Chapter #1: The Goddess (Neptune) of Planeptune & The Saiyan (Quasar Kaze) Raised on Gamindustri - Part 1

One month has passed since the Goddess of their respective nations have all signed the "Friendship Treaty" ... As such, Gamindustri has entered into an era of peace and prosperity.

Location: Planeptune Basilicom - Hyper Dimension

Time: 10:30 AM

In the world of Gamindustri, it was a rather peaceful morning in the city of Planeptune with the citizens all going about their daily lives such as women walking around with their children and several others who were currently riding the monorail to get from one location in the city to another.

Meanwhile, at the Planeptune Basilicom, there was a tiny bit of commotion that was going on behind the walls of said basilicom as Histoire appeared to be struggling to contain her anger as she immediately started yelling out towards Neptune in the same way that a disgruntled mother would be towards their child who had misbehaved.

Histoire: Grrrrr... ... It's only been a month, and you're STILL not doing your CPU jobs at all, Neptune!

Now despite being the CPU of the entire nation of Planeptune, Neptune was casually ignoring her duties as the goddess of her land and was instead playing video games in the living room area of her basilicom on a dark-pink bean bag chair like a child who had nothing else better to do with their freetime.

Neptune: Sonic Jump!

As she was playing her video game, something apparently happened as Neptune paused for a split second and buried her face into the bean bag chair and started flaying her legs around in a rather irritated manner, suggesting that she might have lost a life at whatever game she was currently playing on.

Neptune: Aww, dang it!

It was then where Histoire started raising her voice again to try and get Neptune's attention.

Histoire: Are you listening to me?!!

Neptune: Hmm...?

Fortunately for Histoire, Neptune took a break from the game that she was playing and slowly turned around, all without getting up from her comfortable position on the bean bag chair, and locked eyes with her tiny, fairy advisor before winking at her and speaking to Histoire in a very casual manner.

Neptune: Hey, even a Goddess needs a break, right?

Upon hearing this, Histoire stared down at Neptune with a disappointed look on her face and her arms folded as she found the lilac-haired girl's statement to be completely ridiculous.

Histoire: A break from WHAT exactly? 'Cause last time I checked, all you've done this past month is do nothing but sleep, eat, and play games!

Then, shortly after Histoire had finished her sentence, another voice suddenly spoke up which managed to catch both Neptune and Histoire's attention, with the voice itself clearly belonging to a young teenage girl.

???: Neptune! The tea is ready!

As soon as Histoire got a quick glance at who was coming into the living room area with a tray of hot tea and snacks, a look of pure shock appeared on her face as the person that was bringing some more refreshments for Neptune was Nepgear, the CPU Candidate of Planeptune and Neptune's younger sister.

Nepgear was a girl who appeared to be in her mid-to-late teens with a slender-looking figure, as well as being noticeably taller than Neptune despite being the younger sister, a fair-skin complexion, violet-colored eyes, long, waist-length lilac-colored hair with a few loose strands of long hair curling down her face as her bangs being kept neatly brushed. In her hair, she wore a single hair clip which was in the shape of a D-pad, and she also wore a white choker around her neck with a light-purple D-pad symbol on it. In terms of clothing, Nepgear's outfit mainly consisted of a white, button up sailor schoolgirl uniform with royal-purple colored lining consisting of thin double, white-colored stripes, a pale-yellow ribbon/ascot-like piece which is held together by a purple and white button emblem with a large purple "N" in the middle. At the center of her chest, there are small, pink-colored markings on the uniform with royal-purple buttons and pockets. On her right thigh, there was a white belt-like purse object, and she also wore a set of knee-length, striped white and pastel-pink colored panty-house/stockings, along with a pair of white-colored, medium-sized boots with royal-purple and white accents with a pastel-pink colored "N" in the middle of the shoes.

As soon as Nepgear placed the tray full of snacks and tea right next to Neptune's bean bag chair, the CPU of Planeptune started talking to her younger sister.

Neptune: Sweet! Thanks a ton, Nepgear. So, you wanna do some PvP?

Nepgear simply smiled at her older sister and nodded to her question as the two of them were beginning to start playing a video game that supported local co-op.

Unbeknownst to the CPU sisters, Histoire's eyes were overshadowed by her pale-blonde hair and she held her head down in anger as the thought of seeing Nepgear lazing around like Neptune started making her blood pressure skyrocket.

Histoire: Et tu, Nepgear? ... ... Let's see you play games... NOW!!!

It was then where Histoire decided that enough was enough as she immediately removed the main plug from the console in a fit of anger, which was something that actually managed to get a reaction out of Neptune.

Neptune: NO!!! Hey, it says in the user manual not to do that!

Then, shortly after Neptune had just finished her sentence, both she and Nepgear gasped in shock as they both ducked underneath the cord that Histoire had just pulled. Unfortunately, due to her relatively small stature, she had difficulty keeping up with it in her tiny hands as Histoire began wildly swinging the plug and herself all throughout the living room arena, all while screaming like someone who has never driven an automobile before in their life.

As this was going on, Neptune quickly felt the need to get back up and winked at the camera with a three-fingered peace sign and a smile on her face as she had something very important to say to all the viewers who were reading this story.

Neptune: Don't try this at home, boys and girls! Even if this is just a fanfiction.

Then, as soon as Neptune finished saying this, her smile quickly faded as a look of surprise had once again found its way onto her face as she ducked once again as Histoire was still swinging the plug around like a lasso before she unexpectedly slammed said plug into the camera, causing the lens to have several cracks in it, as well as leaving both Neptune and herself completely dumbfounded by the fact they literally broke the fourth wall into pieces.

Opening

The opening begins with an epic fast-paced, yet jazzy song and a shot of the Four-Star Dragon Ball floating up into the sky where the other six Dragon Balls were before they all quickly scattered and flew off into several different directions.

After that, Quasar Kaze was seen duking it out with several random Frieza Soldiers in a barren rocky wasteland as the young Saiyan warrior appeared to be holding his own against the soldiers before it seamlessly switched over to a scene where Neptune was seen in the Virtua Forest using only her katana to fend off a horde of Doggos, Cat Squirrel Riders, and finally Fefnir Wolves all by herself with little to no effort as it then quickly transitioned over to another scene where Quasar, now as a Super Saiyan, along with Purple Heart as the two of them were seen floating high above the city of Planeptune as Quasar was fighting against Final Form Cooler while Purple Heart was busy clashing weapons with the likes of Arfoire in her transformed state.

Following that scene, the next thing that was shown was both Super Saiyan Quasar and Purple Heart as the two of them quickly opened their eyes as a bright flash of gold and purple-colored light completely enveloped their bodies as the logo suddenly appears on the screen amidst an extremely beautiful-looking white and cerulean-blue colored background that greatly resembled fluffy clouds.

HYPERDIMENSION NEPTUNIA Z: THE ANIMATION "RE-IGNITION"

After the logo had been showed, the next scene quickly shifted over Noire, Blanc, Vert, Rain Parker, Gwen Parker, and finally Ace as they were all seen preparing to use their signature attacks whilst standing amidst a grassy environment before quickly switching over the likes of Reiko Pürija as he was seen flying through the clouds at supersonic speeds with a serious look on his face.

The next scene then changed to feature the likes of Nepgear, Uni, IF and Compa driving around in a car with Nepgear using her N-Gear tablet as a radar to locate the Dragon Balls. It was then where Rom and Ram quickly jumped out of the car and dove straight into a nearby forest with Nepgear and Uni following after the twins as the CPU Candidates tried to find one of the Dragon Balls in the current area, only for them to be greeted by Dawn Pürija, who already had the six-star ball in the palm of her hand as she just smiled at the four girls. As the five young ladies all start playing around with one another over trying to get their hold on the Dragon Ball, Quasar, Gwen, and Ace all witnessed their silly antics from a nearby cliff.

It then quickly shifted over towards another part of the forest where Blanc was inside of a tent as she was currently arguing with Vert over something trivial as Rain tried to grab another one of the Dragon Balls which was inside the mouth of a small dragon, but ultimately failed as the tiny lizard managed to slip out of his grasp.

After that, the following scenes began to show several different characters in various locations; such as 5pb performing at a concert in Leanbox at night, the Four Felons all gathered together as they got into a battle-ready stance, and finally a smiling Quasar and Neptune as they were both seen flying alongside a flock of birds above a beautiful natural landscape with the sun beginning to set faroff in the background. Following this, the next few scenes began to showcase a large assortment of vicious monsters which was being led by Arfoire, Raditz and Nappa completely decimating a large city with grins on each of their faces, Cooler in his Final Form charging up a moon-sized Supernova before throwing the energy ball down at the surface of a random planet, Turles eating a piece of fruit from the Tree of Might and Lord Slug firing a blast of energy from his mouth, and finally ending with a shot of Reiko transforming into his Super Saiyan form as he prepared to face off against the likes of Super Saiyan Quasar in a desert-like area, with the Ultimate Saiyan's energy causing a bunch of rocks to start flying everywhere.

The next scene then changed to a beach-like environment as the CPU Candidates and Dawn were seen fighting against two large hostile robots that were terrorizing the surrounding area. After they all looked over at each other, the five young ladies all smiled and nodded with each other as Nepgear, Uni, Rom and Ram all turned into respective HDD Forms, whereas Dawn let out a fierce yell as she transformed into a Super Saiyan. Upon their transformations being complete, the five girls all charged at the large robots with confident smiles on each of their faces.

Following this, the scene quickly shifted over to two mysterious individuals who wore black cloaks in order to conceal their identity, as well as floating high above the night sky with at least one of them clenching their fists extremely tight as a blood-red colored aura enveloped their right hand. Elsewhere, Quasar and Reiko, along with Neptune and Noire appeared to be flying straight at each other with serious looks on each of their faces. Then, much to the other CPUs, Rain, Gwen, and Ace's surprise, a massive stream of white and blue-colored erupted into the sky as two figures that were obscured by the sun suddenly appeared where the previous four individuals stood.

After that, the next scene quickly shifted over all over the world as Super Saiyan Quasar and Purple Heart was both shown to be locked in a very heated battle with a mysterious Saiyan wearing a mask as they completely destroyed several islands and mountains during their fight, with it eventually leading to Quasar quickly firing a fully-powered Super Kamehameha that managed to not only enveloped the Masked Saiyan, but the blast itself was so massive that it could be seen from outer space and even splitting the entire moon in half.

The following scene then switches over to show every single one of Neptune and Quasar's friends and allies as they all raised their respective hands to the sky with excited or determined looks on each of their faces as it then quickly cuts over to a battle-damaged Quasar with a few tears and scratches on his clothes and the upper half of his martial arts uniform no longer there, revealing nothing but the light-gray undershirt as the young Saiyan appears to be charging up a Super Spirit Bomb while also floating high in the sky with the sun setting in the background. Then, after a couple of seconds, Quasar let out a fierce yell as he quickly hurled the massive ball of energy at whoever he was fighting without even a second to waste.

Then, shortly after Quasar had just thrown the Super Spirit Bomb at his mysterious opposition, the final scene of the intro showed all seven of the Dragon Balls have been gathered together in an open, grassy field as the seven magical orbs began to glow a bright-yellow color and the skies begin to go dark. Then, in a brilliant flash of intense light, the eternal dragon known as Shenron miraculously appeared as he appeared to be floating high in the sky, with every single one of the heroes all running straight towards the spot where the Dragon Balls resided. Upon getting close enough, both Quasar and Neptune stopped dead in their tracks and simply smiled at the sight of the large dragon standing before everyone.

The first thing to be shown was a girl by the name of IF who was seen moving along a portable, yet futuristic-looking walkway which appeared to be floating high above the citizens down below as she was making her way towards the basilicom.

IF was a girl who appeared to be in her mid-to-late teens with an athletic, yet short physique, a fair-skin complexion, sharp, emerald-green colored eyes, long, waist-length light-brown colored hair with most of her bangs being rather long and reaching down to her eyes, as some strands of her bangs curling outwards and/or inwards to her face with their being a split on the upper corner side of her head. There were also a few parts of her hair that framed around her face while the rest of it reached her chest with a little bit pulled to the side in a ponytail which was held with a fashionable, vibrant-green colored ribbon called a "Leafy Bow", which mostly consisted of two green leaves on the left side of her head. Attire wise, IF wore an open and loose, dark-blue oversized jacket with black, silver, and white-colored detailing on it, along with being adorned with large silver buttons and the lower ends of her coat having light-brown fur lining. Additionally, there also appeared to be a crimson-red logo with white trimming on what seems to be a lightning bolt on both sides of the sleeves. Underneath the jacket, IF wore a black tank top and a pair of matching shorts with silver-colored trimmings, along with a large black-colored belt with silver trimmings on it, as it was also adorned with a black and silver, diamond-shaped buckle with her name engraved on it, stylized as "IF". Lastly, she also wore medium-length black socks and a pair of dark-blue boots with silver trimming that matched up with her oversized coat.

After a few seconds, the sound of a cheerful-sounding young girl suddenly filled the air as she began calling out to IF, whilst also using a very affectionate nickname.

???: Iffy!!!

As soon as IF heard that nickname, she quickly turned around and a soft smile appeared on her face as she immediately knew who it was that called her as they appeared to be skipping rather happily over to her current position.

IF: Hmm...? Hey, Compa!

Compa was a young, teenage girl with a relatively large bust size, a fair-skin complexion, light congo-pink eyes along with matching congo-pink colored hair that is somewhat long and has curls along the edges which is primarily worn with a black headband and a beige-colored "C" patched on the left side of her head. In terms of clothing, Compa mostly wore a light-tan (almost white) colored wool styled tank top with a big neck, long unattached sleeveless, and finally a pair of matching styled boots with small ribbons and fuzzy balls at the top. Compa also wears a red plaid skirt, a black choker with a small heart on it, black-brown knee-socks with light-pink heart cut frills, and often carries a black hip purse, and heart shaped buttons. Like her headband, both her purse and the heart on the choker has Compile Heart's noticeable C logo.

As soon as Compa finally managed to catch up with IF, the brown-haired girl asked her friend an important question.

IF: Did you just get off work?

Compa: Yep. Now I'm on my way to see Nep-Nep. Hey, that rhymed.

IF: Good. I guess I'll join you then.

After they both agreed to go and visit Neptune and Quasar, the two girls had finished taking the futuristic walkway and began making their way towards the basilicom. As they were walking side-by-side one another, there was a woman who was standing right in front of the basilicom trying to hand out flyers to a handful of people who were ignoring her protests.

The woman had long, heather-blue colored hair and blue-green eyes that were accompanied by thin framed glasses. She wears a single hair accessory on the left side of her head which has a triangular shape at the base that is black with white and blue in the center and has a second part on top which is white accompanied with blue lining. Her attire consists of a primarily black business-woman-like suit with a skull right between where her torso ends and her legs start. On both of her arms, she wears what appears to be two white gauntlets with blue lining and black skulls on the end. Her leg wear contains black tights and white knee high boots with black shoe laces and black bottoms with blue lining and skulls on the side.

Blue-Haired Woman with Glasses: We should live without Goddesses! We should live our lives by regulations and-

Unfortunately for her, the woman wasn't paying much attention to her surroundings as Compa managed to bump into her accidentally, thus causing her to lose focus on what she was doing. As a way of saying "sorry for the inconvenience", the woman with the light-blue hair turned her attention over to Compa, bowed her head in embarrassment, and then handed Compa one of her flyers as an apology before she quickly ran away without saying a single word.

After that rather weird encounter had reached its conclusion, the two girls took a quick glance at the piece of paper that the blue-haired woman had just given them, with Compa looking at what it said on the flier with a look of confusion on her face.

Compa: Hmm?

Elsewhere

Location: Tropical Islands

Time: 12:30 PM

Meanwhile, far away from the bustling city of Planeptune, Quasar Kaze was seen in a meditative state as he had both of his eyes closed and his arms folded right in front of his chest, with the young Saiyan sitting alone on a rather small, yet charming tropical island with white sandy beaches, bright-green grass that covered the ground and ledges like a neat blanket, several palm trees, and a few bushes with red, pink, yellow, and purple flowers. There was also a beautiful view of the sea and horizon which showed small, charming islands and a few clouds amidst the bright-blue sky. Additionally, Quasar was seen wearing an entirely different set of clothing than his usual attire, which mostly consisted of a cerulean-blue colored short-sleeved jacket with a black long-sleeved shirt underneath, light-gray sweatpants, a brown-colored belt with a silver buckle, blue socks, and black shoes with white-colored accents and a white heel and toe cap.

As the calm, gentle wind flowed naturally all around his body and the ocean waves kept moving back and forward near the shore, Quasar sat perfectly still on the sandy beach as he was currently in the midst of his image training.

Quasar: ... ... ...

Now despite the fact that things in Gamindustri have been relatively peaceful for the past month, Quasar could not help himself but to do a little bit of training every once and a while so that way his martial arts skills would not end up getting dull.

After a couple of seconds passed, the scene quickly transitioned into the inside of Quasar Kaze's mind as he was now wearing his standard gi while also standing within an endless space which appeared to be composed of a semi-cloudy sky and an aqueous soil that seemed to extend to infinity. Then, entering his own mindspace, Quasar was suddenly greeted by two particular individuals that were standing a couple of feet away from the Saiyan with both of them having a cruel, yet confident smirk on their faces.

The first one of these individuals was Frieza, whose overall appearance was that of an extremely pale-skinned, lizard-like, "almost" harmless-looking alien creature with blood-red colored irises, large dark-purple lips, and a very sleek/streamlined physique to him. His skin is a pure, solid-white color with royal-purple colored gem plates on his forehead, shoulders, forearms, abdomen, and shins. Additionally, there were two thin black lines on his face that appeared to be coming down from the bottom of each of his eyes. Lastly, Frieza also had a long, lizard-like prehensile tail which appeared to be the same color as the rest of his skin.

And the second individual was known as Cell, whose appearance was that of a tall, humanoid, "almost" bug-like, biomechanical android with a few human-like features; such as bright-pink colored irises with black pupils, as well as a fully-formed nose and mouth. His exoskeleton (which also included his abdominal area, as well as his forearms) was a saturated, emerald-green color with purple-colored veins in between his arms, legs, and below his torso, as well as several black (almost dark-green) colored spots featured all across his body with the upper torso sporting obsidian-black plated sections on the chest and shoulders, with him also having similar platings on each of his ankles with pointy, golden-yellow talon-like feet, as well as the section located near his groin area which was also colored black. Additionally, there was a pair of long, obsidian-black colored wings that nearly reached his ankles attached to his back, along with a retracted tail affixed to the middle of his back that ends with a tan-colored "stinger" resembling that of a wasp or a bumblebee. On his head, Cell has long straight horns jutting upwards, which appears to form an almost crown-like shape to it, with a ball-shaped, black section on his forehead which greatly resembles Frieza's own gem plate. His skin, much like Frieza's, is a pure, solid-white (almost light-gray) color in areas such as his face, neck, and hands, in addition to having purple lines on both sides of his cheeks, and finally a golden-yellow colored line that goes down to his chin and to both sides of his ears.

As soon as he saw two of his previous adversaries standing right beside each other, a confident smile made its way onto Quasar's face as he then proceeded to talk to both Frieza and Cell at the same exact time.

Quasar: Frieza... Cell... So, I'm up against you guys, huh? Heh! That's fine by me. I like to do a little bit of image training every now and then to make sure I don't get too rusty...

Right after he finished his sentence, Quasar's smile grew a bit larger as he pointed his right fist at the two supervillains before immediately getting into a fighting stance, with the young Saiyan warrior having his right arm bent upward and his hand holding up two fingers and his left arm tucked up against his torso.

Quasar: Time to put my strength to the test... And you're both just the guys to help me do that!

A/N: This scene is a reference to the opening tutorial battle from the video game "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot", in which Goku fought against Piccolo while also undergoing mental image training prior to Raditz's arrival on Earth and the beginning of the Saiyan Saga.

Then, as the tension in the air began to increase, Frieza and Cell took their own fighting stances as they had every intention of fighting Quasar with the desire of killing him where he stood.

Frieza: Brace yourself, monkey. For you are about to experience torment beyond your wildest dreams.

Cell: Just try not to make this too boring, can you? It'd be no fun for you to die on us so soon...

Quasar's only response to Frieza and Cell's taunting was a smirk and a small chuckling noise from his mouth.

Quasar: Don't worry... I'm not going to lose.

BGM - Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 OST: Survive

Then, after the three fighters all finished talking, Quasar immediately began to power up as a translucent, white-colored aura quickly erupted from beneath the Saiyan's feet as he then rushed towards Frieza and Cell, with him going on the offensive. Just as soon as he got close enough, Quasar quickly teleported right in front of Frieza and then struck the emperor of the universe with a strong left punch before immediately following it up with several fast-moving punches and kicks. Quasar then finished the attack by knocking Frieza away with a powerful left-hook kick, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

After he sent Frieza flying, Quasar turned his attention onto Cell as he then flew towards the bio-android with tremendous speed and landed a devastating kick sending him flying backwards, only for Cell to quickly retaliate by rushing straight towards Quasar and the two of them began to go back and forth with each other as they both threw high-speed punches and kicks with one another until Cell tries to throw a right hook at Quasar, with the Saiyan quickly teleporting behind Cell and then delivered a powerful blow which actually managed to turn the bio-android around at a 180° angle before quickly retaliating by knocking Cell away with a strong right hook, with the android landing back on the ground and looking at the Saiyan with a serious glare.

Cell: Grrr... W-Why, you little...!!!

Then, shortly after he sent Cell flying back, Quasar started to charge up one of his most signature techniques as he first outstretched both of his arms forward and then proceeded to cup his hands together and drawing them close to his body as he began charging up his ki with a bright, whitish-blue colored light being concentrated into a single point between his cupped hands before he started to chant something while he was busy charging up his signature technique.

Quasar: Ka... Me... Ha... Me... HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

After he finished saying the name of his attack, Quasar quickly thrusted his arms forward in order to fire a large, powerful light-blue (almost white) colored energy wave from the palm of his hands straight at Cell.

Right as the blast began closing in on him, Cell quickly waved his left arm to the side, casually slapping the Kamehameha wave away, thus protecting him from any harm. Cell then flew up into the air before he quickly started firing nine, pinkish-red colored energy blasts from both of his hands directly at Quasar, who managed to successfully dodge every single one of them by moving with such great speed that it almost created the illusion of him actually using teleportation.

Then, just when Quasar thought that he was in the clear, the Saiyan quickly noticed that Cell was no longer airborne, much to his surprise.

Quasar: What the...? Where'd he go?

As he tried to figure out where Cell had disappeared to, a rather familiar voice suddenly spoke up, completely grabbing Quasar's attention.

Frieza: I have you now, boy!

Quasar: Oh crap!

Then, right before Quasar could even defend himself, Frieza suddenly teleported right in front of him as he then punches the young Saiyan in his stomach area before quickly following it up by attacking him once more and then knocking his opponent away. The next thing that Frieza did was quickly teleporting right above Quasar as he then proceeded to knock him down to the ground with a swipe of his tail, inflicting a considerable amount of damage onto his opponent. After he got sent flying from the previous attack, Quasar did a couple of backflips before landing back on the ground as he then looked up to see Frieza beginning to extend his right index finger as he quickly fired a barrage of Death Beams at Quasar.

As soon as he saw the attacks coming his way, Quasar proceeded to deflect every single one of the death beams using his right hand, much to Frieza's annoyance. Unfortunately for Quasar, Frieza was not ready to throw in the towel just yet as the space emperor powered up to his absolute maximum before surrounding his body in a large, royal-purple colored energy sphere, before using it as a shield and then used it in order to ram into his opponent with such force that it actually managed to send Quasar sliding backwards by a couple of feet.

Frieza: Take this!

Right before Quasar could even take a breather, Frieza quickly extended his right hand forward to fire a large, crimson-red colored energy wave at the young Saiyan, who managed to avoid getting hit by charging up his ki in order to create a large, whitish-blue barrier around him, which was able to protect him from Frieza's attack.

Once the smoke cleared, Quasar was revealed to still be standing, completely unfazed by Frieza's energy blast as he then casually turned off his barrier before immediately going on the offensive.

Quasar: Here I go!

Then, shortly after saying these words, Quasar powered up once again as he charged straight towards Frieza and then roundhouse kicked him straight into the air, which was immediately followed up by him quickly catching up to the still airborne Frieza and then punching him farther away with a strong left elbow to the emperor's face. After he sent Frieza flying back for the second time in a row, Quasar started flying over his opponent and then down behind him in order to use both of his legs to kick him further up into the air.

Fortunately for him, Frieza managed to regain his balance in mid-air, but not before he saw Quasar flying straight towards him at full speed, leaving the emperor completely shocked.

Frieza: What?!

Then, right before he could even try and come up with a counterattack, Quasar continued to fly around his opponent before he circled back around to hit Frieza with a powerful flying kick to the face, sending his opponent down to the ground.

After he managed to knock away Frieza, Quasar quickly turned to see that Cell had suddenly reappeared right behind him as the two super warriors began clashing with each other once again at super-fast speeds across the entire space, with the force of their attacks being so strong that shockwaves could be felt through the air and the speed of their blows were so fast that it was virtually impossible for anyone to see with the naked eye.

Eventually, Cell was able to land a single blow on Quasar as the bio-android punched the young Saiyan right in his left cheek, forcing him to back away from Cell as he tried to gain enough distance between the two of them. Unfortunately, Cell was not about to let this opportunity slip by him as he then proceeded to strike Quasar with a strong, double-axe handle straight to the Saiyan's head, causing him to scream out in pain.

Quasar: GAHHHH!!!

Cell: Ohhh, THIS is going to feel so good!

Next, Cell managed to knock Quasar with a powerful kick to his right side, sending the young boy flying away before immediately flying after him and then following it up with a punch to his gut, making him groan in pain once again. After that, Cell causally extended his right arm forward and then knocked his opponent away using a Kiai, which actually managed to inflict a considerable amount of damage.

Right before his body made contact with the ground beneath him, Quasar was able to regain his composure and then did a couple of backflips before safely landing back on the floor. Then, without any kind of warning, Frieza suddenly appeared right in front of Quasar and then elbowed the Saiyan in the stomach, following it up by hitting him right in his legs with his prehensile tail, turning him around. He then double slaps Quasar on his back, before quickly knocking him away and then teleporting right in front to backhand punch the young Saiyan in the face, sending him flying backwards as he used both of his hands to rub his face so that way he could find a way to numb the pain he was experiencing.

Quasar: Ow ow ow ow ow! Man, that really hurt!

Cell then appeared right next to Frieza as the two villains just stared at the slightly wounded Quasar with a proud smirk on each of their faces as their eyes were locked exclusively on the Saiyan warrior, hoping to prolong this battle as much as possible.

Frieza: Oh, come now, Saiyan. I sincerely hope that pitiful display was not all that you could muster.

Cell: Yes, I agree. I'm starting to get bored rather easily. I thought you might be more of a challenge for us than that, but it seems like I've raised my hopes up for nothing.

After they both expressed their disappointment in fighting the young Saiyan, something rather unusual began to take place as a smile began making its way onto Quasar's face, which was then immediately followed up by the Saiyan suddenly laughing right in front of Frieza and Cell, causing the expressions on their faces to change from confident to a look of pure confusion in a matter of seconds.

Quasar: Heh heh heh... Hahahahaha...!!!

Understandably confused by this sudden change in his behavior, Frieza felt the need to ask Quasar a very serious question.

Frieza: Forgive me, but just what is so funny? Could it be that the weight of your present circumstances have finally driven you to the brink of madness?

After he heard the emperor's words, Quasar finally stopped laughing as he then gave the answer to Frieza's question.

Quasar: Me? Insane? Naw, I'm perfectly fine. I'm just laughing because I can't help but get excited fighting someone as tough as you guys. But I should probably warn you both that I'm not even fighting at my full power...

Upon hearing this, Frieza and Cell started looking at the Saiyan boy like he was crazy.

Cell: Oh? So, you've been fighting us with less than your full effort?

Quasar simply responded to Cell's question with a simple smile and nod. After a bit of silence between the three of them, Frieza himself started laughing as he found it rather absurd that Quasar was not even fighting at full power throughout the entire fight.

Frieza: Hahahaha... How very amusing. I never would've guessed that you monkeys were capable of telling such jokes.

Unfazed by Frieza's words, Quasar started cracking his neck a little bit before quickly doing a couple of leg stretches and then started cracking both of his knuckles before he decided to stop holding back and finally put an end to this whole fight.

Quasar: Alright... Guess I'll just have to show you both what I'm REALLY made of!

As soon as he finished talking, Quasar started clenching his fists extremely tight as he began to power up. Just then, Quasar started bellowing out a loud yell which quickly transitioned into an intense roaring sound as he proceeded to power up once more.

Quasar: HAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!

Then, as soon as the young man finished powering up to his absolute maximum, Quasar was now surrounded by a vivid, bluish-silver colored fiery aura, as well as a noticeable light-blue glow off of his body. The power of the aura was so great that it actually made his hair bristle upwards, giving it an overall flame-like shape to it.

A/N: For context, this power-up that Quasar just did is essentially a version of the "Super Saiyan/partial manifestation" or "Super Saiyan Power" ability that Goku used in Episode #195 of Dragon Ball Z during the Other World Saga (which is a filler arc exclusive only to the Anime), except it is Quasar partially manifesting the power of HDD (Hard Drive Divinity) without him actually transforming into his own HDD Form.

Quasar's aura erupted with power, so much so that it actually left both Frieza and Cell completely shocked as they had not expected something like this to happen. However, right before either one of them could get a chance to say anything, Quasar decided that it was now time to make his move.

Quasar: Here goes...!

Then, without even wasting a second, Quasar charged at both Frieza and Cell at full speed. As soon as they saw Quasar flying straight towards their location, Cell and Frieza immediately started powering up in the same vein as their Saiyan adversary, with Frieza being enveloped in a purple-colored aura and Cell being enveloped by a golden-yellow aura.

Frieza: I will not lose to a filthy Saiyan like you...!

Cell: And I... The Ultimate Life Form will not stand for this humiliation...! I cannot be beaten by a mere child!

After they had finished powering themselves up, the two supervillains charged straight towards Quasar until the three of them finally met in the middle as they all started exchanging blows simultaneously with one another. As the 2v1 battle continued going on, Cell and Frieza eventually managed to gain the upper hand by knocking Quasar, with the young Saiyan quickly making a cross-shape using both of his arms to block the attack, only for him to get knocked away with a powerful blow that sent him flying before Quasar quickly recovered as he pressed his right hand against the ground as he slid backwards.

Then, after they both sent Quasar sliding backwards, Cell decided to continue on with his assault by firing multiple light-green colored energy blasts from the palm of his hand at the off-guard Saiyan, before immediately following it up with a powerful ki slash from his fingertips. Upon seeing the attacks coming his way, Quasar quickly vanished before getting hit by the energy blasts as he then reappeared in the air at an altitude higher than Cell. However, right before he could get comfortable, Frieza charged straight at the young Saiyan and then delivered a powerful right hook to the stomach area, which ended leaving Quasar completely stunned as he did not expect such an attack coming his way. Unfortunately, Frieza was far from done as he started unleashing a barrage of extremely fast-moving punches and kicks upon Quasar's defenseless body in a very rapid succession, making it virtually impossible for the Saiyan to try and block or evade. Then, after he was done playing with his food, Frieza sent Quasar flying down to the ground like a rocket with a double axe handle straight to his head, inflicting a hefty amount of damage in the process.

Upon seeing Quasar falling back down to the ground, Frieza started gathering up dark-pink colored energy in his right hand before immediately thrusting his arm forward in order to fire a large energy wave at the defenseless Saiyan warrior, resulting in a large-scale explosion to occur as soon as the attack made contact with its intended target.

As soon as the smoke started clearing up, Quasar was revealed to be lying on the ground, although he was not completely unscathed as his gi appeared to be tattered in some areas, with it only being a plain-white undershirt and his torn/tattered pants, along with having a couple of scratches seen across his body. In addition to that, Quasar found it rather difficult to stand up straight as he was somewhat struggling to even move.

Quasar: Tch! A-Argh! Man, that really hurt!

Now, despite being in some serious pain, Quasar found the strength to stand back on his own two feet, only for him to look up to see that Frieza and Cell were floating high above him as they both began charging up their most powerful finishing moves to destroy the young Saiyan once and for all.

Frieza started laughing out loud like a madman as the space emperor casually lifted his right index finger into the air, in which he started gathering up his energy as it began to take the form of a large, dark-purple (almost black) colored energy ball which was the size of a relatively small moon as sparks of pinkish-red colored electricity danced around the energy sphere floating above Frieza's fingertip.

As for Cell, he started doing the exact same thing as Quasar as he outstretched both of his arms forward and then proceeded to cup his hands together and drawing them close to his body as he began charging up his ki with a bright, whitish-blue colored light being concentrated into a single point between his cupped hands, which grew larger and larger with each passing second, giving off an extremely powerful shift in the atmosphere as a few small rays of blue-colored light started escaping from Cell's palms.

Frieza: This is the end for you, Saiyan...! NOW DIIIIEEEEEE!!!

Cell: So long, brat! Kamehame... HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

After the two villains launched their most devastating attacks down towards the ground at such rapid speeds, Quasar's serious expression stayed prevalent on his face as he steadily focused his sky-blue colored irises on the center of the two massive energy blasts coming his direction.

Quasar: (Okay... No more playing around, 'cause I'm ending this fight right now!)

Then, just when he was done hyping himself up in his own head, Quasar powered up to his absolute max once again as he too started charging up for the Kamehameha wave, only this time, he began channeling a bit more of his own Share Energy into the attack, giving it a much brighter color scheme and thus making it even more powerful than normal.

Quasar: Get ready for the real deal...! Ka... Me... Ha... Me... HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

As soon as he finished charging up his energy, Quasar quickly launched his fully-powered Super Kamehameha wave straight up towards Frieza's Death Ball and Cell's own Super Kamehameha as the three attacks had begun colliding with one another, with sparks of electricity beginning to shoot themselves off from the impact of the attack as the world inside of Quasar's own mind had started to shake rather violently. Now, Quasar found it to be very difficult to push back two powerful attacks at once, but despite all this, he let out a loud yell which was filled with vigor and determination as he pushed even more of his power into the Kamehameha wave, trying his best to put an end to both Frieza and Cell.

Frieza: Struggle all you want, you will not reign victorious over us, you filthy Saiyan ape!

After he had finished insulting the Saiyan, Frieza and Cell both put a little bit more power into their respective attacks, which caused Quasar's own Kamehameha wave to start slowly being pushed back closer and closer towards its owner. It was then where Quasar was beginning to slowly lose his grip on his own attack as Frieza and Cell's attacks were starting to become too much for him to handle.

However, Quasar was not about to throw in the towel just yet as he decided to unleash even more of his power so that way he would not get fully consumed by the blast.

Quasar: No...! Not yet...! I can't lose here... I... I WON'T LOSE HERE!!!

Then, immediately after Quasar had finished hyping himself up, something rather began to occur as a small, golden-yellow aura suddenly started flaring around both of his arms, which was immediately followed up by each of his legs, then around his tail, and finally near his face. Then, after he had begun letting out a confident-sounding chuckle, Quasar started bellowing out a very loud roar which quickly transitioned into an intense roaring sound as he proceeded to power up once more.

Quasar: HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Then, as soon as he finished powering up to his absolute maximum, a bright flash of golden-colored light suddenly erupted out of Quasar's body as his power had basically exploded out of proportions with the Kamehameha wave expanding to an almost gargantuan size as their sudden burst of energy was able to completely overpower both Frieza's Death Ball and Cell's own Kamehameha wave, which both of them completely speechless.

Frieza and Cell: W-WHAT?!!

As soon as their eyes saw Quasar's wave of blue-colored energy heading straight towards them, both Frieza and Cell's eyes widened like dinner plates as they were immediately engulfed in the attack, with the two of them letting incredibly painful screams as the sheer force of the blast was ripping their bodies apart from the inside out.

Then, without any kind of warning, a rather large explosion suddenly formed from the Kamehameha wave, as every last bit of that energy was blown all throughout the landscape, which resulted in a bright flash of light being formed unexpectedly.

Back in the Real World

Following this surprising turn of events, the scene quickly transitioned back over to the real world as Quasar opened his eyes and got up from where he was sitting on the beach, with the young Saiyan starting to look around the island he was just using for his mental image training.

Once he was done surveying his surroundings, Quasar stretched his whole body for a little bit to make sure that he wouldn't get too stiff in certain areas. Then, after he had finished performing his little stretches, Quasar took a deep breath and then started looking up at the bright-blue sky before letting out a soft chuckle.

Quasar: Hehehe... Man, that sure was some tough training. It's good to know that my fighting skills haven't really dulled out too much. And I can definitely tell that I've gotten much stronger since fighting those guys.

Then, as soon as he was done talking out loud to himself, Quasar just stared off into the distance as he immediately started thinking about what he wanted to do next.

Quasar: (Hmm, let's see... I woke up this morning, took a bath, ate some good breakfast, and then came all the way out here to do some training. I wonder what I should do now...?)

And sure enough, right before he could even verbally say anything, a rather loud rumbling sound started filling the air as Quasar's stomach was growling like a vicious predator in the woods hunting its prey. Quasar then looked down at his stomach before immediately scratching the back of his spiky head using his right hand and then started laughing nervously as a carefree smile made its way onto his face.

Quasar: Whoops! Ehehehehe! I guess I oughta be heading back to Planeptune right about now. I'm starting to get really hungry, and I don't wanna miss out on lunch.

With his training officially done for the day, Quasar decided to head back to the city of Planeptune in order to get himself something to eat as he was starting to get rather hungry. Quasar then casually leap frogged himself off the ground as he jumped really high into the air before suddenly enveloping his body in a pure, yet translucent white-colored aura as he then proceeded to immediately take off like a rocket, in which he started to fly through the air at supersonic speeds, with his current destination being the nation of Planeptune.

Location: Planeptune Basilicom - Sharicite Chamber

Time: 1:00 PM

The scene then switched over back to the basilicom in Planeptune inside of a particularly large dark room with an incredibly strong digital/futuristic-looking vibe to it, as there were several neon-blue, green, yellow and white-colored grids seen all throughout the room along with a couple of blue lines of data. Additionally, there was also a large glowing crystal which looked like a power symbol as it appeared to be floating in the middle of the room as it also appeared to be spinning rather slowly.

It was then where Histoire floated downward as she began to speak to the likes of Neptune and Nepgear, who were also present in the room with the oracle, with the small blonde-haired fairy getting ready to give the two lilac-haired girls a very important lecture.

Histoire: Here, take a look.

Unfortunately for her, Neptune and Nepgear did not know what she was trying to say as the CPU sisters simply stared directly at Histoire like a child staring at a bowl filled with goldfish. After a few seconds of silence had passed, Histoire's legs started fidgeting as her cheeks turned a bright, pinkish-red color before she suddenly started yelling at Neptune and Nepgear.

Histoire: AT THE SHARICITE! NOT AT ME!!!

Then, shortly after she had emphasized what she wanted the CPU sisters to look at, Histoire floated upwards to where the small, power-shaped crystal was floating, with Nepgear being the first to speak up about the Sharicite.

Nepgear: The Sharicite? Why? Is there something wrong with it?

After Nepgear had just finished asking her question to the oracle, Histoire quickly pulled out a tiny pair of round-shaped glasses and then placed them over her bright-blue eyes before suddenly pulling out a flowchart of Planeptune's Share Energy levels to both Nepgear and Neptune as she began to explain the current state of affairs to the two purple-haired sisters.

Histoire: The Share Energy levels in our crystal have been declining, as I've clearly indicated here.

Neptune, being the most cheerfully optimistic person that she is, looked at her oracle before giving her the casual response that she could muster at the moment.

Neptune: Sweet graph, but what's the big deal? We've still got plenty left, don't we?

Upon hearing this for herself, Histoire simply glared at Neptune as she then proceeded to vent out her frustrations onto the CPU as she clearly failed to grasp the importance of this situation.

Histoire: No, we don't! Do you know where Shares come from, or do you need another diagram?

Neptune: Uhhh...

As Neptune tried her best to think about what Histoire was saying to her, Nepgear suddenly spoke up and answered Histoire's question for her older sister.

Nepgear: It's like how much a country believes in its Goddess, right? Their faith.

Histoire: Yes exactly. Which means the hearts of the people are starting to drift away from Neptune. Which is no wonder really.

After Histoire had finished talking, Neptune once again tried to understand what exactly was making her oracle upset.

Neptune: What? But I haven't done anything to make them hate me, I don't think.

It was then where Nepgear placed her right index finger close to her face as she began talking under her breath, with her secretly agreeing with what Histoire was saying earlier.

Nepgear: Hmm... You haven't done anything to make them like you either, though...

Confused, but nonetheless curious, Neptune looked over at Nepgear as she wondered why exactly was her younger sibling talking to herself. Nepgear then looked at her older sister with a nervous smile on her face.

Nepgear: I mean, uhh...

Then, right before Nepgear could even finish trying to explain herself, the door suddenly opened on its own as it was revealed that both IF and Compa were listening in on the entire conversation.

IF: Nepgear's right and you know it. Please excuse us, Miss Histoire, but we overheard you guys talking.

After making their presence known, IF and Compa walked right into the Sharicite Chamber as Histoire gladly welcomed the two young ladies, with it being no secret that everyone present had history with each other.

Histoire: IF, you and Compa are always welcome.

As soon as Neptune's eyes made contact with two of her good friends, she immediately started trying to get IF or Compa to not agree with Histoire.

Neptune: You're siding with Histy too, Iffy? But Compa still loves me, right?

Unfortunately for Neptune, Compa was actually more than willing to agree with what IF and Histoire was saying about her shares not being as good as they were supposed to be.

Compa: Well, Nep-Nep, she has a point.

It was then where Compa pulled out the protest flier that she received from the blue-haired woman that was passing them out earlier today and started showing it to Neptune, Nepgear, and Histoire, with the CPU of Planeptune reading what was on the piece of paper out loud.

Neptune: Hmm... "We don't need Goddesses or Saiyans..."

As soon as Neptune finished reading what was on the flier, Histoire backed away slowly as she suddenly let out a noise of pure shock, with it being evident that things were starting to look grim for the nation of Planeptune if protests like these were already beginning to take place.

Then, after Nepgear had finished reading the paper for herself, she looked at IF and Compa with a confused look on her face.

Nepgear: Wait a sec... Why are people getting upset at the Saiyans like Quasar? He and the others aren't a threat, and they've been a major reason why Gamindustri has been kept safe for so long.

IF: Yeah, well... I'm guessing there are people out there who might think our extraterrestrial friends would be better off not living on this planet with the rest of us or worse of all... Dead.

Neptune: Wha...? But that's just not cool at all!

Getting back on track, Compa decided to throw in her own two-cents and started giving Neptune advice on how to salvage the current situation.

Compa: If your people understood you a little better, then everything would be fine.

Then, right before she continued talking, a dark shadow suddenly started appearing around Compa's bright-pink eyes, which really gave the sweet and innocent Compa an almost creepy, menacing sort of vibe to her, something which was further emphasized by the fact that they were all still standing within a dark room.

Compa: Don't worry, it's nothing hard work can't fix.

Immediately after Compa had finished her sentence and all of the creepy vibes in the room had begun to quickly dissipate, Neptune started acting like a child as even someone like Compa was making a strong case for her to stop being lazy and do some actual work.

Neptune: Uhhh! Everyone's against me! I'm in a major pinch.

As soon as Neptune finished her sentence, Histoire was now at the peak of her frustration as she had enough of Neptune's constant whining, with the oracle vocalizing her issues with the lilac-haired girl and her nonchalant behavior.

Histoire: Tch! It's this country of yours that's in a pinch!

Neptune's only response to Histoire's outburst was just a nervous smile and laugh as she did not know how to properly respond to this situation.

Histoire: Remember, CPUs are goddesses who are supposed to work tirelessly for the good of their people. Why do you think you have those powers of yours? As a wise man once said... "With great power, comes great responsibility"...

As Histoire began to lecture Neptune on the importance of her duties as a CPU, the lilac-haired preteen was lost in her own thoughts as she was doing everything in her power to not listen to her oracle's words of wisdom.

Neptune: (Aww man! I hate getting lectured... Why doesn't Histy give Quasar this sort of treatment? I mean, all he does is train like a shounen battle manga protagonist. I wonder if I could just, like, run away?)

Then, after a few seconds had passed, an idea suddenly popped into Neptune's mind as she had now found a solution to all of her problems.

Neptune: (Wait! Of course!)

It was then where Neptune stood up from where she was sitting and suddenly pointed at Histoire with her right index finger as she began announcing her plan to the others.

Neptune: I am going to get me some schooling in the "Goddess Arts".

Upon hearing this, Histoire stopped her lecture prematurely and simply stared at Neptune with a surprised look on her face.

Histoire: Huh? ... ... Okay, but schooling from who?

Neptune then placed a finger underneath her chin as she began thinking about who exactly she wanted to learn how to be a proper CPU from, until she quickly blurted out the first person on her mind.

Neptune: From, uh... Noire!

As soon as Neptune said Noire's name, everybody in the room all said the same thing in unison as they were not expecting the CPU of Lastation to Neptune's choice.

Everyone: WHAT?!!

Neptune simply smiled as she was more than prepared to pay her good friend Noire a visit.

Neptune: Time for a Lastation vacation.

Meanwhile, as Neptune and the others had all left for the nation of Lastation, Quasar was seen flying through the air at such a leisurely pace with him even looking down at the city below him. Then, after a couple of minutes had passed, Quasar stopped himself mid-flight as his aura vanished into thin air and he descended back onto solid ground, with the young Saiyan landing on both of his feet.

Upon returning to his home nation of Planeptune, Quasar started walking around with both of his arms behind his spiky black hair as he was thinking about what he wanted to eat for lunch.

Quasar: Hmm... Lemme see... I think I remember hearing about a brand-new chili dog restaurant that opened up a week ago from my mom. Maybe I should go and check it out.

Then, after wandering around for a few minutes, Quasar's bright-blue eyes quickly spotted a large, cerulean-blue colored building which had a relatively lengthy line of people wanting outside to enter the building. The front of the building also proudly displayed the words "Blue Hedgehog" on it.

As soon as he saw the restaurant for himself, Quasar's stomach once again started rumbling as his hunger for some delicious chili dogs was more than enough of a reason to stand in line like everybody else.

Quasar: Well, looks like the stomach has spoken. Chili dogs, here I come!

Quasar then ran up towards the blue-colored building and got behind a mother and her two children as he proceeded to wait in line for a chance to make it inside and get something to eat.

Meanwhile, far off into the distance, there was a mysterious figure wearing a black cloak who was standing on top of a tall building. The unknown figure then started to sense a large energy signature as they quickly turned their head towards the source of said power level, which belonged to none other than Quasar Kaze himself as he was currently seen waiting in line trying to get inside of the building in order to buy some food.

The figure in the black cloak then started letting out a dark, confident-sounding chuckle as they also appeared to be smiling under the veil of their dark clothes.

The next scene quickly transitioned over to the nation of Lastation, which was located in the eastern region of Gamindustri, as well as being a nation that is entirely known for having a very distinct industrialized look and feel to it. This was also the home of Noire, who was the CPU of the entire nation.

Meanwhile, at the Lastation Basilicom, Noire was currently standing on the incredibly large balcony of her basilicom before she turned around and started talking to somebody, which was a strong indicator that she had company.

Noire: I'm not following the situation here... Why exactly is my neighboring country's CPU napping in MY Basilicom?!

It was then revealed that Neptune was apparently sleeping on a long chair primarily used for sunbathing with her even hugging a large, pink-colored pillow on the balcony of Lastation's Basilicom as she was napping without a care in the world. As for the others, Nepgear was standing right next to where her sister was sleeping, and IF and Compa were seen standing a few feet away as the brown-haired girl merely shook her head in disappointment as she already had a feeling that Neptune would do something like this as soon as they arrived in Lastation.

Neptune then woke up from her nap and simply turned her head around slightly with only one eye open as she looked back at Noire with the same carefree smile on her face.

Neptune: Ahhh... Just ignore little ol' me and do your job.

Then, not too long after she finished speaking her peace, Neptune went back to burying her face into the pillow and spoke up once again towards her fellow CPU before going back to sleep.

Neptune: ~I won't mind one little bit.~

Noire: Yeah? Well, I DO mind!

Unfortunately for Noire, her words quickly fell on deaf ears as Neptune went back to taking her little nap as it was blatantly clear that she had every intention of relaxing the entire day away. Nepgear then did her best to not only apologize to Noire, but she also tried to wake up her sister and remind her of the reason they even showed up to Lastation in the first place.

Nepgear: I'm sorry about this, Noire. Get up, Neptune! Please!

Neptune: Why?

Nepgear: You wanted to be a better CPU, right?

Despite her best efforts, Neptune continued to sleep on the beach chair and ignored the pleas of her younger sister. Noire then started proudly walking towards the revolving door with her arms on her hips and her eyes closed as she did not have the time, energy, or patience to put up with the lilac-haired CPU's nonsense today.

Noire: Yeah, about all that, no thanks. I have no intention of teaching my enemies how to do their jobs.

Upon hearing this, Neptune actually managed to wake up from her little nap and spoke to the black-haired CPU as she tried to remind Noire about how they were no longer rivals trying to compete with one another.

Neptune: Aww, but we're buddies now! That's what we signed that friendship treaty for, right? So we could stop all the-

Unfortunately, Neptune's reasonable words fell on deaf ears as Noire quickly turned around and looked at the group with a straight face before immediately speaking her mind with a somewhat condescending tone in her voice.

Noire: As long as we're competing for Shares, that still makes us enemies. Get it?

Neptune: Bleh! Why you always gotta be such a meanie all the time? See, now THIS is why you don't have any friends.

As soon as Neptune made that comment, Noire flinched for a split second before quickly snapping back at her fellow CPU with her even blushing in embarrassment as she did her best to come up with a retort to Neptune's words.

Noire: I-I DO too have a friend!

Intrigued by Noire's statement, Neptune decided to ask the black-haired girl about this so-called friend of hers as she leaned her face forward to get closer to Noire.

Neptune: Whoa! For real? What's her name then?

The innocent violet-colored orbs of Neptune stared directly into the much more anxious ruby-red colored orbs of Noire as she began trying to come up with an answer to the CPU of Planeptune's question.

Noire: Huh? Oh, you don't... know them- I-I... I mean her...

Upon hearing this, Neptune quickly got out of her chair and stood on her two feet with a bright, yet mischievous smile on her face as she wanted to confirm whether or not Noire was speaking the truth.

Neptune: "Them"? Ooooh! Ya know, Noire, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that you might be talkin' about Ace and Gwen.

Noire: W-Well, I wouldn't go THAT far. It's actually... more complicated than that...

Then, right before the conversation could continue, there was a loud dinging sound that came from inside of the basilicom as there was someone who appeared to be carrying a bunch of paperwork in their arms walking out of an elevator and into Noire's office area. The person in question carrying all of those important documents was none other than Uni, who was Noire's younger sister and the CPU Candidate of Lastation.

Uni was a girl who looked almost like a younger version of Noire, with her being in her early-to-mid teens with a slender-looking figure, a pale-skin complexion, long, wavy onyx-black waist-length hair which was kept tied up into two long pigtails with two-piece black and milky-blue (almost silver) colored ribbons, with her bangs framed in front of her face being neatly combed and two bangs that went down to her chin, and ruby-red colored eyes. Attire wise, Uni wore a sleeveless black one-piece pleated dress with milky-blue (almost silver) colored linings at the bottom of the dress, a belt-like piece with a black bow behind the belt and a big circle with white lining connecting the dress to her collar which had a small, light-blue gem at the center. She also wore a pair of long black fingerless gloves with milky-blue coloring at the top and similar short boots. On the left side she can be seen with a small device that is most likely a cellphone (or even a PSP in reference to her theme).

As soon as she entered Noire's office area, she spoke to her older sister as she had something important to say.

Uni: Hey, Noire! I finished these documents for you.

Upon hearing Uni's voice, Noire turned her head in order to talk to her. Additionally, Nepgear greeted the CPU Candidate of Lastation with a friendly wave along with a cheerful smile on her face, clearly showing that Uni was a very good friend to her.

Noire: Oh, thanks Uni, that's nice. Just set them over there.

After she told her younger sibling where she could place the important documents, Noire quickly turned her head back over towards Neptune as she was about to say something. However, right before she could even get a word out, Uni suddenly spoke up again, this time with a hit of nervousness in her voice.

Uni: My job, uhh...

The others all quickly turned around to see Uni with a happy smile on her face, in addition to having her cheeks glow a faint, pinkish-red color with it being a clear indicator that she was anxious to hear some words of encouragement from her older sister Noire as she nervously shuffled around before speaking up once again.

Uni: I was... pretty fast, right? I worked really hard this time.

Noire: It was average.

As soon as she heard this, Uni's smile quickly disappeared as it was now replaced with a look of shock as she was not expecting to hear Noire's incredibly blunt response.

Noire: But that's still an improvement for you.

Upon hearing Noire's words, the expression on Uni's face was quite obvious as she started feeling sad because she was trying her best to impress her older sister, but unfortunately for her, Noire's blunt answer to her efforts did quite a number on her confidence.

It was then where Neptune suddenly spoke up as she clearly remembered something.

Neptune: Wait! Was Uni the mysterious "friend" you were talking about? 'Cause little sisters are little sisters, they don't count as friends.

Not wanting to be called a liar, Noire slowly backed away from Neptune as she tried to come up with a real crutcher to these "friendless" statements.

Noire: Of course not! I have... another.

Neptune: Oh really? Heh! 'Cause you sure look like a lonely loner to me.

Noire: Then you need to get your eyes checked!

Unbeknownst to everyone else in the room, Nepgear noticed something was clearly wrong with Uni as she saw her setting the papers down on a random table and then quietly walking out of Noire's office with a sad expression on her face.

The next scene quickly transitioned over to outside of the Lastation Basilicom as Uni was staring directly into the lake with the sad look on her face still there from earlier. As her eyes focused primarily on the crystal clear-blue water, a semi-large flock of white birds started flying away from the lake, leaving the CPU Candidate of Lastation all by her lonesome.

But then, much to her surprise, Uni looked to her right and saw that Nepgear was standing close by where she was sitting at with a worried expression on her face, making it obvious that she had followed Uni outside in order to talk with her since Nepgear knew that something was wrong with her friend.

Uni: Nepgear...

After a few seconds passed, Nepgear and Uni were both seen standing next to each other as they decided to talk about what's been bothering her.

Nepgear: I'm sorry Neptune kind of hijacked your talk with your sister.

Uni: It's okay. My conversations with her just always turn out the same any way. It's like she has this kind of rule where she won't compliment me unless I do a better job than her.

It was then where Uni started looking away from Nepgear with an incredibly sad smile on her face.

Uni: But we both know that's not possible.

Nepgear simply stared at Uni with a somewhat concerned look on her face as she could not help but feel bad for her fellow CPU Candidate.

Nepgear: Uni...

Uni: ... I can't even transform into my goddess form yet.

Nepgear then spoke to the black-haired girl with an attempt to let her know that she was not the only one who had not yet achieved her own transformation.

Nepgear: T-That's nothing to feel down about. I mean, neither can I. And neither can Rom or Ram.

Uni: Wait, seriously? Well then, what about Dawn? I could've sworn that she found a way to become a Super Saiyan like everyone else!

Nepgear: Sorry, but she's still not there yet. Although, I hear that she's been training with her brother Reiko these past few weeks. I'm sure that she'll finally reach that amazing level one day.

Uni then looked at Nepgear with the smile on her face once again being as bright as the sun before speaking to her friend with her eyes closed and a confident smirk on her face, as she proudly showed off her more competitive side to her fellow CPU Candidate.

Uni: Well, I suppose I'll just have to transform before the four of you girls in order to prove my superiority. How's that?

Nepgear looked at Uni before immediately smiling back at her.

Nepgear: Good! But you better hurry, or else I might beat you to it.

Then, right after the two young ladies made their vow to achieve their own goddess transformation, a loud ringing noise started coming from the white belt-like purse object on Nepgear's right thigh, which quickly captured her attention. The CPU Candidate of Planeptune then pulled out a small tablet-like device called the "N-Gear" from the holster as she then noticed that she just received a message, leaving her rather perplexed.

Nepgear: A message. From Rom, actually. She knows that I'm in Lastation, but who could've told her?

It was then where Uni decided to inform Nepgear about who exactly it was that told Rom and Ram about her and Neptune's visit to Lastation.

Uni: I'm sorry I couldn't resist. And let me tell you, she was super jealous.

Location: Lastation Outskirts - Forest of Lost Movement

Time: 1:40 PM

It was then where the next scene quickly shifted over to the outskirts of Lastation in a rather dense, yet open forest area as there was a massive, round spaceship which appeared to fundamentally shaped like that of a hermit crab (minus the claws/pincers of an actual crab) with a primarily arctic-blue, silver, and dark-gray (almost black) color scheme on the outer sections of the ship. The ship itself appeared to be mostly stationary with all ten of its legs etched directly into the earth's rich soil.

This large spaceship was the main base of operations for the Ace Force, which was an intergalactic law enforcement organization that was founded by Ace's father, King Ace, dedicated to protecting both Gamindustri and various other planets in the galaxy at large from deadly attacks. To accomplish this, powerful alien warriors are deployed throughout space to stop these intergalactic threats before they can cause any harm. Many years ago, King Ace entered retirement after his countless decades of service and left his son Ace in charge of the entire Ace Force, as well as being tasked with protecting the lives of Gamindustri as they both had a strong admiration for the planet and its people.

Regarding the inside of the ship, it appeared to be much larger in comparison to the outside as the scene then switched over to the command center as there was a very large flurry of activity going on all at once with dozen of agents, some of which varying in terms of species such as a few of them resembling humans, some of them looking more like anthropomorphic animals, and finally a handful of them which looked mostly alien. The agents were all seen operating several terminals and computers, with a vast majority of them speaking at once about various "work-related" things that it was almost impossible to hear at least ONE person over the three or six others next to them. There were so many people that moved from person to person and terminal to terminal, with it being quite apparent that this entire organization operated like a well-oiled machine.

Location: Ace's Spaceship - Training Room

The scene then shifted over to a somewhat secluded part of the ship as there was a very, futuristic-looking door which proudly displayed the words "TRAINING ROOM" in bold lettering, as well as a keycard scanner that was off to the right side of the wall where the door proudly stood.

Inside of the training room, there seemed to be an incredibly large amount of ice and snow which permeated throughout the entire room, with there even being a strong gust of very cold wind that could give anyone a severe case of frostbite in a matter of seconds. And surprisingly enough, there was somebody inside the frozen training room, with it eventually revealed to be none other than Ace as he appeared to doing some form of meditation as he had both of his eyes closed and his arms folded in front of his chest, with the leader of the Ace Force sitting alone whilst in the burmese style position, as well as being completely unfazed by the freezing cold temperature of the room he was currently residing in.

Additionally, Ace's overall appearance was vastly different than what it was a month ago. Instead of looking like a normal human male, Ace appeared in his more natural form, with him looking almost similar to that of Frieza along with wearing the Bio Suit of his race.

In his true "Final" form, much in the same vein as Frieza, Ace mostly appears as a pale-skinned, lizard-like, "almost" harmless-looking alien creature with a very sleek/streamlined physique to him. His skin is a pure, whitish-blue color with sapphire-blue colored gem plates on his forehead and abdomen area, along with him also having smooth, azure-blue colored arms. Ace's Final Form also appears to possess much more rounded and smooth ears in comparison to Frieza's. Additionally, there were two thin black lines on his face that appeared to be coming down from the bottom of each of his eyes. Lastly, Ace's feet also differ in that he lacks Frieza's prehensile toes and appears to wear knee-high boots and onyx-black pants with a long, lizard-like prehensile tail which appears to be the same color as his legs.

As the alien leader of the Ace Force focused on his meditation, a loud buzzing noise started ringing which immediately caught his attention as he quickly opened his eyes, revealing his vibrant, crimson-red eyes and got up from where he was sitting to see a female agent entering the training room with blonde hair, green eyes, and her attire being very professional, which mostly consisted of a collared V-neck, deep blue mini-one piece atop a white dress, stockings with high heels. The female agent also appeared to be holding a clipboard with a few sheets of paper on it.

Woman: *Ahem* I apologize for interrupting your training, Lord Ace. But it seems you have an important call from Lady Green Heart of Leanbox.

Upon hearing this news, Ace casually walked towards the woman with the clipboard and responded to her in a very calm, collected manner.

Ace: "Lady Green Heart", huh? Very well. I suppose I shouldn't keep the goddess of Leanbox waiting, now can I? Thank you for letting me know.

The blonde-haired woman in the business suit politely nodded to her boss' words before the two of them walked out of the training room and immediately started walking down the long, narrow hallway.

Ace: By the way, would you mind telling me where Gwyneth is? For some reason, I can't seem to sense her presence onboard the ship.

Woman: Ahh... Well, you see... Ms. Parker departed not too long ago, sir. She said about "needing some fresh air" and left to go towards the city of Lastation.

As soon as he heard this news, Ace could not help but let out a loud, tired-sounding sigh as he knew EXACTLY what Gwen was going to do.

Ace: *Sigh* Good grief... What am I gonna do with that girl...? Well, I guess it's not too bad. She's always been a very active person, so I can't really blame her for wanting to get out and do something.

Then, after he finished talking, Ace continued making his way over to his main office in order to answer Vert's call, with the Frost Demon already having some idea as to what it was that she wanted to discuss.

Location: Lastation Outskirts - Forest of Lost Movement

Elsewhere, Gwen Parker was seen flying through the air at supersonic speeds with a translucent, pure-white colored aura surrounding her as she appeared to be looking down at the forest below her. After a few seconds ended up passing, Gwen started reaching into her right pocket and pulled out a device which resembled a stopwatch with a radar screen, a button display on the bottom and a small antenna on top of it.

As soon as she pulled the small radar, Gwen pressed one of the buttons on the device which then caused the screen to start displaying a detailed map of the surrounding environment as it also started emitting a somewhat high-pitched beeping sound.

Gwen: Hmm... Let's see. I'm pretty sure the signal is coming from around here. I know good and well that a Dragon Ball should be near Lastation borders, and I won't rest until I find it!

With renewed interest in her goal, Gwen decided to pick up the pace as she casually increased her flying speed in order to make it towards Noire and Uni's nation to find one of the seven magical orbs known as Dragon Balls.

Location: Lowee Basilicom

Time: 1:55 PM

The scene then shifted over to the nation of Lowee, which was located in the northern region of Gamindustri, as well as being a primarily mountainous region with constant, perpetual snowfall and a semi-cloudy sky. The nation itself also appeared to have a fantastical, old-school vibe to it, as well as having vibrant and colorful buildings with it also being surrounded by a rainbow assortment of sparkles.

Meanwhile, in a forest area near the Lowee Basilicom, Rain Parker was seen wearing nothing a pair of gray sweatpants and his standard boots with the cold weather not even bothering him, despite the fact he was not wearing a shirt, all while he was busy training and refining his kenjutsu (sword fighting) skills by himself as he was casually swinging a sword around like a highly trained and professional samurai, with the sword itself being a traditional Japanese chokutō with a solid, crimson-red colored blade and a black-colored tsuka-ito wrap around a white handle.

Rain: Hoo! Ha! Sei!

As the Saiyan continued his training, his sword slashes were starting to become a lot faster as tiny bits of sweat began to fly off his arms and well-defined chest area.

Rain: Sei! Hya! Gyah!!!

Then, as soon as he was done slashing the air a couple of times, Rain jumped off the ground and performed a vertical downward slash attack with his sword, which managed to completely slice through a nearby tree like a hot knife through butter as it also caused a small family of birds to start flying away from where the Saiyan was standing.

After he finished cutting the tree in half, Rain found himself smiling as he then walked over to a nearby boulder which was covered in snow and picked a random towel before using it to wipe all the sweat off his face. He then took a look at his right hand before quickly clenching it into a fist as he could feel like he was getting a lot better at his sword-fighting skills.

Rain: Whew! That was a good workout session if I do say so myself. Tomorrow's drill will be even faster!

Then, as soon as he was done wiping his face with the towel, Rain put his bright-red sword back inside of a black sheath which was attached to a brown leather strap before hanging the weapon on his bareback and over his right shoulder. Following this action, Rain powered up as a pure, yet translucent white-colored aura surrounded his whole body as he then flew off of the ground and proceeded to make a beeline over to the Lowee Basilicom.

Location: Lowee Basilicom - Blanc's Room

Meanwhile, inside the inner walls of the basilicom, Blanc was currently sitting at her desk working on her laptop. However, it was pretty apparent that she was not alone as there were two other people inside of her office area who were trying to get the CPU of Lowee's attention. The two individuals in question were none other than Rom and Ram, who were both Blanc's younger sisters, along with being the twin CPU Candidates of Lowee.

Rom and Ram were both little girls who looked almost like much younger versions of Blanc, with the two of them appearing to be no older than nine or ten years old, along with having a pale-skin complexion, light-brown colored hair that appeared to be going down towards their chins with a fringe of their hair which is kept parted to either the right or left side of their faces, and slate-blue colored eyes. Attire wise, both Rom and Ram wore an identical set of clothes which mostly consisted of a long-sleeved white dress shirt underneath a gray-colored dress, white leggings, and finally a pair of mary jane shoes. The only major difference between the two girls was that Rom had much shorter hair and wore a light-blue handkerchief placed in front of her dress, whereas Ram had much longer hair that reached down to her waist and she wore a pastel-pink handkerchief placed in front of her dress.

As soon as she finished putting away a smaller tablet-like device, Ram started to tap her foot on the ground in a rather impatient manner. It was then where Rom, who was mostly the shy and soft-spoken twin, felt the need to speak her mind after hearing about Nepgear's trip to Lastation, with the young girl looking down at the ground with a somewhat sad expression on her face.

Rom: No fair. Nepgear and Uni are so lucky getting to play together.

It was then where Ram started getting upset as she quickly turned around and started to speak up towards her older sister, who was still too busy with her work to even pay her younger sisters any sort of attention.

Ram: How come we gotta stay home while they get to do cool stuff?

Blanc then quickly responded to Ram's question with an incredibly blunt answer.

Blanc: Maybe because you're too noisy and selfish?

Ram: I wanna hang out with Nepgear and Uni too!

As soon as she heard this, Blanc could only look at her younger sister over her left shoulder with a solemn expression on her face before quickly dismissing Ram's request to go have some fun and turning her attention back over to her desktop.

Blanc: I have work to do.

Unfortunately for Blanc, Ram did not like her older sister constantly giving the "cold shoulder" as she started acting like a spoiled brat in order to annoy Blanc even more.

Ram: You suck! You suck! You suck!

After she was done venting out her frustration, Rom looked up to her younger twin with a sad expression on her face as she was worried for what was about to happen next.

A/N: Yes. It has been stated by Neptune in the video game Cyberdimension Neptunia: Four Goddesses Online, Rom is actually the older twin between her and Ram, despite the fact that she often acts like the younger one because Ram was a lot more rambunctious in terms of personality.

Ram: Come on!

Unfortunately for Ram, this was the last straw that broke the camel's back as Blanc quickly turned her desk chair around and glared at her younger sister with an angry expression on her face as she had now been pushed to the very limits of her patience.

Blanc: SHUT UP! I SAID I HAVE WORK, DIDN'T I?!!

Then, right after she slammed her left fist down on the armrest of her chair, the expression on Blanc's face quickly changed from one of anger and aggression to that of genuine surprise as she soon realized that she just yelled at her younger sisters, which made Rom immediately scared of her older sister as she hid behind Ram like a frightened little kitten. Additionally, Ram just stared Blanc directly in the eyes with an upset look on her face as she then decided to say what was exactly on her mind.

Ram: You're a big meanie, you know that? Let's go Rom.

Right after she said those words, the youngest twin walked away from her big sister in disappointment with Rom following right behind her, albeit in a very shy and timid manner.

Rom: Ram, wait a second.

As soon as the twin CPU Candidates had exited the workroom, Blanc simply stared down at the ground with a sad expression on her face as she could not believe that she lost control of herself and yelled at her own flesh and blood. After a few seconds passed, the door to Blanc's office opened up as a male voice suddenly spoke up, which actually managed to grab her attention.

Rain: Hey there, Blanc. I'm back from my training in the woods.

Blanc looked up to see that it was Rain who had a white bath towel wrapped around her shoulders, suggesting that he was about to go hop in the shower after he just came back from his training regimen. The only thing that the CPU of Lowee could do was speak to her Saiyan friend with a hint of sadness in her voice.

Blanc: Hi, Rain...

Upon seeing the expression on her face, Rain looked at Blanc with a worried expression as he wanted to know what was making the CPU feel so sad.

Rain: You okay? Did something happen when I got back?

Blanc could not bring herself to answer the question, but the look of guilt on her face was more than enough for Rain to fill in the blanks for himself.

Rain: Oh, I see... You accidently went off on Rom and Ram again, huh?

Blanc: ... ... Yeah... ...

Then, without any hesitation, the Saiyan swordsman walked over to Blanc's chair and then used his right hand to give the CPU of Lowee a sincere pat on the head, which actually made her blush a little bit as he then let out a very soft chuckle.

Rain: Heh heh! C'mon, Blanc, don't be so down in the dumps. You know as well as I do that those two girls love their big sister more than anything else in the whole world. I'm sure things will all work out well in the end for you three. Trust me.

It was then where a very faint smile found its way onto Blanc's face as she gave Rain a very silent nod, which was her own way of saying that she took the Saiyan's words to heart. Upon getting his point across, a big smile made its way onto Rain's face as he then decided to leave Blanc to continue on with her business.

Rain: Alright, I'm gonna take a shower now. See ya later, Blanc!

Blanc said nothing but nodded at the Saiyan as he walked out of the room and left her alone to carry out her business accordingly. After a couple of seconds passed, Blanc turned her chair around to once again face her computer screen as it was revealed that she was in the middle of an important video call with both Vert and Ace.

Blanc: I'm sorry you both had to listen to that mess.

Vert: Oh, nonsense. I don't mind at all.

Location: Leanbox Basilicom

The scene then quickly transitioned over to the Leanbox Basilicom as Vert was seen sitting by a table with a large umbrella on the balcony of her basilicom, with the blonde-haired woman looking at her laptop with a smile on her face.

A/N: I don't know if it's just me or not, but does the Leanbox Basilicom in the Anime look an awful lot like the White House in Washington D.C.? I'm sure I can't be the only one who sees it, right?

Vert: In fact, I envy their innocence. The little sisters don't have a history of fighting like we do.

Ace: Agreed. Unlike us, the candidates have never experienced the constant battles that we all had to go through. I honestly can't help but feel a bit envious myself.

Vert nodded to the Frost Demon's words as she immediately spoke up once again.

Vert: Now that the gears of war have stopped, shouldn't we try to be more like them?

Unfortunately for Vert, Ace and Blanc both knew that it would not be so easy as the CPU of Lowee had to quickly remind the blonde-haired busty woman about the terms of the Friendship Treaty.

Blanc: Just because we're not having a punch-out anymore doesn't mean we're going to turn into good neighbors overnight. And more importantly...

As soon as she finished her sentence, Vert decided to give Blanc the details of a rather important project of hers.

Vert: Yes, of course. As I had just told Ace about this, let me tell you the rest of my little proposal.

Location: Leanbox Outskirts - Grassy Waves Prairie

Time: 2:00 PM

It was then where the scene shifted over to a massive prairie area with a few small mountains and a river which led directly into a large lake.

In this environment, Reiko Pürija and his younger sister Dawn Pürija were both seen standing amidst the grassy wasteland with the white-haired Saiyan having both of his arms crossed, along with having an intimidating scowl on his face as his golden-yellow colored eyes stared at his younger sister, who was already in a fighting stance, suggesting that the two Pürija siblings were currently in the midst of some intense training. Dawn took a deep breath before she stared at her older brother and waited for the right opportunity to strike.

Then, after a few seconds had already come and gone, Dawn decided to make the first move as she quickly sprinted over towards her older brother at full speed and then jumped into the air before diving downwards in an attempt to strike him with a powerful falling kick. Unfortunately for Dawn, her attack failed to even connect with its target as the white-haired Saiyan easily blocked the kick using only his right arm, making her to gasp in complete shock and Reiko's expression remained relatively the same as his piercing, amber-colored irises stared directly into his sister's soul.

Then, as soon as she slowly backed away from her brother, Dawn let out a loud yell as she then started throwing a flurry of punches at Reiko, who either dodged or blocked the attacks with minimal effort. After he was getting tired of being on the defensive, Reiko began clenching his hand into a fist as he immediately went for a left hook and aimed it straight at Dawn's face. Before the attack could even connect, Dawn managed to avoid getting hit and quickly counted Reiko's attack with one of her own as the fists of the two Saiyans collided with one another, thus canceling each other out.

Once the two Pürijas managed to gain some distance from each other, Reiko wasted no time and immediately went on the offensive as he quickly powered himself up as a fiery, neon-green colored aura surrounded his entire body and then used this newfound strength to charge straight at Dawn as he kicked his young sister away such with immense force that she started skidding backwards on the ground and making her breath heavily as that attack was bit more than she could handle. Unfortunately, Reiko was far from done as he launched himself forward, and in an instant, quickly delivered a hard punch right in Dawn's stomach, which made her cry out in pain.

Dawn: Gaaahhh!!!

After getting punched right in the gut, Dawn tried her best to strike back at her brother as she started throwing punches at Reiko again, only for him to dodge his sister's punch and then quickly laid himself on the ground in order to double kick Dawn straight into the air. Then, Reiko performed a backflip maneuver in order to get back onto his feet and immediately flew straight into the air at such blazing speeds that he managed to get behind his sister and then performed a backwards somersault while also unleashing a devastating kick onto Dawn's back, sending her flying once again. Finally, Reiko teleported up into the air and then delivered a powerful double axe handle, knocking Dawn down to the ground, creating a large crater in the process.

Following this, Reiko began to gather up ki into his right hand as he then brought it close to his side and a bright, green-colored energy sphere with sparks of electricity surrounding the orb of energy suddenly materialized into thin air.

Reiko: Final Shine... ATTACK!!!

Then, as soon as shouted out the name of the attack, Reiko quickly thrusted his right arm forward and fired a large, powerful light-green colored energy wave from the palm of his hand as it flew straight towards Dawn, who was still trying to recover from Reiko's last combo attack. Once the energy blast made contact with the ground, a large green explosion was seen for miles on end as it caused a bunch of rocks and other debris to be sent flying in several different directions.

Once the smoke finally cleared, Reiko's usually stoic demeanor quickly faded as he saw that Dawn was no longer in the massive crater, suggesting that she managed to avoid getting hit by the blast.

Reiko: What?!!

Dawn: Behind you!

It was then where Dawn reappeared behind her brother and punched him right in the face as he got sent flying backwards, with Dawn immediately chasing after him. As the two Saiyans sailed through the air, Dawn started to unleash a flurry of punches and kicks that Reiko was forced to either block or dodge. Then, after managing to gain some distance between them, both Pürijas clashed at each other once again at such inhumane speeds that all could be seen were shockwaves which rang throughout the air like fireworks.

Then, shortly after they clashed one final time, Dawn went to strike Reiko with a roundhouse kick, but Reiko easily anticipated the attack by parrying it with his left arm before quickly going back on the offensive as he struck his younger sister with an uppercut using his right fist before quickly following it up with another uppercut by using his left fist and then teleported behind Dawn as he smacked her in the back of the head, which sent her flying back down to the ground with a double axe handle. After recovering from the previous attack, Dawn quickly got back on her feet and started firing a barrage of bright-green colored energy orbs from the palms of her hand as they all zoned in on the still airborne Reiko, which created a series of explosions that filled the sky, as well as completely obscuring the white-haired Saiyan's field of vision.

As soon as the smoke began to clear, Reiko emerged from the smoke as he dashed through the air before returning back down to the ground and then kicked Dawn right in the stomach with such immense force that she got sent flying backwards. Following this, Reiko simply folded both of his arms together and started looking down at his younger sister with an intense glare as she struggled to get back onto her feet, with the young female Saiyan breathing heavily.

Reiko: What's wrong? Already out of breath from my last attack? Hmph! And that was only from me "holding back"... That's all you'll get.

It wasn't long before Dawn successfully managed to stand on her two feet and immediately started gathering up energy for another energy-based attack, as she began putting her hands together in front of her body and then charged up a large, neon-green colored energy sphere. She then spreaded her arms out to her sides, which made the single sphere split into two separate energy orbs.

Dawn: Take THIS!!!

After she had finished shouting at the top of her lungs, Dawn quickly flung both of her arms forward in order to fire the energy spheres together which took the form of two large and powerful waves of green-colored energy at her older brother, who looked rather unfazed by the attack coming in his direction. Right before the attack could even connect with its intended target, Reiko simply rolled out of the way of the incoming blast and then dashed straight over towards his younger sister, who could only gasp in shock as she clearly did not have enough time to properly defend herself from her brother's assault.

Upon getting close to his sister, Reiko wasted absolutely no time as he punched Dawn in the face with a right hook and then with a left before immediately following it up with a strong knee directly to the stomach area, as he finished the combo off by punching Dawn far away, which sent her crashing into a nearby mountain as the female Pürija appeared to be half-way buried into the large rock formation.

Then, shortly after Dawn managed to detach herself from the wall, she landed back on the ground before immediately sitting on her behind as she started breathing heavily which clearly showed her exhaustion.

Dawn: Owww... That really hurt.

As soon as she was done complaining about the pain, the young female Saiyan immediately turned her attention over to her older brother as he appeared right in front of her with his arms folded and the permanent scowl which was still on his face as he stared at his younger sister before suddenly speaking up with rather low pitch in his voice.

Reiko: ... That's enough. We'll call it a day for now.

After helping his younger sister back on her feet, Reiko was about to make his back to the basilicom for a long afternoon nap. However, the white-haired Saiyan felt something tugging on his jacket as he then turned his head around to see that it was his own sister Dawn who was doing it, along with the young girl pouting at her brother which prompted Reiko to ask his sister a question.

Reiko: What?

Dawn: Don't "what" me! What's the big idea, big brother?!! I thought we agreed not to use energy blasts during our sparring session, but you broke your promise and used the Final Shine Attack on me!

As soon as Dawn was finished with her little rant, Reiko just stared at his younger sister with the signature deadpan expression on his face before quickly letting out a sigh and then answering his sister about what had happened during training.

Reiko: *Sigh* (Sonuva bitch...) And what if I did? Always expect the unexpected, especially in a fight. Besides, you tried to blast me all the way to kingdom come not too long ago, so you've got no reason to be lambasting me.

After speaking his peace, Dawn gasped in shock as Reiko's blunt, yet honest words managed to cut deep into her soul, with her pretending to get stabbed through the heart as she knew that he was speaking nothing but the truth.

Dawn: (I mean... He's not wrong there...)

Reiko: Hmph!

It was then where Dawn started speaking up once again, this time making Reiko actually turn his head around to listen to what exactly she had to say.

Dawn: But...! I'm really happy to have a cool big brother like you helping me train to get stronger.

Reiko said nothing as his amber-colored orbs simply stared directly at his sister, with her continuing to vocalize her appreciation towards the white-haired Saiyan.

Dawn: Yeah! I'm sure that if I keep on training with you, then I'll finally be able to become a Super Saiyan!

After she had finished talking about her goal in becoming just as strong as her brother and the other Saiyans, Reiko turned his head back around and spoke up once again, which actually made Dawn gasp a little bit.

Reiko: Is that so? ... ... We'll see about that...

Then, shortly after Reiko said those words, both he and his sister Dawn powered up as a pure, yet translucent, white-colored aura surrounded each of their bodies as the two Pürijas then flew off the ground and proceeded to make their way back to the Leanbox Basilicom.

The next scene then pans back over to the Lastation Basilicom as there were random pieces of important paperwork flying all around the room with Neptune desperately trying to grab each and every single piece of paper flying through the air.

Neptune: Whoopsie! Uh-oh!

It was then where Noire finally had enough of Neptune's clumsy antics and started yelling at the CPU of Planeptune.

Noire: Stop it! Your paper-touching privileges are revoked!

Neptune then stopped trying to catch some of the other paperwork that she dropped accidentally and started talking to Noire, who was a couple feet apart from where she was currently standing.

Neptune: What? But you said, and I quote: "A Goddess' first duty is taking care of paperwork"!

Noire: Yeah, "your" paperwork. Mine is sacred.

After she was done getting her point across, Noire tried to clean up Neptune's mess, which made the lilac-haired preteen look at the CPU of Lastation with a semi-annoyed expression on her face while she was still holding onto some pieces of paper.

Neptune: Lame. Ya know, you seriously need an attitude check.

Upon hearing this, Noire quickly got offensive and immediately turned her attention back over towards Neptune as she was not just going to let her sly comment go unchecked, but not before she picked up a random piece of paper off the ground.

Noire: What?! Oh no, you did NOT just say that to me.

Then, as soon as Noire had finished talking, IF suddenly spoke up which managed to catch both Noire and Neptune's attention over to the brown-haired girl as she casually raised her hand up in order to suggest an alternative to Neptune's CPU training.

IF: Umm... Do you have requests from the citizens to kill monsters or something like that? If you teach her to be a monster hunter, that might help her improve as a Goddess too.

Compa: Oh, good idea. And it'll keep her away from all those precious papers.

As soon as she heard IF's request, Noire placed two fingers underneath her chin and thought about it for a moment before she spoke up once again.

Noire: Hmm... Come with me.

Then, right after she told everyone to follow her, Noire was seen sitting at her desk and began searching on the internet trying to find any monster-slaying quests in Lastation that would be perfectly suitable for someone like Neptune to accomplish. As she, IF, and Compa all stared at the computer screen, Neptune started looking around Noire's office area as she admired all of the things that Noire clearly displayed around her desk, as well as on the walls like a child visiting the museum for the first time.

Eventually, after a bit of searching, Noire quickly came across a quest which seemed to have piqued her interest.

Noire: This is a good one. Here, take a look, and it's right near Planeptune as well.

After hearing what Noire had said about how the mission that she selected was the closest to her home nation, Neptune felt the need to address the massive elephant in the room.

Neptune: Wait, is that your not-so-subtle way of saying you want me to go home after this?

Noire then looked over at Neptune with the twin-tailed CPU giving her fellow CPU a very blunt answer to her own question.

Noire: I have a job to do. Of course I want you gone.

Upon hearing Noire's incredibly blunt answer, Neptune could not help but say something in response to the black-haired young woman.

Neptune: Wow, talk about rude. I seriously can't help but think that you're embarrassed of me or something.

Noire: Oh, would you just be quiet?! ... *Sigh* I think I'm beginning to regret helping you out.

Unfortunately for Noire, Neptune clearly did not hear her complaints as the scene then shifts over to an overview shot of the Lastation Basilicom as the lilac-haired goddess of Planeptune announced her intentions to the rest of the group.

Neptune: Okey dokey guys, let's go do some monster-hunting!

Noire: Right! ... ... I mean shut up! Why are you acting like the leader all of a sudden?!

With their current objective now at the center of their minds, Neptune, along with Noire, Nepgear, Uni, IF and Compa all began making preparations to head out and complete the monster-slaying quest for the sake of improving Neptune's proficiency as a CPU.

But little did they all know of what was about to be in store for the young ladies as things were starting to become a whole lot more interesting.
