions, yes. I already know all of you but you don't know me except a few of you do only knowing my fake name that i used."

Serafall: "weren't you the one that attacked Rias and Sona?"

Y/N: "oh... I forgot I did that. now that i remember it, it was a misfortune on Rias' part because they had something i needed so they were at the wrong place at the wrong time. but Sona's peerage that was to make a point of what i could do to."

Sirzechs: "so what was it that my sister had that you needed?"

Y/N: "well it was a spare pawn piece that she had but she used all of the pawn pieces.on Red Dragon over there so I took my anger out on them."

Sirzechs: "why would you need one of my sisters spare pawn pieces? when you weren't a devil and have told them that you hate them."

Y/N: "no no no no no. I don't hate devils. I hate the Red Dragon and everyone close to him."

that shocked the faction leaders because this guy came out of nowhere and is as powerful if not more powerful than Ophis and he hates the Red Dragon Emperor.

(the Vali and Issei fight is going on in the background not even being noticed by anyone.)

Azazel: "Why do you hate the red Dragon so much? sure some people just don't like them but to hate them is a little excessive."

Y/N: "It's a complicated question that revolves a lot around Time-travel"

Azazel's eyes lit up like a kid in a candy shop.

Azazel: "are you talking about actual time-travel?"

Y/N: "Yes, Time-traveling is very dangerous if you don't know what your doing."

Azazel: "and how would you describe it?"

at this point everyone that wasn;t smart enough to follow along switched there attentions to the ongoing Issei and Vali fight.

Y/N: "there are different methods of time-travel and depending on which method you use there will be different dangers. I use my Negative speed Force due to the fact that the actual Speed Will send Time-Wraiths after me if it detected me using it to travel through time."

Azazel: "I've seen a time wraith before but it was a couple hundred years ago. they look like blindly wandering ghosts."

Y/N: "they live in the Speed force and the only time they come out is if theres a speedster causing trouble to the timeline. but years ago my original idea was that the only way to draw their attention is by carelessely traveling through time. However my former protege Hunter Zolomon A.K.A. Zoom. he took that name from one of my nicknames. found out that the Time Wraiths will alsi attack anyone who breaks the rules of the speed force calling them "its enforcers". Their existence is common knowledge among speedsters. but the one speedster that i know doesn't know about them is standing right over there looking at Bikou one of Vali's pals in the Khoas Brigade and that would be my que to leave."

Y/N: "oh and before i go i will tell you it was nice talking with someone that could keep up and understand what i say for a change hopefully we can talk more."

Y/N then ran over to bikou and vali. and waited for Bikou to teleport them out of there.
