"What was that monster you played?!" Neo asked, "That was the card that I'll use to beat Nex once and for all." I said, "Well I don't see how he'll stand a chance against it." Aoi said.

Rose POV

"Nex I was defeated, I'm sorry." I said, "Time has been altered, however, this change works in our favor." Nex said as he handed me two cards. "But these are!" I said in shock, "That's right, those are the direct counters to the card you lost to." He said, "With these, there's no possible way for you to lose!" I said, "Wrong. I will only use them if I have to. If he uses that Goddess card of his then I will use those." He said, "Why! You have the keys to destroying all who oppose us in an instant, so why only use them when your opponent uses a card similar to them!" I said, "Because if I did that then I'd be no different from the villains who destroyed our home. Do not forget that we are not villains, but a necessary evil." He said, "I know, but our daughters are divided, one's in a coma, and now those brats found the lab!" I said, "I know you didn't want any harm to come to them, but I cannot promise that those brats will all survive." I said, "What are you saying, Rose." he said, "I'm saying that I want to end this quickly and go home." I said, "And I do too, but this is not a matter that we can simply handle and be on our way. There are countless repercussions that we must be held accountable for." he said, "No. We are stoping that kid from summoning Number 0 in his fight against Ace! A fight that won't happen for another ten years or more! We are wasting our time here! Time that we could have used to rebuild our home, but no! You just had to find that stupid lab and use that stupid time machine! Face it this is your fault, you're just too stubborn to admit that you put your family through all this for nothing!" I said angrily. "I'll fix this." He said, "No, no you won't. I will end this myself and then we are going home." I said before I left.

(y/n) POV

"Guys we have a problem!" I said, "What kind of problem?" Sky asked, "The Nex kind!" I said as Nex entered the lab, "So you're all here." Nex said, "What do you want?!" I asked, "I want to finish my plans. Even if they have moved forward far more than I'd like." He said, "I will duel all five of you signers at once. You will rotate turns based on your mark meaning that you will go first (y/n)." He said, "Your fields and graveyards will be independent of your teammates and the same goes for your life points." He said as I sent my location to Dad. "You're on. Let's end this." I said as we all went outside.

"I'll make the first move." Nex said, "To start I'll play one monster face down in defense mode and end my turn." He said, "I draw! Now I'll play this, my Cost Down spell card! Now I summon Debris Dragon! Next, I'll play Ancient Rules and Summon my Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" I said, "But I'm not done there! Out of two will come one, and out of one will come great cosmic might! Take flight, Stardust Dragon!" I said as I synchro summoned my monster, "NOW STARDUST DRAGON ATTACK! COSMIC FLAIR!" I said, "Thank you. Since you destroyed my Newdoria your dragon will be destroyed." Nex said, "No it won't! I activate Stardust's effect and banish it negating your monster's effect!" I said, "Now I'll end my turn and my dragon comes back!" I said, "I draw and play this my Ancient Rules spell card. Now, come forth Dragon Spirit of White!" He said, "Now I'll play four cards face down and end my turn." He said, "Then I'm up!" Neo said, "To start I'll play the ritual spell Contract with the Abyss and ritual summon Archfiend's Awakening!" He said, "Next, I'll summon my Glow-Up Bloom and Synchro Summon my Red-Eyes Zombie Necro Dragon!" He said as he summoned his monster.

"Now attack! Inferno Plague Blast!" He said, "It might only have been 200 points of damage, but that's 200 points wh have over you. "Now I'll play this, my Common Tax continuous spell! This card allows us to use monsters from either side of the field, but next, I play my Provisional Allowances continuous spell! This card allows me to chose one card and one player, and if I do, that player can't use the effect of the selected card for the remainder of the duel! And I chose you and Common Tax! I'll end there, you're up." Neo said, "I draw and end my turn." Nex said, "I draw!" Sky said, "I'll play Card Destruction! Now we both get new hands." She said, "Now I'll remove three light and dark monsters from play and summon my Chaos Drago Levianeer!" She said as she summoned her monster.

"Now I activate her effect and destroy two of those face-down cards. And I chose the ones in the middle." She said, "Just as I thought, Drowning and Storming Mirror Force." She said, "Now Levianeer, attack! Shining Chaos Blast!" She said, "I'll end there." Sky said, "I draw." Nex said, "I'll play two cards face-down and end my turn." He said, "I draw!" Aoi said, "I'll play Hand Destruction! Now I'll banish one light and one dark monster in my graveyard to summon Chaos Emperor Dragon Envoy of the End!" She said as she summoned her monster.

"Now I'll pay 1000 of my life points to send my entire hand along with all your face down cards to the grave! Now you take 300 points of damage for each meaning you take 2700 points of damage!" She said, "I could end you here and now, but I'll let you struggle for a bit longer." She said as she ended her turn, "I draw. Looks like I have little choice left. I fusion summon a monster! Behold the power of a God! A power that transcends the cosmos! Come forth Primordial Goddess Astraea!" Nex said as he sent his entire extra deck other than one card to the grave and summoned his monster.

"I now control the strongest monster on the field seeing as she has 5000 attack points." He said, "Now I'll end my turn." He said, "I draw!" Misty said, "I'll play Lord of D. along with my Fluit of Summoning Dragons! Now I'll special summon Redox Dragon Ruler of Boulders and Tempest Dragon Ruler of Storms. I'll play one card face down and end there." She said, "I draw." Nex said, "NOT SO FAST! I ACTIVATE MY THREATENING ROAR TRAP CARD!" Misty said.

Sarah POV

Mr. Fudo had gathered all the former Signers as well as myself and took us out to the middle of nowhere. As we approached our destination I could see a duel in the distance, "Oh no. They're dueling my father!" I said, "Your father?" Akiza said, "Yes. And it seems he's found a new and terrifying monster." I said.

(y/n) POV

"I activate Pot of Greed. Just what I was hoping for! I activate this my Damage Control spell card!" Nex said, "This card allows me to discard one monster, and if I do, I can target one monster I control and up to the number of monsters as the level of the monster I discarded and the controller or in this case controllers of those monsters take the attack points of the monster I selected as damage." He said as he damaged everyone other than me eliminating them from the duel, "Sadly I can't attack the turn I activate this card so I'll end." He said, "(Y/N)!" Ms. Vermillion shouted as I disabled my limiter, "THERE'S ONLY ONE CARD THAT CAN SAVE YOU NOW!" She shouted, 'I have to summon a monster that hasn't been created yet.' I thought, "I DRAW!" I said, "If I can't summon that then I'll summon my own Goddess!" I said, suddenly my back began to burn and light radiated from my extra deck. "Maybe I can do this thanks to Neo!" I said, "I XYZ SUMMON!" I shouted, "Light and darkness converge and form a single being! A being of terrible and awesome might! A being who knows no mercy! Come forth, Number 0: Big Bang Stardust Dragon!" I said as I used all five dragons to XYZ summon my monster.

"She gains 1500 attack and defense points for every dragon monster on the field, in the graveyards, and that are banished. And I count sixteen This means my monster has 24000 attack and defense points!" I said, "On top of that when she's summoned I can target any monster you control or that in your graveyard and equip them to her so long as their levels are lower than hers up to the current number ox XYZ materials she has! I can't think of a better target than that goddess and all your other non-dragon monsters!" I said, "And with nine XYZ materials my dragon's not going anywhere anytime soon." I said as the skies darkened and the ground cracked. The winds blew sending dust and rocks flying, suddenly a rock hit Nex and shattered his mask. "So that's what you look like." I said, "For a villain, he's kinda cute." Mama said, suddenly his arm began to glow red and the dragon's head appeared, "In ten years this mark hasn't shown itself. I suppose that it's reacting to you. Or I should say the me who still has hope and love in his heart." Nex said, "What are you saying?!" I said, "I'm saying that this entire time you and your little friends have been fighting your future self. Nex is simply a name and the name of a man who threw it all away to try and save a doomed world. Rose is the same, she is Sky's future self." He said.

Sarah POV

"So the truth comes out." I said, "So if you're his daughter...and he's the future version of our son then that means..." Akiza said, "That's right, we're your grandkids!" Asami said happily, "When did you get here Asami?" I asked, "Well I just woke up and I saw Papa dueling so I came to watch!" She said. I could tell she was struggling to even stand, "Come here." I said as I picked her up on my back, "Thank you...sissy." She said weakly, "Akiza you're a doctor, she needs help." I said, "She's completely exhausted! She has to be in immense pain forcing herself to move as she did!" Akiza said, "I recommend lots of rest." She said, "Ok Grandma." Asami said softly before she fell asleep. "Finish this fight so my wife and daughters can go home." Nex said, "What happens to you?" (y/n) asked, "I'll be flung through time and my consciousness scattered." Nex said, "He's lying." I said softly, "What do you mean? That goes along with what you told (y/n)." Yusei said, "If they were in a dark ring then that would be true. But they're not, and they're both psychic duelists. If (y/n) attacks my father will be destroyed." I said, "I...Is that true?!" (y/n) asked, "Yes, yes it is. I thought that leaving that bit of info out would make you less likely to hesitate." Nex said as I handed Asami to Akiza and walked over to my father and slapped him, "JUST SURRENDER! Please, Daddy, no one has to die!" I said as I began to cry, "Sarah." Nex said as he petted my head, "If you won't surrender then I..." (y/n) began to say as he reached for the top of his duel disk, "I surrender." Nex said as he put his hand on top of his duel disk.

A few hours later after everything calmed down we found Mom and explained what happened, "IDIOT!" Mom shouted as she put Dad in a headlock, "I WAS GONNA END THIS BUT NO! YOU HAD TO GO AND DO THIS!" She yelled before letting him go and hugging him, "Why would you even think something like that? I need you our daughters need you!" She said, "Speaking of your kids." I said, "We found the time machine, this one isn't as badly damaged. It can get you home." I said, "What about you? Aren't you coming with us?" Mom asked as she wiped the tears from her eyes, "No, I'm gonna stay here. I like being a teacher, but I've also decided to be the one to collect the number cards." I said, "That should change our future right?" I asked, "Yes, yes it will." Mom said as she hugged me, "Bye Mom, I'll miss you." I said, "Goodbye sweetheart." Mom said.

(y/n) POV

"Well we beat Paradox...so why don't I feel like we did the right thing?" I said, "Honey we did all we could. We sent them home, and saved a life." Mama said, "There's one more thing I have to do." I said, "Ms. Vermillion." I said, "Please, call me Sarah." Sarah said, "These are for you, Sarah." I said as I handed her all the number cards I had. "Thank you (y/n)." She said.
