A few hours later in Ah Ro's quarters

"goodmorning..." Banryu was awake, his eyes slightly closed, his voice was just a whisper, however his smile was stil the door of heaven and when Sooho saw it immediately exclaimed

"Banryu you're alive! don't leave me again please...I'll be good...I promise" 

"I won't leave I promise...but would you stop hugging me or I'll chocke to death" Banryu replied, seeing the scene Yeowool said hugging Hansung and kissing his head

"they're a great couple..."

"what happened exactly Banryu?" Jidwi asked

"well, I don't remeber it well but I know that I was walking in the courtyard when suddenly someone stabbed me" Banryu answered

"did you see who stabbed you?" Sunwoo asked

"yes...it was... Dong Suk..." 

"that's impossible, Dong Suk is in prison, Do Hyun told me this just before" the duke said, when he entered he heard the last part of the conversation.

"I admit that I don't remember everything clear...but I'm quite sure that it was Dong Suk, Do Hyun's butler" Banryu replied

"well, it could mean two different things: Do hyun is lying...or Dong Suk managed to escape..." Maurice stated

"oh that's not important, what's important is that Banryu'ssi is still alive...don't hurt Sooho again!" Hansung said hugging the injured hwarang.

"what should we do now your highness?" the orderly asked his master

"well, let's go on with the strategy, we need to organise the defense of the city...and Sunwoo...you have to find the proofs that the queen has been poisoned" the duke answered

"yes your highness" Sunwoo replied

"Dan Sae come with me we will discuss about the strategy we should adopt to win this battle" the duke proposed

"yes your Highness" Dan Sae replied, so they went to Maurice's office.

A few minutes later Sunwoo arrive at the kitchen oticing a strange smell, when he reached a pot full of tea leaves he tryed to taste one discovering that the rebels were using poisoned tea leaves to poison the queen and whoever they wanted. He then went to the office  of the duke to explain what he discovered.

"your highness, look at this tea leaves, they're poisoned...the proof you were looking for" Sunwoo exclaimed

"thank you Sunwoo... however the next time would you please knock before coming inside?" The duke said smirking

"sorry your highness" Sunwoo replied

"It's ok, just kidding...you can go now"

The queen oredered to her soldier to take sunwoo and Jidwi in the throne room.

"why have you called us your majesty?" Jidwi asked

"Tie him, then take him to prison!" the queen... now crazy because of the poison ordered to her guards to tie Sunwoo.

"what are you doing mother...why are you..." Jidwi was confused

"Don't act like that or...Take him with Sunwoo...i don't want to see him anymore!" the queen yelled

"Mother...what are you doing!? I'm your son...the crown prince of this country! You cannot do this!"Jidwi shouted back

"yes I can!" 

In the meanwhile, in Maurice's office Dan Sae and the duke were talking

"so... what could we do your highness...general Yi Rim his the head of a large part of the army... we cannot attck him in an open field... it would be absolutely foolish..." Dan Sae stated worried

"yes...I know... in fact I don't want to attack him... " the duke said lookig at the glass in his hand

"so what?" Dan Sae asked

"well..." the duke stated

"your highness... the army is at the gates!" Hansung said when he arrived at the office after running thrugh the whole palace.

"that's impossible...Dan Sae we must prepare a ship for the royal family and us, we must be ready to retreat if things get worse" the duke said rapidly to his orderly

"but your highness... what will happen to our citizens...?" Dan Sae asked worried

"we don't have to worry, they'll attack the throne, not the people,  it would be useless killing the population of Hanseong, now go!" Maurice replied

"yes your highness"

A few minutes later Do Hyun arrived in the throne room

"your majesty...I would like to tell you that general Yi Rim is trying to take the power!" Do hyun stated calmly

"..." the queen was silent

"your...majesty?" Do Hyun asked, a moment later blood started flowing out the queen's mouth and she fell onto the floor, just behind the corpse there was Dong Suk with a bloody dagger in his hand.

"you... that's impossible...you were in prison..." Do hyun was horrified

"well, a friend let me go out" Dong Suk said smirking

"why are you acting like that? Once you loved me...and now? I can't even recognize you..." Do hyun said

"I've never loved you fool!" Dong Suk shouted, Do Hyun knelt down, his eyes tearful but full of anger.

"and...who's your friend?" Do Hyun asked smirking

"me, hello brother!" lieutenant Jae Joon said coming from behind the throne, then just a single word left Do Hyun's mouth...

"brother..."
