Tatsuya Yuuki [ Come With Me ]

Everything was going so well. Yuuki was doing so well in the tournament, and all of a sudden. . . He forfeit.

You knew Yuuki pretty damn well. They two of you were friends ever since you were kids, and you knew how crazy he was about Gunpla battles. He loved building models and fighting his heart out with them, and now he had a formidable opponent - Reiji. Although all of a sudden, Yuuki dropped it, and almost disappeared off the face of the planet. You had to know what happened.

Yuuki was the one who introduced you to building Gunpla models. The two of you would spend entire days putting together models together. He'd help you every time you got stuck, and comfort you every time you accidentally broke a piece. He taught you how to bring you models to life, and he personally trained you in battles. For as long as you cared to remember, Yuuki was always there for you.

So you wanted to be there for him. Even if it was just this one time. Clearly, something was wrong.

As soon as you found out that Yuuki forfeit, you dropped everything and went looking for him.

"Excuse me, but is Yuuki home right now?" You asked at his front door. His maid had answered, she was a lovely woman that you knew quite well - but you would still always speak to her as formally and respectfully as you could.

"Oh, I'm so sorry [Y/n]-san. You just missed him. . . He's leaving." She clutched tightly to the broom in her hands.

"Leaving!? Do you know where he went?" Your eyes were full of hope, so the maid felt terrible to let you down.

"I apologize. I have no idea. . . Maybe try the school?" She responded gently.

"I'll try. Thank you so much." You bowed your head rather deeply, before leaving.

You checked the school, and the Gunpla clubroom that you and Yuuki spent so much time in. There was no trace of him at all. You were starting to lose hope.

Your next destination, was Sei's family hobby store. You ran all the way to the shop, and reached there, panting and gasping for air.

"[Y/n]-san? What are you doing here?" Sei quickly scampered over to you, and ushered you further inside the store. It was empty, as usual.

You knew Sei from school, who then introduced you to Reiji. Unlike Yuuki who only seemed to piss of Reiji by doing absolutely nothing, you always managed to put the red haired boy in a better mood. Although that wouldn't be happening today.

"[Y/n]?" Reiji made his way over to you with his hands shoved into his pockets. "You look like you ran three miles."

"Y-yeah. . ." A breathy, humorless laugh came from you. "I hope I'm not intruding."

"No, that's alright!" Sei quickly reassured you.

". . . By any chance have either of you seen Yuuki recently?" You felt bad to ask, but you just had to find him.

"That old drop-out?" Reiji immediately grimaced. "I don't know where he is and I don't care either. Neither should you [Y/n]. That jerk left us without saying a damn thing, you shouldn't waste your time running after him."

". . . I have to know what happened to him." You muttered under your breath. "I know you're both really upset, and I'm really sorry on Yuuki's behalf."

"You don't have to apologize for him." Reiji's grimace soon faded. He felt bad for you, because you and Yuuki were such good friends. Yet the boy made off without saying a word to you.

"Good luck on your next match, okay? Bye you two." With a gentle smile, you pat both boys on the head before leaving the shop. You didn't know where else to look, but you didn't want to go home yet. Your legs walked, and took you wherever they felt like going.

It was then, you ended up in the stadium. Your glassy eyes raised as you heaved a deep sigh, and there, you saw him. Your eyes widened, and you quickly wiped away any tears that threatened to fall.

"Yuuki?" You called out to the boy. He was just standing there, staring off into the void. When he heard his name, he looked over at you, with a sad look in his eyes.

"Yuuki!" You instantly began running, and threw yourself onto the taller boy in a hug. He didn't hesitate to wrap his arms around you in response. "Yuuki you scared me!" Those tears you refused to let fall earlier, were now streaming down your cheeks. You were so happy to have found him, but also so devestated at the same time.

"I'm sorry, [Y/n]." The brunet muttered gently, stroking at your hair. "I know I should have told you beforehand. I just didn't know how. I was afraid you'd be angry with me."

"I wouldn't have been angry with you, Yuuki. I've never gotten angry at you!" You buried your face into his chest.

"I'm sorry." Again, the boy apologized. Though, you'd already forgiven him as soon as you saw him. "Will you look at me, [Y/n]?"

It took you a second, but you pulled away a little to look at him properly. There was an apologetic smile on his face. Yuuki raised a hand and brushed your tears away with his thumb. You felt a little bit ridiculous for crying in front of him, but you felt loads better when you saw that smile of his.

"Why don't you come with me?" Yuuki took hold of both of your smaller hands in his own. There was a glint of hope in his eyes.

". . . Wh-what?" You furrowed your brows. "Go with you where?"

"I was asked to be the next Meijin, the previous one is sickly. I'm leaving to Gunpla battle for an institute. So come with me. I'll take such good care of you." Yuuki gripped your hands just the slightest bit more taut.

"I-. . I don't know, Yuuki." You trailed off, your eyes averting to the side. Despite looking away, you could see his expression falter a little. Yuuki was your best friend, of course you didn't want him to leave. Although going with him? That was so sudden. . . He was asking for you to make your decision now, as well.

"Please [Y/n]. I don't want to leave without you." Yuuki pressed further. The fact that you still didn't have an answer for him, made him feel nervous. Although in hopes to seal the deal, Yuuki leaned in and closed the gap between you two. He gently, gently pressed his lips against yours in such a sweet kiss, you could almost melt. This caught you off guard, but you kissed back, even if it were for only a moment.

"Will you come with me now?" Yuuki pulled away, looking you straight into your eyes.

". . . Okay. I'll go with you." You made your final decision, which put a bright smile on the boy's face. Ecstatic, he hugged you again.

"Thank you." Yuuki kissed the side of your head. "Thank you so much."
