-Lauren's POV-

Since its summer Clare and I don't have school, so we decided to go to the park. Park we were supposed to go with Ryan,but couldn't because mom called.

Everyone in the world is a hyprid. Some peoples animal insicnts are greater than others, for some they get weaker as they grow older because they become more mature, but when they have the opportunity to them, there insicents are stronger then when they were kids. No one knows what will happen to them as you get older, it all depends on the person and the surronding people say. I dont want to lose mine. One of the reasons i like to come to the park. Parks are designed to fit the needs of all animal hyrids. Theres an area for cats off all kinds, dogs, birds, you name it. Clare and I are lucky we are both are really just differnt kinds of dogs, well Clare literally is a dog hybrid, I am a wolf. There are diferent kinds of wolves people say, but i am just or normal everyday, sharp teeth, claws, black hair, dark grey fur on my ear and tail, wolf. I have been told by teachers that I am a rare hyrid and to be proud that I am part wolf, and I do. At this particlar park there is an area for wolves. It has fake deers, rabbits - sometimes a real pure rabbit gets in and I have treat - anything a real wolf would love to get its claws on. Thats were I ussally hang out, Clare isnt allowed in since she isn't a wolf but she hangs out in the dog area of the park playing with other dog hyrids. Although that area isnt as strict, for example, I am allowed in that area because im what people call when talking about animals a 'disdent cousin' because our behavors can be the same depending on the breed of dog. Clare always comes with me to the park too. Its cute when ever she hears im going to the park, she insticts kick in and run after and comes with me. I like, allows me to spend time with my lil sister with out out parents around. Since i turned 10, which really was only a few weeks ago, i have been allowed out of the houe with out an adult. Dad said it was okay because of my wolf insicts and would be able to protect both Clare and myself. Our parents are both dog hyrid. The chances of Clare and I being someform of dog was just as great as anyone else. You see its not based on what kind of hypdird your parents are. Like, to cat hyrids had a child who is a bird. No one knows how it works and no one seems to care.

Wow, i got really off track. Like i think i said earlier Clare and I are at the park, Im at the area for wolves ripping a part one of the fake rabbits they have here used for sharpening teeth, Clare is off in the area for all hydrids, looks like she is playing with a cat, a bird, and rabbit hyrdid. Hey i think i see Ryan. I can sharpen my teeth more another day. 

"Hey Ryan." I say walking up to him.

"Hey Lauren. Did you just get here i didnt see you." 

"I have been here for a while, i was sharpening my teeth over in the wolf area. Saw you and decided to come hang see what you were doing." 

"Well, im suppose to be meeting friends, here. I think you will like them."

"Cool, what hydrids are they?" 

"Ram, and a lion." 

"A lion. Nice, i dont think i have met one of those."

"Hes a scardy cat... pun not inteaned."

"Really?! A big bad loin is a scardy cat. That i cant believe."

"Turn around and look for your self." 

"Oh my god. A lion is hiding behind a ram. This is the best thing i have ever seen in my life." 

"Names Geoff Ramsey, and behind me is Jack." 

"Nice to meat you RAMsey." I said trying not to laugh.

"Yeah yeah very funny.." 

"Jack, she wont hurt you. Besides you know its illegal for hyrids to hunt other hydrids." Ryan said.

"Names Lauren Hunter, and i am a wold." 

We talked for a while before it started to get late, so we walked over to were Clare was. Shes with a cat, bird and rabbit hybrid.

When the cat and the dog saw me coming, they ran up a tree. The rabbit hide behind Clare.

"I'm not going to hurt you guys." I said laughing. "Clare, lets go mom and dad will be calling soon."

"Alright, bye Michael, bye Gavin, bye Ray!" Clare said. "See you tomorrow."

Clare and I started to walk home, when Clare started to race me. She got to the door first, but I had the keys and walked into the house first so who won? We don't know.
