Before we start this chapter i have something to say.

when i rewatched episode one of BorN I realized that Matsuda (the bald one that's friends with Issei at school) is exactly like someone I know. He talks the same and it's really meta. Now to start this Chapter off

-3rd person POV-
(this takes place after the whole familiar situation wiht Sona and Rias)

we start things off with Oliver/ Y/N in the principals office because.

Principal: "What do you mean your quiting teaching."

Oliver: "It's exactly as it sounds like. there are some talented people here but not enough. and another school has offered me a spot that's unresistible so I'll be resigning from this school."

Principal: "Well, I don't have anything to actually stop you from doing it, but know that if you need to, you can come back and teach here anytime."

Oliver: "I'll keep that in mind. but for now this is goodbye principal."

Principal: "Yes, yes it is. but keep in mind what I said"

Oliver was at the door about to walk out but stopped.

Oliver: "I will do that. so long"

and with that Oliver was gone. well not actually gone he actually just ran to the ORC building where the ORC were and Rias was sitting in her chair but Oliver moved her to be on one of the couches in the room the one that Akeno and Issei were sitting in. and he sat down in Rias' chair and let time continue normally. and there happened to be a silver haired maid in the room who's eyes were widening because she was fast enough to make out what was happening but not fast enough to move. to her it has like a blur came into the room and moved rias.

(Oliver/ Y/n was moving at like mach 10 very slow)

Rias: "why am I here I thought I was in my chair."

Oliver: "That would be because I moved you."

Rias: "Why are you here Dr. wells and how did you move me?"

Oliver: "Do not call me that name, because that is not my name."

Rias: "but your name is Dr. Oliver Wells, how would it not be your name."

the silver haired maid Grayfia put up a containment barrier around Oliver

Oliver: " *chuckles lightly* forgot that grayfia would be here today at this time. oh well"

Grayfia: "How do you know me?"

she asked with her eyes glaring at this man.

Oliver: "I know everything about you devil"

Rias: "then why are you here. and what are you then. but the question I want answered is what do you mean by you know everything about grayfia?"

Oliver: "Well first I think proper introductions are needed."

He stated as he vibrated his body at super speed and phased right out of the containment barrier. and sat on rias' desk.

Rias: "aren't you the guy in the yellow suit that attacked us a couple weeks ago?!"

Oliver: "I said let me introduce myself!!"

They shut up

Oliver: "My name is Y/N Thawne and I'm the Reverse Flash, or as you like to call me the guy in yellow."

Grayfia: "Thawne? I've heard about that name, but where?"

Y/N: "must be from another time-line don't worry happens all the time. it'll go away soon"

Grayfia: what do you mean timeline?"

Y/N: "thats all the information your getting out of me, but what you must know is that I'll be gone for quiet awhile. and plus you might wanna check on the little Sitri and her peerage because I'm not even here at least my real self isn't here."

and with that he faded into nothing. the Gremory peerage and Grayfia teleported into the Student council room to find the enitre student council on the ground bruised and beaten with the only exception being Sona becuase she was just passed out due to Y/N Chocking her out.

Rias: "What happened here?"

Y/N: "I happened."

when they turned around they saw Y/N standing with the door against his back and his arms crossed.

Y/N: "You people think your so untouchable, but the truth is that your not. I wont be around for awhile so your be free of me but not to the other evils that are coming in the future. but. No. Spoilers. for. you.

Y/N then saw issei looking like he has some questions so he asked

Y/N: "come on ask quest Hyoudou"

Issei: "why? why do this? why kill my sister?"

Y/N: "Because I hate you."

Issei: "Why? I have done nothing to you."

Y/N: "Not this you. you years from now."

Issei: "In the future?"

Y/N: "In a future yes. were enemies, rivals, opposites, reverses of one another. but what matters is that neither of us were strong enough to defeat the other."

Y

/N turned around to face the door.

Issei attempted to sneak attack Y/N, but that failed becauase a force field was placed from wall to wall stopping Issei from even touching him. Y/N then turned back around to face Issei

Y/N: "ohh, you were too slow to get me, just like you were too slow to save your sister from me."

the ORC's eyes widened with Issei becoming more fueled by his hatred toward the man that murdered his sister. and ruined his families lives.

Y/N also decided to change back to his original apperance

at this point Grayfia left to get Sirzech's

Issei: "why do you hate me so much??"

Y/N: " I didn't always, I was obsessed with you. For so long I wanted to be the Red Dragon. I spent years figuring out how you came to be. duplicated the reaction. heh, and it worked *chuckles* I became like you."

Issei: "So then what happened!?" he asked loudley.

Y/N: This ability to travel through time revealed the truth. My fate was to become your greatest enemy. I was never going to be the Red Dragon, so I became the reverse of everything that you were. The more people you saved, the more you were loved, the more I had to take from you."

Issei: "Is that why you killed my sister? that why you ruined so many live? Because you couldn't be me!? "

Y/N slammed his fists against the force field

Y/n: "I BECAME BETTER THAN YOU!!! I am the one thing you cannot stop Red dragon"

Y/N: "your lucky that your sister was the only thing I took from you, Issei. I could've done a hell of a lot more damage."

Issei at this point was just trying to force his way through the force field which was going as well as it would for a normal person to try and push their way through a triple reinforced steel wall.

Y/N: "I got things to do, see you soon Red Dragon. but before i go i'll tell you this, the only reason your sister died was becuase you got sloppy and exposed the person you cared about and could do actual damage to you.'Nora Hyoudou' . try not to make that mistake again or it'll cost more than just a sister."

He then sped off before the barrier dropped leaving Issei to explain what Y/N did to his sister and why he never told them about it.

-timeskip to season 2-
-the episode where Issei and few other people were going after the missing excalibur swords-

Issei, Koneko, Kiba, Saji, Irina and Xenovia were fighting against freed who had an excalibur sword.

Kiba: "that sword he's holding is an excalibur sword."

Freed: "yes it is, do you like it? it's name is Excalibur Rapidly or as I like to call it my 'super fast sword'."

while they were fighting in the shadows was Y/N leaning against the side of the building.

(if you went back to the bio then you will know that i changed the appearance to match this fanfic.)

Y/N: "hmph. fast? that's not even remotely close to anything I can do. or anything he could do either."

he said refering to the future Red Dragon (Issei but future issei). he continued to watch them struggle until Saji got a hold of Freeds leg with his absorbtion line and as freed struggled to get it off the ex arch-bishop valpor (idk last name) came in and told him how to.

Valpor: "Freed, channel your power into the excalibur and then cut it."

so freed did as he instructed. and then the two of them ran away but they were being chased by Irina, Xenovia, and Kiba.

Issei: "we have to go after them!"

Issei said as he was about to run after them but was stopped when a gremory and a sitri magic circle appeared on the floor behind them.

Rias: "I don't think so Issei."

Sona: "what are you doing Saji?"

Saji at this point was scared out of his mind because he was going to be punished by Sona for diobeying her orders.

as Sona was punishing saji and Issei was being punished by Rias Y/N was struggling not to start laughing his ass off because seeing his most hated enemy being punished like this is funny.

But Y/N eventually managed to calm himself and so he ran back to his house. were he found his two arrand girls Raynare and Mittelt doing whatever they do. (nothing lewd)

Y/N: "We are going to go to the next meeting for the Khoas Brigade."

Mittelt&Raynare: "When?"

Y/N: "in two days"

Raynare: "K."

Mittelt: "Why do we have to go?"

Y/N Then went into the time vault he has inside his house.

Y/N: "Because, I want you guys to learn what goes on in the Khoas Brigade."

Mittelt: "Fine"

-timeskip to the next day-

the ORC teleported to Irina's location where they found her in bad condition. Asia healed her physical wounds but couldn't heal her fatigue due to twilight healing not being able to give back stamina to the person being healed. then the Student Council came and took irina to Sona's house to recover.

Freed: "well well well! a group of devils!"

the devils aimed their weapos at him.

Freed: "wow wow wow! Don't shoot the messanger, my boss wants to talk to you."

Rias: "And who would that be?"

???: "That would be me."

they looked up to see a twin winged fallen angel

Rias: "I guess you must be kokobiel"

-skip that interaction-
(SC= Student Council)
the ORC and the SC made there way to kouh academy.

the SC set up a barrier to try and prevent damage to the outside while the ORC go and deal with kokobiel

-timeskip to where VAli comes in-

Y/N and Vali were chilling out on the top of the barrier.

Y/N: "I think it's time for you to make an appearance."

Vali: "yeah you might be right"

and with that vali transformed into his balance breaker and broke a section of the barrier allowing the Cadre Class fallen angel the ORC, and the SC to see him.

Kokobiel: "you must have been drawn here by the red dragon, but stay out of it." (how wrong you are kokobiel)

but the White Dragon Emperor flew at kokobiel at high speeds and started beating kokobiel like he was a ragdoll. amazing the ORC and the SC seeing a Cadre fallen being beaten so easily while the ORC couldn't even land a hit on him.

Vali then collected both kokobiel and freed and was about to take off but Issei's Guantlet spoke.

Ddraig: "Are you going ot ignore me white one?"

Albion: "your awake Red one"

Ddraig: "yes I am"

Albion: "well we'll continue this next time Red one"

ddraig: "our fight is destined Albion"

Albion: "it is. but, try not to get your host killed before then by the other guy till we fight."

that left ddraig confused because he didn't know that there was a other guy it also left the SC and the ORC confused because they didn't know that there was another dragon that had a rivilary with ddraig. but if they thought about it long enough it would be clear as to what Albion meant.

Vali: "get stronger Issei Hyoudou or there won't be any competition when we fight to the death."

that scarred the entire ORC becasue 1 there's the reverse flash already out to kill Issei and now there's the White dragon emperor out to kill him too.

Vali then took off with Y/N running underneath of where vali is flying.

Y/N: there will be a meeting for the Khoas brigade in two days be there Vali.

VAli: "can't there's a 3 faction meeting coming up in two days at the same time, and Azazel wants me to be his bodyguard."

Y/N: "Fine but don't kill the Red Dragon."

Vali: "I won't. so don't worry."

Y/N then split off from vali and ran home.

-timeskip two days-
-with the meeting of the 3 factions-

the ORC and the SC were standing behind the two satans with Grayfia. while the 3 fraction leaders sat at a table. the leaders were for the angels it was Micheal since god is dead and behind Micheal was Irina, for the fallen angels it was Governer-General Azazel and behind him was Vali. and for the devils it was Serafall 'Sitri' Leviathan, and Sirzechs 'Gremory' Lucifer both of which are the new satans who are not related to the original 4.

They started the meeting and it went like cannon they made peace and Sirzechs and Serafall were about to ask if anyone knew the guy that was attacking their liitle sisters and their peerages'. but time stopped for everyone that wasn't strong enough to not be affected or those who weren't protected by some force like the dragons inside their sacred gear or a holy sword.

(vali wouldn't even need Albion to not be affected because Vali is strong. also Saji wasn't affected because well he has Vritra)

-meanwhile with the Khoas brigade meeting-

the old satan faction never showed up so Y/N called the meeting to be rescheduled till he dealt with them.

Y/N sped off towards kouh academy.

Y/N: "damn you katerea Leviathan. I told you not to do anything but you have to disobey my orders."

-meanwhile back with the faction meeting-

Serafall went on a rant on why the magicians that came completly ignored her when she's a magical girl too.

Sirzechs explained that it was probably Gasper that stopped time because not many people have that ability. (*cough* fanfic male reader *cough*) and also went on to explain mutation pieces along with rias. they then had to watch as their guards were slaughtered by the magicians

Vali who was leaning against the wall finally spoke up

Vali: "all you have to do is kill the terrorists and the half-vampire in one shot. Want me to do it?"

he asked with a smirk Issei obvisously mad was about to speak up until Azazel spoke

Azazel: "read the mood here, Vali. We're trying to make peace here."

Vali: "I just can't stand doing nothing."

Azazel: " ha. Then, why not go screw up our friends outside? They ought to panic a little when they see the Emperor of White Dragon"
(these lines were copied from the english sub version of the anime because Issei's english voice annoys me so I'm using the Subbed version)

Vali: "All right."

he then summoned his Divine Dividing wings and took off into the sky and got into his Balance Breaker. leaving Issei to be suprised as well i'll just give you the dialouge line to tell.

Issei: "That easily?! I had to sacrifice my left hand, to do that for just ten seconds!"

just now Y/N got to kouh acadmey and went on top of the roof to see what was happening. he saw vali being fired at with magic blasts but blue magic circles appeared and seemed to absorb the magic blasts instantly Y/N knew what he was doing.

Y/N: "hmph. always were a show off vali."

he said with a smirk. (Y/N is not in his suit right now. he's in

this but with Arthur's face from the bio)

Vali then made a ball of magic that seemed to function as some sort of lightning and shot it at all of the magicians close to him taking them out, leaving a shocked Issei to stare at him in aww because he was strong

Issei: "Damn! that guy is crazy strong."

Issei and Rias left in a magic circle to go and get gasper back. (I should mention that Saji is trying figure out away for sona and everybody in Son'as peerage to be safe becasue he's the only one not frozen in time)

a yellowish magic cirlce appeare in the room hovering above the height of a person it then started droppignto the ground to reveal a women Katerea Leviathan.

SirZechs: "this magic it can't be."

Katerea: "Good day, current devil kings, Sirzechs, Lady Serafall."

Y/N ran to a nearby building and ran to the top of it to see who it was and when he saw it was Katerea he was about to grab her and run off but thought about it and decided to let it play out and if she's about to be killed then he will come in and grab her and get her out of there.

Serafall "Why are you here?"

Sirzechs: "katerea leviathan, who is descended from the first Leviathan."

Katerea: "To bring destruction and choas to the world."

She lifted her staff and from the tip of it cam a bright orange/yellow glow that exploded leaving the three faction leaders to place a barrier around the people in the vicinity of the blast like the people that are frozen in time in the room and the people that aren't strong enough to protect themselves (Irina. she is human right now)

Y/N faced palm while shaking his head.

Y/N: "why did she have to say that of all things she could've said?"

the explosion blew up the meeting room with smoke coming out of it. the smoke cleared to see the three faction leaders having a barrier up to protect everyone.

Katerea: "For the leaders of the Three Great Powers to put up a defensive barrier together... What a disgrace"

she said with a arrogant tone while semi-laughing

Sirzechs: "what are you trying to do, Katerea?"

Katerea: "My thinking is just the complete opposite of those of you at this meeting. If God and the Devil kings aren't around, then there should be a revolution in this world."

Serafall: "Katerea, stop it! Why are you doing this?"

she asked worried. Katerea gained a disgusted and annoyed look.

Katerea: "Serafall, you sure are slacking off after stealing the title of Leviathan from me."

Serafall: "I..."

Katerea: "Don't worry. I'll kill you here today and take the name of the devil king Leviathan."

Azazel: "Oh dear, and here I was thinking that we got caught up in a devil's coup d'etat."

Micheal: "But it sounds like you want to take over the whole world."

Katerea: "Yes, Micheal. A world where God and Devil King's death is glossed over. We will take this decayed world and rebuild and reform it ourselves."

Azazel laughed

Katerea: "Azazel, what do you find funny about that?"

Y/N Who was watching from the sidewalk now shaked his head and sighed.

Azazel: "Decayed? Reform? How cliched. The first villain to die always says things like that."

Katerea: "Are you mocking me?" she said as she gained a orange aura with a irritated face.

Azazel gained a fainted yellowed aura.

Azazel: "All rigth? Sirzechs, Micheal."

Sirzechs: "Katerea, you have no intention of backing down?"

Katerea: "No, Sirzechs. You were a good Devil King, but unfortunatetly, you were not the best."

she said as she brought her left hand under her breasts and then above them making her large assests bounce. she then started flying up into the air followed by Azazel

Sirzechs: "I see. That's unfortunate."

he said as the barrier around the group was put back up.
