3rd P.O.V (City)

Y/N: Hiah!

You swinged Tempest at a giant dragon and it flinched in pain. The girls were behind you ready to support you when needed.

Y/N: Vert, it's all yours!

Vert: Leave it to me! Kinestra Slash!

Vert dashed forward and passed through the dragon. She made a stop and multiple slashes appeared on the dragon's body. The dragon couldn't take anymore hits making it disappear. You walked towards the rest of the group and they made their weapon disappear into thin air. Luna didn't revert back although there were no one nearby thanks to the monster that scared them away.

Y/N: Good job out there girls.

Neptune: All we've been doing was hunting monsters recently. And they just keep appearing one after another.

Noire: We don't have much of a choice. Our Oracles are doing their best in maintaining our nations but not for long.

Blanc: That's why we have to find the catalyst of this phenomenon and fast.

Y/N: Right. Another reason is because the town's annual festival is coming too.

Nepgear: Festival?

Y/N: It's a tradition this town has. We wear kimonos and walk around the streets enjoying the stalls they have setted up. We don't want monsters rampaging in while we're having our fun.

Neptune: Still, these monsters are endless.

Y/N: That's what you think but the monsters' spawning rate has been decreasing lately.

Ram: That means our hard work is paying off.

Rom: Yay...

The group celebrated this tiny step towards their goal. You all decided to return back to your house since there's quite a few things to do before the festival starts.

Timeskip (L/N Residence)

The festivities is just a day away. But you couldn't find the clothes for it. It's not a necessity but you thought it would be better if you all didn't stand out too much wearing your normal clothes. You had yours from last year so you're out of the list.

While wondering where to order a kimono at this time, you were given a surprise visit by two person you did not expect.

Mom & Dad: SURPRISE!!! Look who's here!

You all who were seated at the living room stared at them in surprise. What surprised you though was how they were able to come in all of a sudden. They didn't have the password nor the keys to enter.

Y/N: How in the name of hell did you guys come in here?!

Dad: Plot purposes!

Y/N: What the fuck...

Neptune: I feel like I'm losing my purpose...

At least your parents didn't mind your foul mouth. They brought along a big luggage bag coloured in blue. They entered the house as if they were the ones who owned it. The rest of you just kept staring at them in shock.

Mom: Don't just stare at us. We've brought something special for the girls.

The girls looked at each other first wondering what they had in store for them before going to your mom. She opened the luggage and and in there was kimonos.

Mom: I remembered tomorrow was the day our town held the festival. Since you girls are still new to this world and my son is a little bit useless...

Y/N: I'm right here you know.

Mom: I prepared this during my free time.

They looked at it before taking the ones they prefer. There were a lot. Not too mention in many sizes and designs.

Y/N: In that one bag was filled with this only?

Dad: Don't make it sound like it's a bad thing.

Y/N: That's not my intention. I thought you guys were so busy with work you wouldn't remember these kind of things.

Mom: We may be working but when it's about my son and his girlfriend, there's no way we could forget.

Y/N: R-Right...

You looked at them a little bit disappointed but smiled not long after that. The girls were excited including Luna. They began planning while you fiddled with ARC's system.

Timeskip (Town's Streets)

Finally, the day had come. The festival began in the night where the moon shined in the sky illuminating even the darkest of areas. You were walking alongside the girls who were wearing beautiful kimonos.

Neptune was wearing purple with violet sakuras as its pattern and a maroon sash.

Noire now wears translucent blue ribbons with tiny flower patterns. Her kimono is light blue and has blue flowers for its pattern and a dark blue sash.

Vert wears light green with a few portions of her kimono being white that blends with the green. Her patterns consists of geometrical shaped flowers and wears a dark purple sash.

Blanc picked orange for her kimono with the pattern being dark orange fishes. Instead of wearing a hat, she wore a big orange bow with tiny yellow flowers as the pattern, behind her head. Also, her sash is in yellow and black.

Nepgear's kimono was plain pink with no patterns whatsoever. Her hairpin changed from the D-Pads to a sunflower with a white ribbon below it.

Uni wore black with multiple flowers and petals in the colours of pink, purple and violet. Her ribbons has changed to pearls and pink petals while the sash was in pink.

Rom and Ram had the same flower pattern but Rom's colour was red flowers and light blue for the fabric. Ram's colour was pink for the fabric and blue flowers. The both of them tied their hairs in a ponytail using an identical red ribbon. Their sash is also identical. It is in red colour with leaves for its pattern. There's a tiny blue line in the middle of the sash with a gold fabric coming out from on top of the sash.

Luna wore a simple white kimono with light blue linings that matches her hair. You wore your favourite F/C with F/C F/P kimono.

Neptune: Wow, it's crowded!

The path to the stalls were filled with people. There's still room for movements but getting lost is what worried you. Unable to control their excitement, both Neptune and Ram charged into the crowd.

Rom: Wait for me Ram...

Blanc: Ah, wait you two.

Nepgear: Onee-chan, it's dangerous to go run off like that.

Starting by Rom to Blanc and lastly Nepgear, the three of them charged into the crowd. You laughed weakly before continuing to walk together with Vert, Noire, Luna and Uni.

Uni: Are they going to be fine?

Y/N: Who knows...

Neptune: You guys are way too slow! Come here already!

Noire: At least now we know they're fine.

Neptune was waving at you indicating she found something that has piqued her interest. From afar, you could see she was at a Kingyo Sukui (goldfish scooping) stall.

Y/N: You want to try this out?

Neptune: Yup! Your mom and dad said if we manage to catch a whole bunch of them they'll build a pond for them.

Y/N: (Yes... Anything for the girls...)

Blanc: Then should we make it interesting?

Noire: I read you. You want to compete on who can catch the most fish right?

Puns not intended.

Blanc: We also only get one try too.

Vert: Bring it on.

Even you agreed on this competition and wanted to join in. You paid the woman for 10 people and she gave everyone 1 Poi and a bowl each.
(A Poi is a scoop which is used for this game. It uses a thin washi paper that can be easily torn when contacted with water.)

You went first and you managed to get one but the paper tore and the fish returned to its water.

Y/N: That's too bad...

Neptune: Nepu!

Neptune caught one too but the fish flailed around exuberantly and it too returned to its water.

Noire: Hehe, caught one!

Noire managed to catch one but the second she puts the Poi back into the water, the paper tore. Luna managed to catch one too but the Poi tore the same way like Noire's. Vert caught two only, the same with Nepgear. Uni caught three the same for Blanc. But Rom and Ram was tied with 5 fish.

Ram: Alright!

Rom: Looks like we won...

You gathered all the fish into one tiny aquarium box and the woman bid you all farewell.

Neptune: Hmm... What else...

You looked around and saw a Shateki (Gun shooting) stall.

Y/N: How about we do that?

You pointed at it and Uni almost immediately challenged you to a competition. With no reason to reject, you accept and head to the stall. The man there was quite big but talked to all of you with a friendly tone.

Man: Hehe, not bad young man. To be followed by 9 beautiful girls you must be something.

Y/N: Let's get to the game...

You were slightly blushing when he said that.

Man: Hahaha! Alright, if you girls want to join him, feel free to do so.

The ones who joined with you after his invitation are Uni, Noire, Nepgear and Vert. The man took out 5 rifles and gave you all 3 corks each after you had payed him. He gave a brief explanation on how to play beforehand.

Uni: Hehe, let it be fake or real I'm making every shot count!

Before they began shooting, one of the prizes took an interest in Luna. She pulled your kimono to ask you something.

Luna: Can I have that?

She pointed at the round fluffy doll. It has a round body, two black eyes, a mouth, 4 tiny legs, two long ears resembling rabbits, a fluffy-looking tail and a teal gem on the forehead. You agreed to it but proved to be difficult as it is quite small. You fired the first and it completely missed.

Uni: What are you aiming at?

Y/N: That fluffy looking doll.

You pointed at it and the man saw this.

Man: Ah, not a bad choice. It's popular among kids who likes cute things. I take it is for the white kimono girl?

Luna nodded and the man smirked.

Man: I warn you it's not easy.

Y/N: We'll get it in 3 shots.

Man: I like your spirit.

Vert: Don't worry Luna, I'll get it for you.

You all aimed at that one tiny doll and fired at it. Most of it missed, one just grazed it.

Noire: One more time.

You all fired at it once more but it all went flying away from the doll.

Man: One shot left. Make it count.

You took aim and a deep breath. Everyone had shot theirs with Uni being able to push it slightly only. You focused so hard you were surprised by a voice.

Neptune(HDD): <whisper> You can do it.

Y/N: Woah!

You accidentally pulled the trigger but miraculously it actually hit the doll and it fell. The man clapped for you and took the doll to give it to you. You accepted with a drop of sweat trickling down your face from Purple Heart's voice. You felt the softness of the doll and it charmed you for awhile.

Uni: Isn't that for Luna?

Y/N: R-Right.

You gave it to Luna and you turned back to see Neptune is still in her human form.

Neptune: Why are you looking at me like that?

Y/N: Nothing... (That's weird. I swear I heard Purple Heart's voice...)

Neptune: (Hehe... My planned worked!)

You just shrugged it off. Luna who was already infatuated with the doll happily smiled. While walking, you remembered something.

Y/N: (Didn't I gave Luna a teddy bear a few months ago?)

You remembered when the Dolphin came, she completely forgotten about it after transforming into the 6 blades. Not like it matters.

You all spent the day trying masks, eating Ringo-ame, (an apple coated with crunchy candy or toffee) cotton candy and chocolate bananas. You played some other games too like the ring toss and watched a few cultural dance. But the festival saved its best for last. You were at a place with noone nearby.

Y/N: It's almost time... Alright girls, let me bring you somewhere. Vert...

You whispered to Vert and she understood your plan. Vert transformed to Green Heart and she asks everyone to do the same. They wondered what it was but followed. Luna became the 6 swords and floated around you. Vert took you by the hand and carried you up to the sky. They all followed you and Vert to the lookout.

Y/N's P.O.V (Lookout)

We landed as soon as we reached the lookout where Vert and I went on our date. Everyone looked at the small but bright town, mesmerized by it. They all reverted back to normal along with Luna. The wind picked up as they watched the town. But the main reason I brought them here is about to begin. In one minute, we all heard a whistling sound.

Ram: What's that?

A tiny light was seen flying towards the sky. Once it reached the clouds, it exploded into many colourful lights.

Blanc: Fireworks...

More came up to the sky and illuminated it with variations of colour and explosion. The girls looked at it in awe as more lights brightened the dark sky.

Nepgear: Beautiful...

The thundering noise and bright lights captured everyone's attention. But my vision was suddenly blocked by a call from F/N. I picked it up and heard his voice.

F/N: Yo, Y/N. I need a little help with something. I know the fireworks are not to be missed but this is quite urgent.

Y/N: Alright. I'll be there.

F/N: Thanks a lot.

The call ended and I was slightly disappointed I had to stop now. But he did say it was urgent so I walked down the stairs without telling anyone because I don't want them to be bothered.

(Town's Streets)

I walked down the streets while admiring the beautiful fireworks display.

Seth: It's been a while hasn't it...

I turned behind quickly when I heard the voice of the demon.

Seth: Y/N L/N.

There he was standing.

Seth: Hehehe...

The man whom I thought was dead.

Y/N: Seth?
