"We should really trust him?" Nat asks Steve.

"Yes, he needs help, but if anything seems wrong about him we will turn him into SHIELD immediately." Steve turns back to Bucky "you said his name was Peter Parker?"

Bucky nods and heads towards the bathroom.

"FRIDAY, background check on Peter Parker," Steve says.

"Of course sir... Peter Parker, parents died when he was six in a plane crash. He lived with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May for a year before he was kidnapped by HYDRA."

"He was only seven and he's a teenager now. How old?" Nat asks.

"I'd say about 15 or 16," Steve says.

"I'm sure he can't be that dangerous, he's only young", Nat says.

"That's true but no one knows how long he's been trained for, by what we know he could probably beat me in a fight," Steve says.

"Indeed he can," Bucky interrupts. Steve and Natasha turn around to see Bucky standing at the stairs. "HYDRA knew if they started hurting him from a young age he would cooperate and turn into their weapon. They had him mind controlled and he started missions at the age of ten, even then he was close to killing people. Who knows what he could do now."

"Obviously a lot, so we need to give him a better chance at life and we need to help him. We will get FRIDAY to watch over him and make sure he doesn't do anything that makes us regret having him here. But if we do catch him in an act, we will send him to SHIELD," Steve explains.

Little did he know Spider was outside listening to everything. He waits a little longer so it didn't seem suspicious that it didn't take long to bring Tony back.

After he times around ten minutes he walks back in.

"He needs medical attention," Spider says, making his breaths seem heavy. "Where's your lab?"

"W-we call it a med bay here Peter, here give him to me and I'll get our doctor to come," Steve says.

"Peter?" Spider whispers.

"Yeah, that's your name," Steve smiles.

Peter has to play along. He knows that isn't his name, but he doesn't want to be caught. "I like it."

Steve smiles and takes Tony from Peter's hands.

"I-I can assist him," Peter says. "I learnt how to do first aid just in case I needed it for my team," Peter says sadly.

"About your team, would they be in trouble right now," Steve asks.

"Yep, they wanted to get out of there just as much I did. Who knows what's happening to them right now," Peter says.

Steve looks down at him with a sad expression and not knowing what to say.

"But I'm willing to help you, so uhh where's your lab?" Peter asks.

"First of all, it's called a med bay and second FRIDAY take our guest, Peter, to the med bay please," Steve says.

"Okay," FRIDAY says, which makes Peter jump.

"A talking room, cool," Peter says as FRIDAY leads Peter to the med bay.

Peter lays Tony down on a bed. He connects him to a heart monitor and starts searching for bandages and bandaids.

'Why am I doing this? I don't want to help them, but I have to. Maybe I should kill them all right now, no. I have to earn their trust' Peter was thinking to himself while wrapping Tony's wounds. 'But I miss my friends. I need to finish this mission quickly' Peter sighs.

"Done," he mutters to him self and sits on a chair that is in the corner.

•HQ first floor•

Steve and Natasha watch Peter through the cameras to make sure nothing bad is happening.

"He actually helped," Natasha says.

"That's true but we don't know if it's part of a backup plan," Steve states.

"Maybe if we test him. We set up different events and he does what he can to show us we can trust him," Natasha suggests.

"I guess we can try that," Steve replies.

"We WILL try it because I don't trust him," Natasha says.

Steve laughs a little, "well, I'm hungry. Let's make something."

"CAKE! LETS MAKE CAKE!" Clint yells ever so happily.

"Shut up Barton, why are you so loud," Sam says.

"SQUARK SQUARK MOTHERF*CKER!" Clint yells louder.

"LANGUAGE!" Steve shouts.

•HQ med bay•

'Why are they so loud' Peter thinks to himself.

He rolls his eyes and continues to sit on the chair.

•2 hours•

Tony opens his eyes. He wakes up confused and sore.

"F*ck," He groans.

"Little hurt there?" Peter says. Tony's eyes shoot in his direction.

"Who are you?" Tony asks.

"Peter."

"Why are you here?" Tony asks.

"You needed medical attention," Peter simply answers.

Tony notices the spider tattoo and the tattoo on his forehead. "WAIT NO! Your that spider fricken guy! What are you doing here! Get out, I'll call the avengers and you will be locked up forever. Hope you have fun in jail bitch."

Peter rolls his eyes. "Steve and I made a deal. if I bring you home, which I have, he will make sure I don't go back to HYDRA. Fricken torture hell hole."

"So that's why you're helping me? Just so you don't have to go back? We shouldn't help you. I don't want to and I'll make sure no one else does," Tony says.

"I swear to fricken god I'll drop you back at HYDRA," Peter yells.

"I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!" Tony shouts.

"BE GRATEFUL!" Peter yells.

"Okay okay okay, what is going on in here!" Steve yells.

"Why'd you let him in the head quarters? He shot me!" Tony complains.

"He didn't, it was his friend. Plus we made a deal," Steve says.

"I don't care about the deal! Send him back they tried to kill me!" Tony argues.

"Tony, He brang you back here and away from HYDRA. He helped you so the best we can do is try to help help him too. Give him a chance, plus I already warned him that if he tries to do anything stupid he will be turned in at SHIELD," Steve explains.

Tony stops speaking for a minute before finally starting his voice up again "fine, but if he tried to kill one of us, it's not going to be me because I'm going to be in my armour yelling I told you so."

Steve rolls his eyes "on the other hand, how are you feeling? Can you get up?"

Tony sits up "little sore but I'll be fine."

"Good because Thor is visiting," Steve says.

"Why?" Tony asks.

Steve sighs "Tony he comes here once a month, what problem must you have with him?"

"I don't have a problem, just wondering."

Tony gets up with the help of Steve and start walking up stairs. Peter follows behind them.

"Who's Thor?" Peter asks.

"Y-you don't know who thor is??" Tony asks.

"I mean I did come from a place that only tought us 'hail HYDRA'," Peter replies.

"Fair point, wait till he gets here and we'll introduce you to him. Oh and he is the god of lightning so don't try anything," Tony says.

Peter mentally rolls his eyes, 'could easily win in a fight'.

"Friends!" A loud voice shouts.

"Hey Thor," Steve says.

"Who's the child?" Thor asks.

"That's Peter," Steve replies. Thor smiles at Peter and Peter smiled back.

"Hello fellow mortals," another voice says.

"Wait, whoa whoa whoa! Why'd you bring him?" Tony says, obviously annoyed.
