Painful memories
(Astrid P.O.V)
My knuckles rasp again the door gently. Its only a few seconds before the door swings open. There stood EretSonOfEret. I straightened my posture, clearing my throat. I opened my mouth to speak, but he rudely cut me off. "What do you want? Im kinda busy." He asked lowly, his eyebrows furrowed in annoyance. I raised a shocking eyebrow at him. Forget politness. I cock my hip to the side, resting my hand on the curve of my waste. "If thats how you act around people, then youll obviously dont have a girlfriend, and your stupid little website isnt that time consuming, so im just gonna assume that you cant be bothered moving your lazy ass around for more than 5 minutes". I said angrily. He seemed shocked, as any angry features melted from his face. I coughed, even if it was fake it filled the silence. "Were you the one that took this picture?" Fishlegs asked, holding up the printed picture from his website. Eret was silent at first, slightly hesitante. He eventually nodded. Ruffnut, being the impatient person she is, stormed past into his house. "Good, lets talk....hotstuff". She added quickly, dragging him inside. I rolled my eyes at her comment, following them inside. "Hey! W-what are you doing!? Get out! Ill call the police!" He shouted, fighting Ruffnut's grasp. "Calm down ya big sissy". Snotlout grumbled, rolling his eyes. Eret shot him a glare, but remained quiet. He sat down on the brown couch in the far, left corner of the room. Ruff sat next to him along with Tuff. Me, Heather and 'Legs sat on the other, identical couch, leaving Snotlout in the dark Brown chair. "So? What do you want?". He asked with an annoyed tone. I held up the picture on his website, and another the TV had shown. "Where did you see it?". I dead panned. "The Night Fury?". He asked quizzically. Hope stricked. "So it is him....". I assumed, whispering to myself. Hunter was the only known Night Fury for a very long time, and was already well known around the world. If there was another Night Fury, either the whole world would know, or Hunter would have heard it with his Night Fury senses.
Some time in class, we had learned he can sense other dragons and humans from very far away. It's couldn't be anyone else. "Where. Did. You. See. It?" I asked, pausing for a second after every word, creating more effectiveness. He swallowed, his Adam's apple moving noticeably. "Ravens point." He answered simply. I nodded thoughtfully. "Isn't that where he was set to find his form?" Heather mused. My eyes lit up. "The cove!". Everyone looked at me oddly. "Me and Hunter use to go there all the time, it's really close to Ravens Point!". I answered with exitment. "Well, let's go! What are you guys waiting for?" Tuff yelled, already put the door. We were all right behind him as we formed, heading west, towards me and Hunters 'spot'. Excitement filled me, and for the first time in 2 years, I laughed.

I glared at the doctors as they pushed the silver table down the hall. I, unfortunately, happened to be strapped down to the table, my arms and legs bound together with a dark, metal strip over my stomach. The hall was dark, and gloomy. Kinda like Drago's soul. I laughed out loud, purposely annoying the doctors. I squinted when we entered a bright room with white walls. The lab, again. "If I were you, I'd be more wiser when making decisions." A familiar, gravely voice said. I chuckled as Drago set up his 'tools'. "How do you mean?". I asked cheekily, practically looking for trouble. "Stop trying to escape boy, you always come back." He said with frustration. I glared at the roof with determination. Today was the day, I could feel it. I stayed quiet and unmoving. No reaction came from me when he took another blood sample. I laid as still and quiet as possible for the next hour. He continued to jab me with needles and other hoo-haa. I had closed my eyes nearly half and hour ago, and tried to make my breathing shallow. "Sir?" A weak voice said. "What now?". Drago criticised in return. "W-why isn't he moving?". He asked, I could only assume he was talking about me. I heard several foot steps run up to me, hands began fumbling with the metal bindings. I waited until the black metal was gone, and the others loose. "What!" I heard Drago yell angrily. But he was far to slow. I jolted up, immediately for wing as my feet hit the ground. I circled the room, gaining speed. My eyes darted around, searching for a weak spot. I spotted a small spot in the roof, where they had cover up a window I had wrecked in the past. I swooped down, then sharply turned up. I didn't hear the yelling from Drago bellow as I cocooned myself in my wings, breaking through the thick roof. It hurt, but it was bearable as I flew over the forest, staying just above the trees. I wasn't going back there, ever again.
I flew for another hour before Berk came back into sight. I couldn't go into town, to many cameras. Raven points not a bad place, excite for the fact most of its out in the open. My mind clicked, and a memory came back to me.

Me and Astrid laughed as we jumped around like children in the lake. The day was sunny, not a cloud insight. We'd been here for hours now, it was starting to get dark. Perfect for a swim at the cove. Tired, I stalked over to the edge of the cove, were the soft grass was. I shook the water off before laying down, watching Astrid fly through the water. She stopped once she realised I had gotten out. She soared over, landing in the rock behind me.
"Watcha doin?" She asked in a child's voice, leaning over me. I grumbled lazily, covering my head with my wing. She groaned before landing in front of me, forming back into a human. Gently, she wiggled her way underneath my wing. "Hey". She said cheekily. I grinned, forming aswell. We both lay on our backs, staring up at the darkening sky. I jumped slightly when she grabbed my hand, curling her fingers around my hand. She didn't seem to notice though. I smile at her as he turns onto her side. I move to as well but fall back when she sits on me, swing her legs up and down. I groan as she laughs out in victory. "Meanie". I grumble, far to lazy to push her off. She grins. "I know, but you love me anyway". She said happily. I smile. "That, I do". She sighs contently, bending down, gently pressing her lips to mine.

I sigh sadly. After 2 years I never stopped thinking about her. Her beautiful blonde hair which shone in the sun. Her bright blue eyes which matched her attitude. She never was afraid to speak her mind. I shook myself out of my thoughts, flapping my wings roughly, gaining good speed. The cove was the safest place right now. I'll stay there until I can find...some sort of strategy or help, but that's not gonna happen for a long time. Sadly.
