With the Superstar Shakeup, Rami and Lexi both hoped that they would finally be back on the same roster. However, they were upset to learn that not only would they not be reunited this time around, but that they were being switched to each other's rosters.

One night, Rami was in Puerto Rico as Lexi found herself in Singapore. The vacation was nice, don't get them wrong, but both would agree that they would've enjoyed it much better with their partner beside them. Every night, they took a moment to video chat with the other to see how their trip is going and to just see and hear each other.

Lexi brought her laptop into the bathroom with her as she started to remove her makeup with Rami being on Skype. The t-shirt of his that she was wearing almost reached her knees, but she didn't mind; she knew he loved it. He continued to make small talk about the crowd he had for his show as she finished washing her face. When she finished, she grabbed the laptop and carried it over to her hotel bed. Her roommate, Savelina "Nia Jax" Fanene, smiled at her friend and even gave a small greeting to Rami before disappearing into the bathroom.

"So, where are you after this?" He asked her as she step him down on the bed.

"Japan, I think. I know Mike wanted to hit up Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea if we had time." She smiled as she began to get under the covers, "What about you?"

"Money in the Bank, so back to the states for that." His voice wavered a bit at the sound of the pay-per-view. Rami had been experiencing a rough patch in his career, really having a hard time finding his place since being moved to Smackdown LIVE. Lexi constantly tried to cheer him up, explaining that he would have his moment, it was only a matter of time.

"Hey," her voice was soft, causing his ears to perk up, "You're going to do great, I know you will."

"Thank you." His smile was sweet, causing one to come over her too.

The couple continued to talk into the late hours of the night. Kevin gave a friendly hello to the woman and Savelina gave them all a goodnight. Not wanting to keep her roommate up with their talking, she decided to end the conversation soon.

"When do I get to see you again?" Rami asked before she could leave. She thought about her schedule, sighing when she realized how long it would be.

"SummerSlam, I think." He let out a groan at that.

"That's too long."

"I know, baby, I know it sucks. But we've done it for this long, what's a little longer?" She reassured, earning a weak nod out of him. Her voice grew soft again, really getting his attention "I love you."

"I love you too. I just miss you so much." His voice was low, as if he was about to get emotional.

"I miss you too, so much. But you have to be strong, for me, okay?"

"Okay." He nodded, his spirits lifting slightly. She smiled at his change in mood, she couldn't stand seeing him upset.

After a bit, the two exchanged their goodnights. Lexi turned off her computer and settled into bed. A smile was still proud on her face as she thought about how much she was able to help the man she loved; he truly made her happy.
