"So you're the wife?" Clint asked as she got them to the surface and sighed seeing forest in all directions.

"Problem kid?" She asked as she cursed under her breath.

"Um no im just shocked.... Are you okay?" Clint asked as she hair was turning gray.

"Grace?" Bucky asked as she sighed.

"James get out of here I will hold them off, my origins are failing. I haven't been in water for seventy years and I need to be in water in the next hour or I'm dead. I don't smell water so your best chance is to leave me here," she informed as she closed the hatch quickly. Hydra agents started yelling and tried to open the hatch as Grace held it shut.

"I cant loose you again, we have friends comming we can take you to a body of water or we have something that can hold water to keep you in until we head back to base," bucky paused as he went to her side to hold the hatch shut.

"James I love you and I don't want them to hurt you again so go! You have me the best years of my life and I won't forget that. But james I need you to go I don't want your friends to end up like us. Please," she begged.

"We do this together or not at all Grace, you are my wife and no matter what i promised you to be next to you threw it all!" He said as Steve and clint had enough of this.

Clint grabbed Grace by her waist and lifted her off the hatch and steve grabbed bucky.

"We need to..." Steve paused as they were surrounded by armed hydra agents.

"No..." Grace said as shestarted coughing up blood and the leader smerked.

"Still a fish out of water huh?" He asked with a smile.

"I won't let you touch them!" She growled angerly.

"Your powers aren't strong enough to get us all, plus you are dying Grace. Wouldn't you like to live a little bit longer I will even let you keep your boyfriend and the memories you two made," he said as she hissed at them.

"Go to hell!" She growled as used her powers and killed every single armed guard. There bodies exploded and grace fell to the ground.

"Grace?!" Bucky yelled as he went to her side and checked for a pulse but there wasnt one.

"Grace come on dont give up on me yet i know your tired and weak but we can get threw this alright I know we can!" He said as he tried to bring her back.

"Bucky we got company!" Steve yelled as more hydra agents came after were comming threw the forest.

"Batter up!" Tony hollared as he threw a tree in the Hydra's direction.

"You three are such idiots tell me why i shouldn't kill you three myself?!" Nat asked Bucky finnaly felt a pulse.

"Wow so this is what Germany looks like, this forest is awsome!" Peter smiled as Steve protected peter from getting hit by a bullet.

"Hey who is that?" Peter asked as as he quickly knocked out a hydra agent.

"My wife, dont ask we need to get her to a body of water fast and don't ask about that either right now we need to get the hell out of here!" Bucky yelled as explosions started to go off. Everyone got back on the plane they came in and Grace started to turn grey. Her hair started to turn grey quickly and her skin started to peel.

"Tony she isnt going to make it we need to get to a body of water now!" Clint said as bucky was trying his best to slow down ehat ever was happaning to her by wetting towls with water and putting them on her but it wasnt working. Nothing was.

"If we land we might not make it back to base," he informed.

"Not again! Grace! Just a little bit longer come on! I know you can do it!" Buck frantically said as he had to CPR on her for the second time in her.

"Mr. Stark she stoped breathing!" Peter yelled as he started panicking.

"Bucky stop i feel a pulse!" Steve said as it disappeared again.

"We need to go to a lake now!" Steve yelled as he looked down at Nat and sighed.

"Nat where is the closest lake?" Tony asked as she saw one just a couple hundred yards away.

"Ten minutes," nat informed as Tony went to Grace and sighed.

"Who is she anyway?"  He asked as Bucky sighed.

"Its a long story," Steve said as he tried to help bucky move her but her skin started cracking and peeling off as soon as he touched it.

"We have ten minutes," he said as Bucky kept making sure she was breathing as nat headed to the man made lake.

Clint and steve tried to explain some of it while bucky explained the rest of it. Shocking everyone including Steve who couldnt belive that he had been druged so much he was in a dream in a dream.

"Wife... I cant belive she is your wife, a man eating killing machine that needs water in order to live. You basically married a fish!" Tony informed as peter, steve, Nat, and clint looked at him annoyed.

"What it's true!" He put in as they landed in a clear open area.

"Okay slowly, her skin will grow back but the more she loses the longer it will take for her to recover," he explained as Steve helped bucky move to a gurny and helped him head outside with her. They set her in the water slowly and steve quickly backed off as her legs turned into a pail colored tail.

"Well thats a good sign hopefully we dont run into trouble," bucky said as peter smiled.

"Mermaids are real!" Peter shouted seeing the color in her tail return slowly and her gray hair turning blond again.

"We got company!" Nat yelled as she could see heat signatures on her raidar.

"Well Grace this will have to do until we get to a second body of water and hopefully home sorry," he said as he picked her up and carried her back on the ship with Steve fallowing close behind him.

Four months later..........

"Happy birthday!" Steve smiled as thor nearly plowed Bucky down with a hug.

"Thanks guys, for everything," Bucky smiled as Loki looked absolutely annoyed.

"I hate earth customes, I would rather it be Halloween or what ever it is then I could actually be my self in public!" Loki growled.

"Oh no poor baby Loki so angry!" Grace mocked as she gave him a tight hug.

"I hate every single one of you but mostly you! You sarcastic fish!" Loki hissed.

"I wouldn't have it any other way, you cold hearted slithering serpent," she mused as he smiled.

"That is the nicest thing you have ever said to me," he chuckled as she she took the present he got for bucky away from him.

"You better open my present first!" Tony yelled from the kitchen.

"Actully wife trumps you sorry!" Bucky hollard back as she handed hom a small box.

"But mine is awsome!" He informed.

He unwrapped the box and Loki smiled. He didnt do anything to it but he knew what was inside and has been helping hide  it for for the past two and a half months. Well ever since he saw Grace eat an entire ham in under five minutes.

Bucky opened it and looked up at her shocked.

"What?!" He shouted as she nodded.

"Your pregnant?!" He shouted as she nodded.

"Well with the amount of sessions we have had since I got unfrozen it was about time," she chuckled as he huged her tightly.

"You are the reason we cant have the kid here at night!" Tony informed as she smiled.

"Also the reason why you had to get eight diffrent beds and finnaly had to make one that was me proof," she laughed as steve swallowed hard.

"Well good thing that I got you this so we dont have to hear you any more," Tony said as he gave him a set of keys.

"Your new house by the ocean, enjoy. Its also close to here so you two better not be late but you were an hour late yesterday and you were in the building!" He informed annoyed.

"Not my fault i had the munches and couldnt stop eatting everything!" She put in as she smiled and bucky now knew it wasnt a dream. He finnaly had what he had been missing his whole life.
