2.4.2. Solutions
Human beings are not machines, so we need to rest to make the best use of our time. If people want to be a better time manager, they should take breaks between work to reset in the long run. They should also ensure they get enough sleep at night to be refreshed the next day. The more they rest, the better their time management skills will be.
If people are a rabid procrastinator, don’t worry, there is still hope for them. A great way to beat procrastination is to set goals. Setting a timer with a period for completing a task is also an excellent remedy for procrastination.
If people feel as if they have too many tasks to accomplish and too little time to finish them, they might try prioritizing their to-do list and eliminating tasks that don't have any real consequences if left undone. They may also try delegating tasks to other individuals on their team who they trust.
For multitasking the solution to the problem is simply to focus on the one thing at a time. Does it as best they can, as fast as they can, and then move on to the next mission.
