Suddenly everyone woke up, you quickly sat up and saw them dripping wet

""I saw it. I know where it is."

"We passed it. There's-there's a stump... this huge tree-- well, it's not huge anymore, it was cut down-- but it's still big, though! Very big"

"It was the night we were looking for the body--"

" Yeah, the same night you were bitten by Peter."

"I knew there was something wrong in that forest!" You said

"I was there, too, in the car with my mother. We almost hit someone."

" It was me and y/n, you almost hit us!We can find it."

You looked at them a bit weary

"..What?"

"You guys were out a long time.."

"How long is a long time?"

"...Sixteen hours." Says Deaton

"We've been in the water for sixteen hours???"

" And the full moon rises in less than four." You said

Stiles then turned to Scott

"No, dude-- you are not going back with them."

"I made a deal with Deucalion-"

" Does anyone else think that sounds a lot like a deal with the devil?"

"Why does it matter, anyway?"

" Because I still don't think that we can beat Jennifer without their help."

" He trusts you more than anyone-tell him he's wrong."

Deaton looked at you and then Scott

"I'm not sure he trusts me more than someone.. but he is-"

"Right.. he can use Deucalion, people sometimes have to make alliances with their enemies.. " you said

"So, we're gonna trust him-- the guy that calls himself "Death, Destroyer of Worlds"-- we're gonna trust that guy?"

"Y/n is onto something, I wouldn't trust him, no. But, you could use him to your advantage. Deucalion may be the enemy, but he could also be the bait."

"I don't trust Deucalion either. But we need him as a bit of bait." You smirked

That's when the bell for the door rang

"I'm looking for Lydia."

"What do you want?"

"I need your help."

" With what?" Asked Stiles

" Stopping my brother and Kali..From killing Derek."

You were on a three way call with stiles and Scott

S: Just grab anything.Stiles, I'm not smelling your dad's boxers."

S; what about socks ?

S: Socks? Okay, I'll smell the socks.

Y: how about-

S; give him an underwear of your aunt-

S & y; STILES !

Y; your a sick boy. I'll give you a shirt literally never takes it off.

S; that's fine I'll see you guys.

Everyone clicked. Scott went about as he was looking around as was Isaac and Allison

"What about me?"

"See what you can find in my dad's closet. Anything with the strongest scent."

As they went into the office there stood three men, two officers and one who held an FBI badge.

"Quite the arsenal your father's got here, young lady...Scott."

"What are you doing here?" Asked Scott

"Following one of the only leads I have. Now, since I don't know where you've been, why don't you have a seat, and we can talk?You, too, Isaac."

Isaac came from the corner

".How do you know my name?"

"Your name's one of the few things I know. To be honest, the rest of what's going on around here has me stumbling in the dark, even over the smallest clue."

" If you're trying to tell me that you don't have a clue, I learned that a long time ago." Remarked Scott

"I'm really hoping to avoid the embarrassment of dragging my own son into an interrogation room. Really hoping. Anyone else with you? Your girlfriend ?"

"Girlfriend ?"

"Yeah y/n l/n I'm surprised you two aren't together."

"What makes you say that?"

"Because Scott you had the biggest crush on her I thought by now you'd finally ask her out."

Allison looked at Scott as he did the same.

"I'm not gonna lie, I'm more than a little disturbed-- not only by the number of missing parents, but the fact that it's Stiles' father, your father, y/n aunt and your mother."

" Mine are both dead."

" Save the cliched teenage apathy for your high school teachers."

"The three of you know more than you're saying, and I'm fully willing to keep you here all night if I have to."

*timeskip*

You felt your head hurting a bit as you stood there with Allison, Isaac, Scott.

"Your dad was there ? Oh my god."

"I know I didn't know what to say to him... I couldn't come up with anything.But what you did? That was awesome!"

That Allison managed to pull a smoke grenade on them

"I still haven't gotten anything from Stiles. You?"

"I don't get it."

"All right. Well, we can't wait for him. Come on."

"I think something happened not a while ago my head started to hurt-"

"Cutting it a little close, aren't we, Scott?"

You all then see Deucalion.

"Lavender.. your here."

"I had to come. If we plan on beating Jennifer. "

"I'm sorry We got a little delayed. Where are the others?"

"Occupying themselves with other pursuits..."

"So, it's just you, y/n and me against her?"

" I think you'll be surprised what a good team we make."

"Okay...Get Stiles, and get to the root cellar, okay? We'll keep Jennifer away long enough for you to get them out of there."

" How are you gonna do that?"

"I have a plan."

Scott smiled at you.

*meanwhile*

"You did this for me?" Asked Derek

The body of Kali with shards of glass in her was found and the body of the twins as well

" For us. For anyone who's ever been their victim."

"Stop talking to me like a politician! Stop trying to convince me of your cause!"

"Fine. I'll convince you of someone else's-Scott's. You can save his mother, Stiles' father, y/n aunt-"

"What? You took her aunt?!" Growled Derek

As he took a menacing step forward Jennifer stepped back

"I need a guardian... And that's a role that can either be filled by the four parents I was forced to take, or by you."

" I can't help you. I'm not even an Alpha anymore."

"All I need is for you to help me get Deucalion in the right place at the right time"

" You just killed three of them on your own. What do you need me for?"

"You haven't seen him at his strongest-- I have. And, if he's got Scott with him, I don't stand a chance unless I have you. Also if he has y/n by his side I won't be safe at all. She is out to get me, she's made it clear multiple times that she wants me dead."

"Derek, don't trust her."

" I have the eclipse in my favor. But, the moon's only gonna be in the earth's umbral shadow for fifteen minutes. That's the extent of my window. There's no decision to struggle with-- help me kill him, and the other's live. Just help me"

Derek just looked at her... unsure of what to do, he knew how horrible it's going for you, trying to put a brave face.
