Dawn flew towards the flaming building. There was a loud crash and a large, male, dragonet ran out. "HEY!" She called out. The dragonet looked about her age with deep blue and black scales like her scales. His head wiped around and he saw her flying to him. He flew up into the sky to hide.

Is he like me? Dawn wondered, flying into the sky. I need to find him. He may be my only hope.

Who are you? The voice in her head from earlier said.

Meet me on the ground and I will tell you. She answered. They both flew to the ground. "I'm Dawn." She said.

"Twilight." He said. They talked about the SandWing guards that killed their parents. They were both hybrids. It slowly turned from night to sunrise. Both their scales changed color to match the sky above them. "Let's find more crossbreeds." He said.

They flew to a small beach to see an odd looking SandWing, but he didn't look like them. Finally, after what seemed like weeks of searching, they came across two other dragons like them.

"My name is Sunset." The male dragon said.

"My name is Sunrise." The female dragon said. "We are siblings."

They flew off together. After months of searching they found two more girls and two more boys. The boys were named Dusk and Sunlight. The girls were named Light and Star.

Later that night, Twilight came to Dawn. "We will make a new tribe." He said. "We will call them the DawnWings. And you will be Queen. We will live together. And I-I love you."

Dawn opened her mouth to say something but wing beats sounded in the distance. Large SandWings were flying to them. The DawnWings fled and went to a far away island. There were many strange dragons there, so they stayed. They populated their kingdom and Dawn ruled as Queen for a long, long time. Her daughter, Celestial killed her and took the throne. Radiant didn't want the throne and let Celestial's dragonets kill her.
