3RD POV

The morning light of the sun hits a young man with black hair with a neon stripe wearing a purple scarf, mostly black clothes, headphones, and neon-colored shoes causing him to wake up. This young man is known as Y/N Hatsune.

Y/N: *Image below* Ugh, another day, huh?

Y/N gets up from bed and goes to make himself breakfast. Once in the kitchen, he gets a bowl, milk, sugar, and cornflakes. He proceeds to pour the milk into the bowl and then heats it in the microwave until he spots his sibling.

Miku: Morning, little bro.

Y/N: Morning, sis.

The microwave goes off, and Y/N goes to get his bowl and pours the cereal into it before getting a spoonful of sugar and pouring it into the cereal. Miku makes her breakfast while Y/N watches some YouTube videos before getting a notification that a new game has been released.

Y/N: Oh snap.

Miku: What's wrong?

Y/N: A new game was released today and it might be the new Neptunia game: Sisters Vs Sisters.

Miku: *Giggles* You really love the Neptunia franchise, do you little bro?

Y/N had a small blush on his cheek. You see, Y/N is into the Hyperdimension Neptunia Franchise but kids at his school make fun of it because they say that the Neptunia games are girls but he doesn't care. But he has made a lot of friends because of Neptunia like Benjamin and B3.

Y/N: *Chuckles but is still blushing* W-well, I can't say I LOVE the Neptunia series but it holds a special place in my heart. Anyway, gotta go.

Y/N goes out the door and goes to his local store to buy the new Neptunia game before running into some familiar faces.

Softie: Y/N!

B3: Over here, man!

Y/N runs towards his friends with a smile on his face. The girl caught Y/N's eyes since he'd never seen her before.

???: Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Taeyai, but most people call me Yai.

Y/N: Nice to meet you, Yai. I'm Y/N Hatsune.

Softie: Did you see that Idea Factory finally released Sisters Vs Sisters today?

Y/N: Yeah, once I got the notification, I bolted out of the door.

B3: Ya know, I'm ready to teach that old hag Arfoire another lesson.

Y/N: Whatever you say, B3. I was actually on my way to the video game store, you guys wanna come with me?

Softie/B3/Taeyai: Of course!

The four friends were walking to the video game store. While they were walking, B3 tried to embarrass Y/N by saying his scarf was so soft that anyone could fall asleep while wearing it.

Y/N: THAT IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT TRUE, B3 AND YOU KNOW IT!!

B3: Jeez dude, I was kidding...mostly.

Y/N wanted to say something before shaking his head in disapproval. Y/N pulled out his phone to play some tunes while walking.

Y/N started bopping his head to the beat like his girlfriend does when he's in a rap battle. He even started to sing some of the lyrics in his head. After a few minutes, the group stopped at their destination as Y/N's song was ending. They entered the store and started searching for the new Neptunia game but found three copies, meaning one person wouldn't have the game. Y/N looked at Taeyai who was unsure what to do until he handed her his copy of the game causing her to be shocked.

Taeyai: *Shocked* Y-Y/N, are you-.

Y/N: Hey, you deserve to try out this game. I'll just wait for it to be restocked.

Store Owner: Hey, you're Y/N Hatsune, correct?

Y/N: Uh yeah, that's me.

Store Owner: Well, I see that you like the Neptunia games so much that you're willing to allow others to experience the game.

Y/N: Well, yeah. Where are you going with this?

Store Owner: Well, I found this one day in my mailbox.

Y/N's POV

The Store Owner got out a strange but familiar console from the counter.

Y/N: Is that...?

Store Owner: Yep, a replica of the Planeptune console.

Y/N: How much does it cost?

Store Owner: Well, I've sold this thing many times but folks say it doesn't work so right now, about ten bucks.

That's...surprisingly cheap. But that's a bit sus, but hey, if it doesn't work for me, at least it will look like a cool display.

Y/N: I'll buy it.

I gave the store owner the ten bucks and he handed me the console, I was kinda freaking out because it's a replica of the console Neptune plays within the anime. I said my goodbyes to my friend and was walking home before calling my girlfriend.

Y/N: Hey, babe.

???: Hey, Y/N. What's up?

Y/N: I got something that will freak you out.

???: Really, what is it?

Y/N: Come over to my house and I will show you if I told you now you wouldn't believe me.

???: I'll be there soon.

Y/N: Sweet!

She hung up as I was just opening the door, I noticed that Miku had already left for work. I got out the Planeptune console and started hooking it up to my TV, surprisingly it uses HDMI cables which was good.

*Knock* *Knock*

Y/N: Coming!

I opened the door and saw my girlfriend: Sarah Dearest.

Sarah: Hey, Y/N.

Y/N: Hey, babe. Come in.

Sarah entered my home, spotted the console, and gained a shocked expression.

Sarah: Is that...

Y/N: The console from the Neptunia anime? Yep, it is.

Sarah: That's amazing! I wonder what games we can play on it.

I chuckle at this. Sarah and I are hardcore gamers and a musical duo, so we spend most of our time making music but we do have time for games. I turned on the console but nothing happened.

Y/N: Damnit.

Sarah: Aw, that's a shame. I was hoping to see how it works.

Suddenly, the TV turned on and it had a bright white screen. Confused, Sarah and I walked towards it. Suddenly, our hands started sinking into the screen. Everything fades to black.

???'s POV Location: Cave

I was doing some quests in the cave under the Virtua Forest until I noticed a neon glow coming from deep in the cave.

???: Huh? That's strange.

I go to investigate to find a guy with neon green hair unconscious, he has a pulse so I pick him up and start my way to the Basilicom so Compa can make sure he's really ok. I can't deny that he looks kinda cute.
