I did it. I finally did it. (Y/N) and I had gone out to dinner, it wasn't anything different than the majority of the dates we went on. Then we went back to our apartment to grab Winter before going on a walk to the park we met.

That was a wave a memories, it is every time. It became a thing for us to go back to the park on our anniversaries or just at random times. Every time we come, (Y/N) calls me a dog whisperer just because of Charlie, the dog that brought us together.

Either way, we stopped at the bench where I was when he found me and let Winter off her leash to play. While we were watching Winter run around wasting her energy, I got down on one knee and took a ring out of my pocket. It wasn't what I'd call the most romantic of moments shared between us, but it was enough to make (Y/N) a blubbering mess. He said yes, thank god. If he hadn't I wouldn't be writing this right now, but that's beyond my point.

After I had proposed, we called Winter to come back to use and went back to the apartment. (Y/N) was too flustered to want to stay out in public, so we just came back and started watching movies from our childhood while cuddling. A pretty good day if I say so myself.
