(Violet's POV)

Something was coming.

I didn't know exactly what was coming, but I could hear it lumbering through the forest like a rhino with no horn.

There were Hybrid Center guards with it. And they were coming to find us.

I snapped my wings open, and shot up into the sky. I saw Darcy flying with her tail, doing flips.

"DARCY!" I shouted. She stopped her flip, and looked at me. "FIND JAMES AND ALLIE, QUICK!!" The Hybrid Center Guards are coming!

Her eyes widened, and she dropped to the ground, pushed off the grass, and sped off in search of Allie and James.

I turned, and flew as fast as I could to the weapons wall. Dan was there, practicing with a katana.

"DAN!" I yelled. He saw me, and stopped. "THE GUARDS ARE COMING, WE HAVE TO GO!" He nodded, and put the katana in his belt.

We weren't going back that easily.
